Five guys has always been a great burger joint, and still is. The food was as good as it always has been. I hadn't been to a Five Guys in a couple years though and was surprised by how expensive it was for a bacon cheese burger and regular fries ($19). If I would have gotten a drink it would have been over $20. I expect these prices for a burger meal at a sit down restaurant, but not from a nearly fast food type restaurant. This is why I am only giving 4 stars. (Yes I realize inflation is at play and such, but other local sit down restaurants are cheaper for the same or similar product.)

I ordered a bacon double with a regular Cajun fry. I got a little fry and a bun with just bacon no meat. I had to wait for a new burger. It tasted like garbage. There was hardly any condiments on my burger, the meat was tasteless and the cheese wasn’t melted. I didn’t get a sorry. Your establishment sucks and I spent my hard earned money on some nasty food. Avoid this dump. The Mayfair Five Guys is better. If you had to rely on my business to stay in business you would shut down . Overpriced nasty food and garbage service.

Been there twice, never saw staff wash their hands. One staff member, a younger male with earrings in both ears came out of the bathroom, touched his face, then his hair, then his hat, then the register, then pulled up his pants…then he put gloves on and started to prepare food. All without washing his hands. Won’t be going back again.

We took our food to go this time instead of dining in, and the service was still incredible. In a dozen or more years dining at Five Guys, I have never experienced bad food or service. The food is crazy expensive these days, but it’s a nice treat here or there, and well worth it in my opinion. I had to take my daughter to the bathroom and it was clean which is a huge perk as well.

I like the burgers at Five Guys, especially how we can customize it to the exact way we like them. I always get the Cheeseburger with extra tomatoes, extra raw onions and extra Jalapeno peppers. Best part is they don't charge for the extra ingredients. I no longer get mayo as I found out they contain high fructose corn syrup. Subtracted one star for that ingredient in sauces. Please consider getting higher quality sauces free of HFCS.

BROOKFIELD SQUARE Five Guy’s is SADLY OUT OF BUSINESS!!
Although Google still has hours of operation posted, Five Guys in Brookfield Square is NO LONGER!! UGH!! From Mukwonago to Brookfield at 3:30 in the afternoon is NO TREAT, EVER, not to mention all of the crazy construction to an already incredibly busy area to begin with at Any time of the day, but to fight your way onto the grounds during rush hour, only to find that store (which we’ve ALWAYS gone to) is not only Closed, but OUT OF BUSINESS. Gutted, no longer, empty space, just the skeleton of what was formerly a killer burger joint WELL worth the drive! Well, I mean….. If that store was still up and running rather….
Either way, this is just a “Heads up!” For anyone who might see this review…,

On Christmas Eve, my boyfriend and I decided to try out five guys for lunch. We both had never been to this location nor dined at five guys in many years. Keith warmly greeted us at the register and we immediately felt his positive vibes. Keith had us laughing with his good natured humor and great attitude! Keith and staff were efficient and kind! The food was delicious! The positive vibes were out of this world! Especially on Christmas Eve, the time we all love to be with the ones we love, and here Keith and staff were happy to be there and serve others! Definitely the most special team I've experienced in my 45 yrs of life! Thank you thank you Keith, Ashante, Cat and Carla for making me and my boyfriend's Christmas lunch so warm, positive and pure magical!!! I would recommend this Brookfield location to everyone and definitely 5 star quality team!!!
