I just ordered curry chicken and jerk chicken with rice and peas .The curry chicken have no flavor you can’t even tell it’s curry chicken the jerk chicken is burnt and don’t have no jerk flavor at all the rice is to soft it’s over cook did not enjoy it at all waste of money 😡😡

This was our first time here. We LOVED it!!! The owner was our server and he was amazing, so polite and kind. The food was absolutely delicious. The jerk chicken was moist and very, very flavorful. The red beans ans rice was probably the best I've ever had. The macaroni was good, the French fries were perfect, and the corn break muffin 😋😋😋 is all I can say!! My boyfriend even got a necklace. We will definitely be back, and will be telling all our friends

We randomly stopped in Frankies 2pm on a Friday. Didn't even see it on google, it just looked interesting. We were the only ones in the place which felt strange but the service was so friendly and when the food came out we absolutely knew we were in the right place. The jerk chicken was outstanding. Fall off the bone tender and perfectly spiced. The rice and plantains were a perfect pairing. Would eat here again without question!

Talk about a super experience. First I had the Fayata. It is a West Africa Samosa with seasoned beef sweet peas and green onions served with their homemade dipping sauce. It is pallet pleaser that opened up your taste buds for the rest of your meal. Then the BBQ Ribs with homemade sauce made you scream for more. And it passed the butter knife test. The rib cut smooth as butter. If you want a West Africa experience with great food or a wonderful catering destination this is the place to be. Maybe you will see me there soon. Stop by and say Hi. We choose Frankie's to help us cater a wake. They were able to help us out together a great appetizer heavy menu to feed an undetermined amount of people which can be very difficult. Donna has lots of great suggestions reached out to her vendors and sent me pricing quickly. When we picked up the order the staff was extremely caring and helpful. The food was incredible and everyone went back for seconds and thirds We would absolutely recommend them for catering and can't wait to try them for dining.

I came to the mall for Frankie's to order Jamaican food, I was there around 5:00 p.m. I tried to order the jerk chicken they were out and the mall closes at 8 so they still have 3 hours to go. But I ordered curry chicken and oxtail stew. The carry chicken was dry and there wasn't any much Carry sauce on it. Itwas unbelievably tasteless. The red beans and rice it was tasteless too. To be fair the only thing I ate was the oxtail stew, the rest in t h e pic. Went to the garbage. I would not recommend this place at all.

To start off only 2 employees in a mall setting who are definitely not NSYNC this is definitely not authentic Jamaican restaurant never had curry chicken made from chicken breast strips then to top it off the jerk chicken meal comes with 2 legs and 2 thighs in which is covered In Lawry's jerk marinade from your local grocery store the rice an peas aswell as cabbage was horrible the egg rolls have no meat the cashier can't keep up she definitely won't last making those egg rolls sitting between china max and bourbon st kitchen go back to the drawing board

I really wanted to like this place unfortunately my Suya Chicken was incredibly dry (like it was boiled) and very salty, not at all peanut flavored as I expected. My husbands Jerk Chicken was light on chicken for the price, not very flavorful but worse was the bones were breaking apart which made it dangerous to eat. What a bummer.

The servings are generous, the food is fresh and hot, and the chicken literally falls off the bone because it's so tender. I can't say enough good things about them. First time eating here in the new location in Southridge Mall. Probably not again. Plantain looked like they had been dropped back in the oil to reheat. Jollof rice was not Jollof, not even a tinge of red. Suya chicken was salty and sautéed bell peppers were still hard. Maccroni and cheese was undercooked. Such a large portion of food that went straight to the trash bin.

I've only had the fataya (samosas) and beef patty but wow were they good! The fataya is perfectly crispy and the beef patty had such a good taste while eating and even after. If those were so good then I can't imagine how good the rest of the food is. I'll definitely be back to try more!

I have only eaten here once, but during my time there, I enjoyed great Caribbean and African cuisines. The food had great flavor and was cooked perfectly. Service was incredible; Our waiter came back to our table very often to ask if we needed anything, and when we did, he would rush to get it.

Overall, I thought the place was phenomenal, and although I have only gone once, I would expect it to be the same most or every time.

This restaurant comes to my work for a Fooda popup. I was just told I couldn't look at the food without going through the line and buying it. I explained i was just seeing what they offered and they said i couldn't look so i left. What terrible service

Edit to response: I did clarify multiple times that i was not cutting, i was just looking at the food to see what was available. I suppose i was close to the TV/menu thing, but the line crosses that as well. Additionally the room the popup is in, is a public break space free to be used and hang out in, not the restaurants sole space. Also, after i went to write this review and took the picture, the Guy stopped serving the current customer to follow me down the hallway back to my works office yelling at me about having my phone out

I guess today was not their day. I stopped by Frankies today around 9am . About three other tables occupied. The table we were sat had crumbs on it, he just swept them with his had on the floor. We put in out order. My mom had the English Breakfast it came with half a tomato. They didn't trum of the top. I ordered the steak and potatoes, med rare. I'll try to post pics. I returned it twice. The second timed it looked boiled. Didnt even taste it.
No grill marks. This is the very first time I give a negative review because i see that they are actually trying. Not here. They are really slow. And thet charged me full price for a steak i didnt even taste.
