The team that was working on 9/1/2025 at 8 pm made the best Five Guys experience I have had in a long time. You know how you have an urge for fast food, whether it was an awesome previous experience or you saw a picture that actually looked really good but then afterwards you regret it because the place was disgusting or the workers did a terrible job making the food. This team had the restaurant spotless, food was amazing, service was kind and sincere. Whoever runs or owns this five guys in Hudson needs to take note of this team. 😊

Had an amazing first experience at Five Guys! The burger was absolutely delicious – perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. The fries were crispy and golden, just the way I like them. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was casual and welcoming. The only tiny hiccup was that they were out of ice when I visited, but that didn’t take away from the overall great experience. Definitely coming back for more! Highly recommend!

This place is great. It is one of the best places around to get a burger, in my opinion. The milkshakes are great, too. Never had a problem with service here either. They're fast and super nice. The only problem with Five Guys is that it's TOO EXPENSIVE! I would eat here so much more if it was more reasonably priced. Obviously, that's nothing the workers can decide, so I still give it 5 stars.

It was our first time in one and probably the last. It cost more than it should have for the food you get. We got 2 burgers, a BLT, a grilled cheese and large fries. Fries were greaser than a Wendy's burger back in the 90's, just soggy. I've had better burgers for cheaper. I've cooked better tasting beef. It wasn't busy and didn't take long to get our food and the peanuts were pretty cool being originally from Georgia.

This isn't anything against 5 guys, but this location specifically. Every other locations make delicious smash burgers. Both times I've eaten at this location I've gotten grey undercooked meat with pink in the middle. Burger so greasy the bread is mush and inedible. First time I got a refund. This time I just walked out after two bites of that horrid mess. A huge waste of money.

I was taken here by the guy driving on a return trip. The burger was greasy - so much that the bun bottom fell apart. I had a cheeseburger, small fries, and a small drink. My total was just under $19! Personally, I won't be back.

That was the most disgusting burger I've ever eaten. Also, they don't tell you that the regular burger is a double burger and the meat is just a pile of grease. Absolutely revolting without any char on the patties at all. Smashburgers should be a little bit crispy. They should not be slimy and dripping everywhere. I just threw mine away.

On July 8th I placed an order for delivery. My order was $44.42 total. After not receiving my order for over an hour then being notified that it was “delivered” (the doordash photo of the delivery showed a photo of food somewhere that was not my house) I called the store and spoke to someone who said the doordash driver not only delivered to the wrong house, but they also did not even grab my correct order. My food was still sitting at the store cold. I never got my food, not even the wrong food. I have called five guys 3 times since July 8th, each time being told my refund was approved and “should process in 3-5 days. After the first time I recieved an email from the manager of the Hudson store saying it was not approved because the doordash driver said they delivered it, which was not true because it was the wrong food at the wrong house…. I called and left my number to be contacted by the manager and never received a call back. I also called doordash twice to be sure they processed it on their end. I was told that doordash sent a refund to the store because it was a doordash error, so the store got the money back and I have yet to be refunded. It’s been weeks.

The bacon must’ve been deep-fried and sat on the counter because it was cold in tiny little pieces like they used. I'm pretty sure I saw a guy with a pony tail and goatee drop the fry scoop on the floor, then picked it up and scooped my fries into the bag. Have a little respect for the paying customer. I love five guys but after this i am hesitant to go back to this location. I just threw out the fries, and didn't say anything because I didn't want to make an issue of it. I've worked in food for over ten years, still do and just wish people would have more integrity. It was disappointing to say the least. What a mess. Not only were our orders rang up wrong, they weren't made how we wanted them or how they were on the receipt. When the manager was helping me take care of our incorrect order, the guy at the register "offered" to eat the burgers that were made wrong. It took just under an hour from walking in to leaving with our correct order.

Only two dudes working today, and they are both rockstars. Seriously, I was in awe at how they were able to keep any orders coming out. Place was packed, wall to wall, line of at least 10 when I came in, and they had it rolling smoothly.
