I would've taken pictures but the food didnt last long. It is delicious!!!! The staff greets everyone when they enter and exit and are so nice and friendly! Here's the most important thing to me they are clean!!!!! We even watched them pull out the fryer and scrub the walls behind it and clean the floors there too!!! They all took turns doing all different tasks, and really seemed like a team!!! The food was excellent the service was impeccable and the atmosphere was inviting, we will definitely be returning!!!!

Excellent service and attention to detail. Was offered a drink while I waited for the fries, and the manager even asked if I preferred the bag open or stapled shut (gotta let the fries breathe). Tons of cajun seasoning on those fries, which is the way to do it. The burger buns weren’t even crushed, which (as you can see from other folks’ pics) often happens when they get wrapped in foil. And the place looked immaculate. Fantastic burgers almost felt like a bonus. This is one of the most consistently good Five Guys around these days, and the crew tonight especially killed it. 👍

I have always enjoyed 5 Guys. The food is consistently good and the portions are huge. They do try to trick you a little because if you order a cheeseburger it actually is a double. If you want just a single burger you do have to order a little cheeseburger. It is clever because who wants to come in and order a little burger. The fries were huge. I actually felt like I got two orders of fries.

This is a five guys. All five guys are pretty much the same, which is good because five guys is good.

They really only have one vegetarian option which makes sense because it’s a burger hotdog place, but their veggie sandwich with cheese actually is pretty satisfying. Their french fries are always good. The milkshakes are always good.

I had fun with the soda machine, which had all these different flavor combinations.

There’s absolutely nothing special about this five guys except five guys always pretty good.

I ordered 2 burgers and a regular fry. Normally the food is good but not today. The fries were undercooked, raw and cold. Usually you get a generous portion of fries, we can barely finish them but today there was not even a full order. Also today the burgers were not seasoned like normal and the grilled onions were barely cooked.

This Delafield 5 Guys location is horrible. Online orders are the worst. It’s the staff behind the counter. Take forever, Don’t do their job, tons of attitude. Even when you tip and wait patiently 30 minutes after your order is supposed to be ready and 10 minutes after you have arrived. It’s the entire staff, the cook and the other workers, mid afternoon on weekdays especially bad. I won’t go to this location anymore.

My son and I ran here for a quick dinner on Father's day. The lobby was completely empty and we saw one employee initially. Walked up to order and the place quickly came to life with everyone working jumping into action. They were all friendly and quick. We both got a burger and then we had fries to share. Holy moley are they generous on the fries. It was almost like they filled the cup dumped it into the bag and filled it again. 4 adults ate the fries and we still had nearly a full cup to take home. The burgers are very greasey but also very good. My son also got a reeses shake, which was tasty. This was our first time here and I can see us going back on occasion.

I have been to several Five Guys. This one is very similar. The staff are helpful, the place is clean, and the food is relatively quick and hot.
Came with a friend. He got a hot dog, I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger. The burger was good, but not great. I had several fixing; tomato, lettuce, ketchup, and mayo. It ended up tasting a little "bland", which surprised me. Could be that the meat was the cause?

The fries were amazing, with so many that we could not finish. Plenty of unsweetened tea refills.

Good but not great. For the price, there are lots of other choices that are better.

5 stars would go to the young guys who were working at this location. You can feel their positive energy walking in the door. They are friends, I believe they said they are mostly from the same school and are there together having fun and working hard at the same time. That is the type of fun energy that would keep me coming back to a place. Now, the food, also 5 stars. Expensive? Sure, but worth every penny. The only negative would be the manager. I would give him less than a 1 star review. I overheard him talking negatively about one of the workers to others on his staff. That's a huge no-no. Moreso, the fella getting picked on was super pleasant and working his tale off while the GM was observed doing nothing. Made me uncomfortable to witness. Not cool, should not be in management. Due to this the atmosphere is marked down to a 3-star...and service and overall marks to a 4. Such a shame.

Update 6/4.
Stopped for lunch. It was good with the exception of the fries, as they were under cooked.
The guy doing the fries decided he would fill our order and then empty the fry bin and start a new batch of fries, putz around a little more then called our number.
He short filled the fries and almost looked like he counted the extra fries for the bag.

I did previously give 5 stars, but had to cut them back today.

Food was absolutely delicious and I am full to the brim! The staff was very courteous, efficient and Mike, the manager, was on point checking on all the other diners to make sure they were enjoying themselves. He did the same with me and honestly, that goes a long way. Makes guests feel welcome.

For the people complaining about the prices, they are posted in large text above the cash register. If it's too pricey for you, all you have to do is leave. I'd be willing to bet that over half of you didn't even eat the food but left a review anyway.

A giant, delicious cheeseburger that I had, was worth every single penny and the fries overflowed the cup and half of the bag.

This place is pretty dang expensive for a just a burger. If you want a burger, small fries, and a drink it’s about $25 per person. I wouldn’t recommend getting the double burger patty. If you want to get the work on the double you can’t even fit it in your mouth and all the toppings fall out. I like the vinegar for the fries though and they give you more than enough fries. It literally overflows the fry bag.

This is our first time to a five guys restaurant and we ordered our food and went to get ketchup for fries because they don’t have ranch, which is disappointing, and they are out of ketchup. We notified the employees and they acknowledged me but never filled. The entire dining area does not have ketchup for food. The packets were also out. We’re sitting here trying to eat our food and literally watching and counting how many customers notify them and nobody still fills the ketchup. Excellent service every time I come here. Today we ordered and my burger came back with a switch up in the condiments and they let me keep the wrong order to bring home, made me a new correct order AND brought me a free shake. Don't waist your time driving here hoping to dine inside, apparently they are curbside only.
Drove up here on 7/11/21 at around 5:30 pm door were locked but people were "working" inside. Signs in the window said curbside pick-up and i think that's all they were doing.

Ordered 2 burgers and cajun fries and got almost none of the toppings I asked for on either burger. Both had like 5 mushrooms and a pickle one was smushed and looked like they balled it up in their hand when they made it. Was missing mustard ketchup mayo onions jalapenos and lettuce. Asked them to remake the burgers and asked if they could put ALL the toppings I asked for. Yet again they forgot most of the toppings and the buns were rock hard. The best food and so SO fresh. Generous portions, as always. Stopped in the Delafield location tonight and the service was top of the line. The guys working were upbeat, friendly and accommodating. So much so that I wanted to be sure to write a positive review :). Thanks guys and Five Guys. 5 stars all around.

Very good. Only negative are prices are extreme for a counter order - hamburger/fries and shake restaurant.
