I’ve had two separate negative experiences at this place, and unfortunately, it’s clear the staff here have no understanding of what good customer service looks like. The employees were not only rude but downright disrespectful. To make matters worse, they were enforcing rules 30 minutes before closing, which is completely backwards. It was obvious they were applying them selectively. When we voiced our frustration, the response was dismissive, with one employee saying, "If you don’t like it, don’t come back." Well, WE won’t be returning.
Additionally, the behavior at closing time was unacceptable. The message seemed to imply that if you're not female or removing clothing, you should leave. It’s completely inappropriate and unprofessional. To top it off, telling my daughter-in-law she must be insecure about her body was outrageous. You’ve lost our business, and I will make sure others are aware of this lack of respect and professionalism!

Loved the patio. My niece was our server. Went to see her in action. Rueben Rolls & sweet potato fries were delish. Only thing I didn’t love was an employee who was quite loud with lots of profanity. It is an establishment that had all adults there but for me that should be kept at a distance from customers.

Came here for the sweet sixteen games and it was a horrible experience. Our request for game sound was met with disrespect from the staff. You'd think if you come to a sports bar they'd have game sound but not fox's. The bartender seemed more interested in taking shots and feeding shots to the female patron at the bar instead of taking care of his other customers. I would not recommend this bar to anybody.

Came here for the Packer vs Eagles game and I really wish we went somewhere else!!The service at our table of 6 was painfully slow. Our waitress was hard to even find when we wanted to order anything. I get it was busy…but we were literally going to the bar to get our drinks at one point because we sat there with empty glasses for 20min. When we asked the waitress what beers were even on tap she couldn’t even tell us!

The guy who had the mic in his hand was yelling so loud into it you couldn’t even understand what the hell he was saying. On top of that he decided to harass my friend about her yellow sweatshirt saying it looked like vomit multiple times. All because he found out she is a Bears fan…she had no bears gear on, she was wearing yellow to support the Packers. I get friendly banter with these types of situations, but the personal attacks were disrespectful.

The food was meh…only good thing I had was the big ass pretzel.

Plus side plenty of TVs and parking spots I guess? Will I go back…hell no!

Came here about 3 years ago and had a burger that blew me away how good it was. I think it has jalapenos on it. Well, that has definitely changed. No offering of anything like that. Just got the regular cheeseburger which arrived looking appealing but had a flavor I can only describe as cleaning products. My friend ate his down alright, but I just couldn't get anymore that halfway due to that. He mentioned it wasn't nearly as good as last time. Probably won't be back for the food again. Tots and fries were perfection though!

I took my family who was visiting from out of town on 6-29-24 and was very disappointed in the service we got from a female waitress named Hailey. She neglected us from the beginning and neglected our table the whole time we were there. We tried multiple times to catch her attention. She was not interested in helping us. To my surprise, we noticed her playing the slot machine instead of attending to her duties. I was embarrassed that I had taken my family there. We were even charged for an appetizer we never received. (they gave us cashback). Our bill was close to $250 too. Very disappointed. The only plus side to this was the appetizers were good. I hope this doesn't happen in the future again.

Went on a Friday evening during happy hours but no happy hour was suggested no drink specials recommended. Guinness was warm to the touch but still somehow got delivered to the table. Interesting. Food is not good, the bar staff is slow and it appears the whole place is run by a family just letting their kids run wild with the money. They also turn the juke box off at 8, even if you had money loaded so the 65 year old owner can listen to 90s pop punk. Didn’t refund my money when I told them I just loaded the box. Don’t bother, every other bar in the city is exactly the same as this place or better.

We were there to celebrate my son's birthday. Our server was Olivia, she was very attentive, friendly and professional. It was very busy but the staff was very organized . We ordered a variety of items , from pizza to dips/ chips and wings and all of the food was very tasty.

Checked out Fox's tonight. Had a great time. So many TVs for watching whatever game you're into. Pool tables. Nice open space. No crowding. The only issue was the music volume. It kept randomly getting so loud. The bartender would run over and turn it down but if that could be better controlled they'd get 5 stars for the atmosphere.

Olivia was our server. Very efficient, spot-on service. Friendly and very accommodating. Attentive but certainly not overbearing. Didn't have to ask for more water. In fact I didn't even notice when she brought me a full glass. Just looked down and it was there. Excellent service.

We had several burgers ordered as well as nachos and a quesadilla. Everyone loved there food and no one was able to finish. I had the Mushroom Swiss Burger with Tator Tots. Burger was cooked perfectly with plenty of cheese and shrooms, but not so much that it was messy to eat. SO many tots. Only thing was a bit too much salt. Otherwise they were perfectly crunchy outside and soft inside

So I show after years of being there and a bunch of friends go there as regulars and they refused to let me in because I have face tattoos (when I use to go there I had my face tattoos at the point in my life already), in today day an age with more and more people getting tattoos on their face they wanna put that rule in place. If you're looking for a place to grab a bite to eat, relax and have a beer, then this is the place for you! First of all ..they screwed up our little 12" pizza...didnt remake it for 20 min..finally told them to just take it off our bill its was taking so long , my husband was already done eating and the cooks were not working on it (I could see them not working and taking friends in back and down the stairs) our 6 mozzerela sticks were mostly chesseless for 11 dollars. They had the garage doors open beautiful day but we sat inside and all you could smell was the cigarette smoke from the patio. The mens bathroom door was propped open so everytine someone was done and drying their hands in the auto dryer it was so loud and very disturbing to hear in the reaturant. Dont think We'll be back .

Food was OK and our sever did great. Reason for the 2* is the absolute atrocity that was the bartender working on 9/4 during the Badger game. Our drinks were terrible and she wouldn’t listen to multiple patrons about what channel the game was on. My husband showed her, on his phone, which we were streaming the game on, what channel to put the game on and she still refused. I know other patrons walked out because of her refusal to put the game on. Just moved to the neighborhood and was so disappointed that this bar won’t be out go-to sports bar.

The times I've been here I've enjoyed my experience mainly because whether busy or not, the place remains calm. Everyone minds their business and overall it's a spacious place so it doesn't ever feel too crowded. The TV's are huge, the darts and pool tables offer something to do in case you get bored and Scotty is the man, he enjoys interacting with customers and takes care of his crew, just my observation. Only negative thing that I saw was the bartenders/servers bickering in front of the customers and it wasn't no small disagreement it was pretty nasty the way they were going after one another. No big issue but it can make patrons sometimes uncomfortable hearing that.

The people are arrogant! We came in for a relatives birthday to meet our friends. My partner forgot his wallet at home and I usually don’t bring mine because I was 8 months pregnant at the time. At the door the bouncer let my partner in because he’s “seen him before,” but had the audacity to tell me no me even despite me being pregnant.
