My fiancé and I visited for the first time in years on 4/30 around 6pm. First of all, the 3 staff that we seen working-they need a raise, expeditiously!! Working as hard and cheerful as they were...that's not common to find these days! The person who took our order had some of the BEST customer service hands down! We felt very welcomed and anxious to eat! Honestly, I only wanted to visit because I remembered how amazing the milkshakes are, and it definitely DID NOT disappoint! I got a strawberry banana shake with whip cream and it was HEAVEN. If you are a fan of thick milkshakes with real ingredients (not syrup) THIS is the place to go to! We both went with a bacon cheeseburger with a regular fry. Boy, was i shocked by how much you get! This definitely isn't a cheap restaurant to visit, but they make it worth your while! We could barely finish any of it, we had to take a lot home. When I tell you that the burgers were literally cooked to perfection.... ughh it was incredible! 10/10 Will definitely visit again when we save up some more coins! :) Thank you so much for the awesome customer service!! My son and I decided to give Five Guys another shot, and this time, they nailed it. The burgers and fries were cooked to perfection, and his shake was “awesome.” The buns were a bit on the flatter side, but everything else was incredibly fresh. In my opinion, you can’t go wrong with fries that are cooked in peanut oil and the malt vinegar always pairs well with them. This place has been hit or miss in the past, but we really enjoyed this visit today.

Food arrived within 30 mins of completing the online order. Everything was delicious as always. Only thing that was a little dissapointing was all the extra delivery fees from the new active menu delivery service . $137.00 for 8 assorted burgers and 4 fries is already a bit pricey although I definitely don't mind since the food is always awesome but the final bill was like$178.00 with tax tip and fees. In the end it was worth it and the whole family was happy with our meal!

Food was great! Expensive, but worth it. Burgers are big & tasty. Fries are probably some of the best I've ever eaten, especially with the malt vinegar on them. The only qualm I had was that the dining area was NOT clean. Like, AT ALL. We were there about 3:30 in the afternoon. All the empty tables were dirty and needed to be wiped down. Food and various bits of garbage littered the floor. Staff was not too busy to be ignoring this. Definitely something that should be addressed.

Typically we love five guys and I'm not sure what happened, but my fiancé and I got takeout and were immediately both sick right after eating (like..finished eating and within ten minutes were sick). We normally don't eat at this five guys as prices are high for the amount of food you get, but have gone to some in the Milwaukee, Green Bay, and Minnesota areas without ever getting sick afterward. I had just a grilled cheese and some fries while he had a cheeseburger and fries. I'm not sure if it's a cleanliness or quality issue or a one time thing but it definitely will deter us from getting it again for awhile.

I pulled in tonight at 930 to grab a burger and the employees promptly shut off the open sign. The hours state 1000pm is when they close. If you want to close earlier CHANGE YOUR HOURS! Very dirty - tables, floors, counters. Toilet paper holder fell off the wall in the women's bathroom. Staff blew his nose behind counter, wipes his nose with his bare hand and returned to work without washing or sanitizing his hands. Concern for safe food handling a real concern.
