These are artists who carefully craft your burger from start to finish. The problem is once you experience 5 Guys, the bar is set so high that it's difficult for anyone else to come close. Then there are the fries that just puts them over the top. The staff seemed genuinely concerned that we loved our burgers as we were leaving. The response was a resounding "YES"!!

I like the food here but not for the high price. We ordered 2 "Little" Cheeseburgers (which means a single patty) at $9.19 ea, 1 Little Fry for 5.19, and two small/regular cokes for 2.99 each. All of this came to $32. That is just too high a price for me when I can get the same cheeseburger meal for two elsewhere for under $15. Having said this, I did like the flavor of the burger, and the fries are tasty but not crispy. I understand this is their style, which has good taste, but they are too greasy for me. There are salted peanuts for you to grab while you wait for your order, and these are yummy.
The location is in Mayfair Mall, with an outside entrance which is nice. There are several tables of different sizes and the young man at the counter was very friendly and nice.

5 guys Mayfair employees, kudos! I wanna let you know you did a great job. I ordered a classic combo meal, but it was far from ordinary. The fries were Real potatoes freshly cut and fried to perfection. They were very lightly seasoned, but the malt vinegar put them over the top. (they gave an abundant amount) We left none. I almost couldn't stop eating my fries to start on my burger, which was a decent size for a single, but it was so juicy and flavorful it blew my taste buds away. I added bacon and all the free toppings I desired; lettuce, fried onions, pickle, mushroom, mayo & mustard. We completely enjoyed it, even the peanuts were good &the raspberry iced tea also. I hadn't been in a while, but you best believe, we'll be back soon. Keep doing what you're doing!

After an error in our to go order that resulted in us having to return to this location, the team at Mayfair went above and beyond to make it right and correct our order. Easily the best experience we’ve ever had at a five guys! Compliments to the management staff that was on duty today between 6pm and 8pm in their handling of the situation and their customer service! Will definitely go back to this location. Thanks for a great dining experience!

Went today about 1:45pm for lunch. Was greeted by cook when came in and the server that took our order was friendly and helpful. Love seeing workers smile. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, large fry, 2 shakes. Bill was about $44.00. A little steep but it was very delicious. Yes, I would do it again.

Found a piece of a plastic bag in my burger! So gross. This was done maliciously by one of the three workers. The employees were snickering at us because one of us is Trans! Felt very uncomfortable and should have listened to our instincts and not have even ordered because we felt unwelcome from the start. Food was good, cheeseburger was very big. I wasn't expecting 2 patties on a standard order. Next time I would get one patty. FF were hot and I ordered a small, but my bag was FULL of fries. I threw most of them away since I was dining alone. Too much food. The small fry order appeared like it should fill a small paper cup for $5. That's too much $$$. But $5 for the amount of fries I got was good had I been with my family. I'm not sure that's typical though. My meal was over $20 for cheeseburger, FF, and a drink. That's too rich for me. It was good, but at that price I won't go back. The restaurant was near the big mall entererance and it was very cold in there. I took my food to go. Too cold to eat in.

I love their food. It's filling yet tastes good. You can get your burgers practically any way you want it dressed with any number of condiments or toppings. On my way home from the doctor's office on January 30, I picked up some lunch from there. Double Pattie bacon burger( no cheese) , A-1 steak sauce, grilled onions, and sweet relish with the fries that taste better than where I work, which is McDonald's!
