Honestly I would never order togo from here. I’ve ordered food here twice and there is always at least one entire food item missing as well as sauces, sides, ingredients, etc. They don’t answer the phone when you call. We tried calling them both times we ordered food togo on several different phones and no use. We ordered doordash and to get the food we paid for we had to drive into the store later. They barely remedied the situation at all. They do have good food if they get the order right.

I’ve always loved this place but when a person removes vegetables from their order but is up charged for replacing them (with a teaspoon of replacement vegetables), it says something about the cheap-o nature of the restaurant.

I've been a regular visitor of Forage Kitchen 2-3x per week (either stopping in or ordering) for the last several months, but sadly will not be getting food from here after tonight. I rarely write reviews and never leave negative reviews, but feel that the rude and condescending nature of the person who helped me today deserved to be recognized. From the moment I walked in, the guy behind the counter seemed annoyed that I was even there. I then had the audacity to ask about pickled cucumbers, and he mumbled something I couldn't hear and when I asked again, he was visibly irritated. When it came time to pay, I noticed that croutons were an extra $1.60. Normally, I don't add croutons and wouldn't have cared about the add-on cost, but because this guy was so rude, I asked him to remove them (he never informed me that croutons were extra). He then made a very loud point to count the number of croutons in the bowl as he removed them. I have always felt like the food is overpriced, but because it's one of the only really healthy options in the area, I haven't cared. However, it's not worth giving my money to a place that treats customers so poorly.

I love this place! The food is always 10/10, and the staff are always so sweet and kind every time we go. I love a place that is both healthy and delicious! The cultured Cobb is my go to. They also have nice indoor seating as well as a little bit of outdoor seating if you want to eat there.

I wanted one of the wraps without hard boiled eggs. They claimed no substitutions and for whatever reason couldn't just not put the eggs in. It was then relayed to me if I come back in a week and they have their new menu that they can do substitutions at that point. No thanks I will not be coming back.

The first time they screwed up an online order and forgot dishes I let it go. Human error happens. But now we’ve had multiple orders where they just can’t get it right. Missing dressing. How can you offer so many great healthy options, but not allow someone to remove bacon from one of their menu items? Why not just make bacon an add on thing? It makes no sense to have any kind of dietary restrictions, and it cuts the menu in half for someone who can't eat a certain thing. Very delicious, healthy, and surprisingly inexpensive. They make the orders very quickly and are always open to modifications. The atmosphere is pretty nice too, definitely clean. Terrible customer service, I was trying to place a delivery order and apparently the delivery option automatically turns off at a certain time. So even though you’re in the middle of placing your order online, it no longer allows you to complete your order, or you are forced to pick it up instead.

So then when you call the store to talk to someone and ask them, what’s going on you get some snotty little snippy teenager who hangs up on you! Then, when you call back, they act like it’s your fault and you should know how their store and the 3rd party delivery service works.

Not professional or acceptable, clearly this company needs more training for their young employees. They should also post on their website that the delivery option automatically turns off at a certain time so you don’t attempt to place an order and then get cut off in the middle of it!

Service was friendly and attentive.
Only reccomendation is the physical space- it was hard to hear the staff. I have great hearing but the sneeze guard height, filled with talking guests, tall ceilings with no soft surfaces to dampen the noise/echo makes it hard to communicate with them. I think it said, "what?" 6 times to the staff. But overall great food and can't wait to try more menu options.
My friend also loved her harvest bowl. Great flavors!

My experience at this Forage Kitchen location has been absolutely unacceptable. On two separate occasions, my food was prepared without utensils – completely unsanitary and unprofessional. When I shared my concerns with the general manager, James, I was shocked to be accused of lying. This level of disregard for customer service and basic hygiene is despicable. I recently ordered the Baja salmon wrap for takeout from Forage Kitchen, and it was absolutely fantastic! The wrap was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced.
