we were customers of five guys for several years and I’ve try it in many locations.m but never been so disappointed like last night. oak creek location Fuve Guys crew was the worst ever. Girl at the register made us repeat our order 3 times because every time she work accidentally erased what was added. I was patient as anyone could be new and learn. Once order was finally submitted (with help of her other team mate) we were waiting for burgers. When we open our order it was all looking and tasting not like five guys. on top of it I see she added some as little burgers and some as regular so we are all had different portions but charged the same. to pay 60$ for all and be that disappointed ..oh well I wont be back

I love Five guys. It's expensive but worth it. I don't even like hotdogs but for whatever reason I love their hotdogs. They taste amazing. I also get a cheeseburger which tastes fresh. First timer today had to try the hype. Gentleman at the front counter wasn't in any kind of mood for answering questions or smiling just grunted and pointed at the menu. When I asked what the patties were made of that would cause them to be almost $11 he said "Cow" I said holy cow. He didn't find that amusing. I took the burger home tried it. Got 2 burgers and large fries for $35. The burgers are thicker like a double patty. The overall flavor tasted like our backyard bbq burgers on the grill. The fries are long but soggy.

Overall pretty good burger that I can make myself on the grill, fries I wouldn't get again even though they put extra in the bags. Feel that it's over-priced not including fries and a drink. Since Culver's is right down the block and I can get a Value Meal cheaper that includes a drink & fries.

My favorite part of 5guys is that they tell you where your potatoes came from!! Being raised in Utah and my BFF moved to Idaho, I often know the towns and twice have known the families. I've been to 5 guys in 4 states and this one holds up the brand standards. Great burger, phenomenal fries.
