I ordered a cheeseburger, and it was awesome! I ordered a chocolate/caramel milkshake, and it was superb! I ordered the Cajun fries, and they were a bit too spicy for my taste. The employees were very friendly and helpful as they answered all of my questions before I ordered. The only reason that Five Guys is not getting five stars from me is that all of the tables/chairs in the seating area needed to be wiped down. They were not filthy dirty, but there were water puddles from previous eaters' drinks and napkins left on the tables.

Literally the best burger in town! Their menu is small, but what they do, they do right! Their menu burgers are always juicy and flavorful; the fries are always hot and crispy. You cannot get a better burger at a quick service restaurant.
I rated 4 ⭐️ for service because, although they were friendly, they did not put lettuce on my burger, or tomato on my husband’s burger- it was on our receipt, just not on our burgers. That isn’t a very hard task to complete accurately ha ha! We didn’t make a fuss or say anything, it was fine, but that’s why I didn’t rate their service at five stars.
I love that they have Coke freestyle machines because you can mix and match and create your own masterpiece.
Anytime we want a great burger with fresh fries, this is our go to place!

Nothing special. Two cheese burgers and fries, one shake $37. Fries soggy, burgers had no flavor in the meat. Soda not mixed right either. Never again. I think they may be able to get away with it in Colorado springs, but Oshkosh will be a failure.

The guy at the register was fabulous! First thing he did was thoroughly, politely and with pride explained the menu and ordering system.
The food was extremely hot and ample fries for sure. It looked like a small cup of fries but about 2x as many were piled on top of the burgers. They were bland and not salty but there's salt and malt vinegar available at the condiment area.
The pickles we ordered weren't dill but were good old fashioned bread and butter type. I got grilled onions, I prefer sloppy fried but that's not an option, mayo and ketchup, on my single small cheeseburger which is still bigger than your average fast food burger. The burger itself was moist and good quality beef.
The one thing not explained but that my son told me is that the bacon? It's basically limitless! You can get your burger slathered in bacon! I plan on trying this next time.
I guess you could say this is the Midwest attempt at an In-Out Burger. I prefer their fries but this a darn good stand in til one hits close by.

Service was very nice and friendly. The only thing is the price of the food. I think for the area, it's on the high side. Which I know the price is not determined by the workers but it prevents me from stopping here more often since I am a college student. Which sucks because I don't have 20+ extra dollars lying around just for a regular burger meal when I could get more meals at a cheaper food chain with the same type of quality. If money is not a big issue for you, then I'd recommend coming here. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is good.

I really like the five guys chain and have not really had a bad experience. As far as fast food goes, this is one of my top places to go. I really like their fries and their burgers are really customizable. I will say they are a bit pricy but at a price I am willing to pay for their food.
