I've only been to the franchise twice in my life. This last time I tipped 20% up front, to pick up my own food at the counter while being yelled at by the manager. About $70 for family of 3. But on a positive note, the first time I went in some other state many years ago go, it was a very good burger.

Around $15.50 (+ requested tip) for a little fast food burger and little fry (no drink). I hadn't had it in a while so I thought I'd give it a try. The fries are still top rate. The burger quality seems down or maybe my memory propped it up as being better than that actually were. The meat was gritty. The workers were friendly enough but unless I get rich enough that I can spend copious amounts of money without batting an eyelash, I'm probably done with Five Guys.

An aside: Look at the headlines / articles touting Five Guys' greatness in the bathroom. They tend to be from the 00s. One even called Five Guys "Inexpensive". I'm not sure reminding the consumer of how great Five Guys used to be is in their best interest.

I ordered a cheeseburger hot dog and large fry online. When I got to the restaurant, they handed me my bag and there were no fries in the bag. Luckily, I caught this before I left the restaurant. When I got home, the hot dog had no bun. I tried to call the restaurant to report this. After 6 attempts, I gave up. Not only did they not answer the phone but they didn't have voicemail setup. This will be my first and last visit to this restaurant.

Great food, friendly employees, but a bit overpriced.

There is only one thing I've had issues with.. Ordering online and waiting 30 to 40 minutes before going to get my food (because I know it can take a bit to make fresh delicious food), and having my order not ready yet, even with them being slow customer-wise. It's not fun waiting for food for another 10 to 15 minutes while watching others who ordered as I got there getting their food before me. I even use their email to say I'm on my way, a long time before I am, but it does not help.

I work in an office and we ordered to-go for several staff members. They called our office and assisted us to change the order to a catering order to make the price cheaper. He spent 10-15 minutes on the phone with me making sure our order was correct and going to save us money. Once I arrived at the store, they were finishing my order and they HELPED!! me to fill up my drinks and bring all the boxes to my car. This store is extremely kind, helpful and caring towards their customers. I highly recommend catering orders through 5 guys as this was their first and they did a wonderful job.

I received the wrong order.
I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with light BBQ sauce. I was very clear I wanted bacon, cheese, and BBQ sauce on a bun. Nothing else.
I received a sloppy pile of miscellaneous sauce, and no bacon.
I paid extra for bacon. I expect it to be included in my meal.
So I paid 22 dollars for a burger I can't eat, fries that are unsalted, and a mess in my vehicle. After attempting to call for a refund, their phones were shut off.
I was the only customer in there the whole time; and the only order being processed. They didn't give me the wrong bag they just dont know how to complete a simple order correctly.
I will never recommend this restaurant chain again.
What a shame, there used to be good service worth tipping for at these establishments.

We were greeted with enthusiasm as soon as we entered. The staff was very patient, even when trying to figure out how to run a gift card. We didn't have to wait long for them to prepare our food, which was great, as usual. The "Little Fries" were anything but... One order was plenty for the two of us. I like how they always just dump more fries in the bag! Gotta love bag-fries 😀
My only complaint about Five Guys in general would be the price. Two "Little" burgers, Little fries, shake and a soft drink was about $35. Granted what you get for your money is great. Will definitely be back, once I've saved up lol

My son loves their French fries. We go every weekend for them. I really like the staff because they make you feel welcome. I usually order the strawberry shake and it’s phenomenal. We like going to 5 Guys because they're accommodating to food allergies (celiac in particular). Service can be very slow at times, even taking into consideration the freshness and all that. The store felt unorganized and ignored. I know it's winter, but the floors were gross, and items on the floor were not stacked nicely, just kinda thrown about. Music too loud. Many missing flavors of soda.

I love that it is free, unlimited toppings! The food was pricey and a bit greasy with soggy buns, but portions were good, it was hot, and service was nice. We got there right as they opened for the day and they were prepared and ready to serve. Unfortunately the first table we picked was still messy from the previous business day, but the food was ready quickly. My son applied for a job there, did the interview, was 'hired' on the spot and the manager told/scheduled my son to come back on a different day to do paperwork. A few days later, my son showed up for his scheduled time to start the paperwork, he was a little early, so he quietly sat down at a table after being acknowledged by the manager. After waiting 20 minutes, this manager just told my son to go home because he was too "busy or something." This manager/supervisor never called my son to reschedule, in fact, my son called him several time/left messages, but he never called back. Man! What kind of management is this? My son wasted his time waiting and driving there, technically my son should get pay for waiting there and driving 30 minutes there. My family will never eat there or even drive by this Five Guys Store! People out there, don't apply there and don't work for this store!! Bad management!!

Quality per usual. Five guys never disappoints me! It may take a tad longer to prepare and the price may be a little more than your standard "fast food" joint but best believe your food is being made fresh and the best part is you can see them make it. I only get burgers from here my favorite being the bacon burger however, I heard the other items are great too. Fries are amazing and come in abundance the small fries alone can sometimes feed two. Lastly don't forget the shake my personal choice is Vanilla with caramel and peanut butter. Staff are welcoming and facilities are always nice and tidy. Keep up the great work!
