I ordered Freddy’s for lunch for my family and I via DoorDash. I spent $17 on two bottles of the fry sauce and the jalapeño fry sauce (yes I know DoorDash adds on extra charge for items) just for both of them to be not in the bag… I tried calling the store MULTIPLE times just for it to go to voicemail, which I understand it may be busy on a Saturday afternoon but I called at least 4 times and I waited about an hour in between each call. This Freddy’s location it definitely the worst one I’ve been too, we’ve dined in as well as been through the drive through multiple times since this place opened and the food is always good but the service has always been terrible and the store is always messy. Will not be returning to this location again, today way the cherry on the cake.

Overall a great experience - my son was really impressed with the burger & chili cheese fries.
The guy who was at the cash register (blue jeans/glasses) definitely needs a raise. He was so friendly & helpful with everyone. They forgot to make our ice cream & then made it incorrectly but it was still a 5-star experience because that one guy went out of his way to have awesome customer service.

Ordered from Freddy's excited to try their food. We are visiting Green Bay and it looked like a great choice. I asked my boyfriend to pick up the order which he did. Upon his arrival, he asked the lady in the front if the drinks were in the bag to which she said they were. He is on his way back and he has already parked when he looks in the bag and realizes none of the drinks are in the bag. Now,he has to return to ask about the drinks. He goes back and he asks the same lady about the drinks and she responds "oh I can't do those drinks". This was due to being a drink with custard and apparently they no longer had custard. She could have said this from the beginning which leads me to believe she does not care about being up front with customers. I recommend an evaluation on her service skills and hopefully no one experiences this. I get a mess up but deliberately not telling a customer that they cannot provide an item just seems like a lack of care. We are still waiting for the food, hopefully it is worth it and not cold.

We haven't even tried the food yet due to terrible service. I am so disappointed in the service of this location. I have family over and we decided to order 4 combos. When we went to pick up they said everything was in the bag. We arrived home and they forgot to provide drinks. We went back. When we arrive, they say that they are out of custard for the 2 drinks. So they deliberately lied and then did not have the custard to even make the drinks. The service worker knew that the drinks weren't in there and lied. Then said only fountain drinks were available. Left a terrible experience for our family and do not recommend anyone go through service like this.

The worst experience I have ever had at the Freddy’s on Costco Way in Bellevue Wi!!
I ordered a Strawberry Shake and was told they don’t do Shakes😳 🤦‍♀️ I ordered a Single Plain Hamburger and got a double cheeseburger 🤦‍♀️ the onion rings I ordered were all stuck together 🤷🏻‍♀️ When I brought these issues to the attention of the worker she said the person who took my was new, was rude and offered nothing to rectify the situation but did say I could purchase a shake 😂 Won’t be going back!!

We came here at 630 for dinner. Waited in line. Got to cashier and she said “We aren’t taking any more orders, we are too busy right now.” My husband said What? They refused to take our order after standing in line for about 10 minutes. There were people in dining room but no cars in drive thru. Never been refused service because a place is too busy. But maybe it was for the best as all the tables were greasy and dirty, a girl with long hair and pig tails was brushing her hair back by the food. They need better management - this should have never happened. Food was good the one time we were allowed service here, but it’s a dirty restaurant and unhygienic for people to brush hair by the food. They all look like they need showers and they aren’t friendly at all. Won’t ever be back.

When we got to the drive thru we were unorganized and I was clueless having never been there. I wanted a twist cone and my friends said, let's go there they have it. Stopped here for lunch on our way farther north and decided to try it since we don't have a location near us. The burgers were very good and tender. Fries are delicious. Skinny matchstick style fries. They offer a variety of dipping sauces such as their signature sauce which is great or more spicy options if that's what you want. Custard is very good and compares to Culver's custard.

Multiple issues with this location. Had the drive thru order taker literally double charge my order and then lie about it to me to my face. Then when I attempted to contact the location manager after filing a complaint with their corporate contact, the manager ghosted me. I will never go back again. It was our first visit to Freddy's. We ordered the grilled cheese burger, prime rib burger, tots, fries, and turtle shakes. The food was fabulous! Loved the different fry sauces. I remember what it’s like to have a job at a place that closes at 10, and someone comes in at 8:50 pm. You’re tired, you’ve already checked out for the day. But, you’re still open for an hour and 15 minutes. Maybe say hello to the customer, instead of mumbling “Here or to go”. Then maybe don’t sigh audibly when the customer asks for one more second to look at the menu.

Decided to get our food to go because I’m certain the employees wouldn’t appreciate having a customer in their restaurant for the remaining 75 minutes they were still open.

Wanted to wash my hands before eating (in my car). An employee was already mopping the dining area. I asked her if there was any areas that weren’t mopped yet- trying to be courteous and not mess up her work. She didn’t bother to stop mopping or move aside. Just said, “Yes” and went on mopping.

Food is fine. $30-ish for two people is pretty normal these days. But it would be nice to not feel guilty for ordering food from a restaurant while they’re still open and serving for well over an hour. Definitely zero incentive for me to want to go back

First time at Freddy’s and it won’t be the last! I had the California Style burger meal, and I loved that I could substitute it with an Oreo peppermint shake – which was amazing!
