Despite what other reviews are saying, the food was indeed warm. However, we dined in and it wasn't during the lunch rush. The employees were extremely friendly and even brought our food to the table. The food was pretty average but was priced fairly so no complaints there. The only negatives I have to say is that the fries are thinner than most shoe string fries (generous serving though) and the atmosphere is weirdly focused on the founder.

This was our first time at Freddy's. They're a notch above McDonald's or Burger King. They're closer to Culver's. The chicken tenders were really good. I'm not sold on the custard yet. The fries are like shoe string fries & are very yummy. My son really liked the taste tots. If you dine-in be aware that it's a small space & kind of loud.

The store is always dirty. The floor looks like it hasn’t been mopped in a week. I walked in yesterday a few hours after they opened) to ask for a replacement of food since my fiance’s chili dog had onions when she asked for no onions, it was clearly right on the slip. Also, the container was just thrown together with chili sauce and grease all over the outside of the styrofoam container. It was just completely unpresentable. Waited about 10 minutes for the replacement and it was right, however, the hot dog tasted like it had been sitting in a warmer all day, it was hard and dry with chili sauce thrown on. The manager apologized for the weight and gave us a free mini Sundae. Geez, how generous lol.

We came here for the first time and definitely exceeded our expectations despite mixed reviews. Staff were friendly and burgers were good. We ordered the California burger and BBQ brisket burger. I think the California burger could use a tiny bit more sauce but overall was delicious and better than what I’ve had at in-n-out. The brisket was overpowering the burger. I was not a fan of the cut of the fries but tasted good since they are seasoned with more than just salt.

Lobby is kinda tiny for seating. I did not realize it’s a chain restaurant. We did not get any custard. I would love to try this place again when we are in the area!

First time. Stopped in at 11:30ish. First thing I noticed right off the bat was it wasn't very clean. Visible dirt, dust bunnies, and oily smudges on the tables. Food was OK. The drive thru is the absolute slowest one ive ever been in. I waited over 15 minutes total for a CONCRETE. Its one thing of ice cream- how hard is that? It was not busy at all mind you, a tuesday mid day. I wont be returning to this location- ill go to appleton.

Tried this place for the first time last night after hearing tons of hype, but honestly left disappointed.

We pulled into the drive-thru and sat at the order intercom for a solid 5 minutes—no greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. The car in front of us gave up and drove off, and we were about to do the same but decided to pull up to the window instead.

Turns out, the employee working the drive-thru had her headset turned off. Could’ve been an honest mistake, but considering the car in front of us left without ordering, it seems like it had been off for a while.

She was apologetic, which we appreciated, but even after placing the order at the window, service was still super slow.

The custard itself was just okay—not bad, but definitely not enough to make up for the lackluster service. Might give it one more shot in the future, but this visit was a letdown.

Super salty tots and burger at 1030 PMish 3/22. Guy at the windows was great. Average wait, similar to Culver's. Burger was also over salted but at least edible, unlike the tots. Custard was really good. Burger was plopped together and one patty hanging out of the box.
Hopefully the bugs get worked out the longer you're open and get the hang of things. BEST OF LUCK! We really love this place at other locations. We'll try again after you've been open for awhile maybe.

We've been to Freddy's 3 times. The first time there was 6 car ahead of me in the drive thru and it took 45 minutes! 2nd time wasn't busy, but still waited over 10 minutes at the window for our food. 3rd time 1 car ahead of us and we waited almost 10 minutes to get to the window. At the window it took 13 minutes to get our food. Fries are never hot, if they are warm you get lucky. The burgers are really good, but with those wait times you're never going to make it. So I’ve had Freddys before in Appleton multiple times and I enjoyed it so I was excited when Oshkosh got one. I finally got a chance to go up there today and I was disappointed all around minus the food which was great. It wasn’t busy but it took 20 minutes to get through the drive-through. When I was handed my drink it had a broken lot and spilled all over my car, she gave me a new lid and apologized and gave me napkins after I asked for them to clean up the mess. Then when I got my food aside from the taste it was put together sloppy and my cheese curds were just tossed in the bag. I went to grab the cup the cheese curds come in and it was flipped over and the cheese curds were in the bottom of the bag. Needless to say I probably won’t be eating at this location anymore.

1st time trying Freddies and LOVED IT!!! I got the bacon double meal with cheese curds and my wife got a double deluxe burger only with just one burger patty (thinking a double patty would be too filling). Unless you order a kid's meal burger, all the regular burgers are doubles patties. Thankfully, they are very thin "smash burger" style patties and not overly filling. We also got a 3 piece chicken tenders, to try.

The 1st thing that impressed me was how well the food was put together. You could've taken a picture and compared it to what they show on their website to advertise their food! It wasn't just quickly slapped together as quickly as possible. It was assembled with care and looked perfect. Secondly, the taste: the burger patties are pretty thin, like a smash burger. They have that caramelization on the outside that very few places are able to achieve. A full onion slice (if you don't love onions make sure to ask them, no onions) was very welcome for me. Bacon cooked perfectly. Cheese curds were cooked to order and perfect. You're given a a number is dipping sauces to choose from. The tenders were decent. Nothing overly special, but not a disappointment. Also cooked to order and came hot and crispy, with a little bit of seasoning in the mix. Dip em in ranch or any other sauce you like and you're golden. We also tried their Turtle Sundae and it was as good as any we've had before. They may not have as big a selection of flavors as a Culver's, but the taste is as good.

Staff: was very welcoming and friendly. The young lady who took out order complimented my wife on her earrings and nails (hell, I don't even do that anymore 😂), so a big shout out to that good lady for that! The rest of the staff were busy and taking care to get orders out quickly and efficiently, both to the floor and the drive thru. I didn't notice any customers looking like they've been waiting an eternity for their food. The seating/dining area was also very clean. I didn't see a single table that looked dirty, when we arrived at dinner time.

We had a great 1st experience there and will definitely come back to Freddies. The food was very tasty, the staff were very friendly, the dining area was decent (for what they had to work with, size wise), and parking was ok (once you see it's situation). I will try the drive thru next time, to see if the did quality matches that of indining, but seeing as how there were about 5 cars in that line, I'm guessing it matches the quality of indining

I came through the drive through later this afternoon. This was our first time trying the food.
First off, the gal working the drive through was polite and very kind. She smiled from the beginning to the very end. She informed me that they were understaffed and apologized for the inconvenience. She also informed me that the food would be made to order and should be hot and fresh.(And it was!)
Once we were sitting down to eat I found out why I had heard such good things about the food. It was delicious and hot. Great burgers and I love the shoestring fries!
For being understaffed they did an amazing job. We will definitely be back and recommend Freddy's to our friends and others.

New place, only open a few weeks. Stopped two times. First time, shortly after opening. Busy and crazy. Placed order to go from inside. I ordered the #1 burger meal. Took awhile to get food. Got home, sandwich was cold and burger was dry, fries were cold. Visit #2 - Monday 27th. Ordered Spicy chicken sandwich and chili fries from inside. 4 customers sitting at tables. Quite a few workers, my guess training, still took awhile to get my order. Got home, the sandwich consisted of breaded chicken, pickle slice and bun. Chicken was hot, but not spicy, bun was soggy, I'm guessing from the pickles. No sauce on sandwich. Chili cheese fries were ok. The fries were warm at best. Chili was best part, with some flavor. I'm disappointed, won't be back. It might get better after they have been open for awhile.

Excited to see Freddy’s in Oshkosh. First time using the drive through we ordered a very simple combo meal with an extra sandwich of the same type. We get home open the bag and only meal, I ordered onion rings and we got cheese covered fries and no 2nd sandwich. It was a $20 dollar combo meal. The wife and I split the sandwich and we’ll talk to them next time if we go back. Sad, Freddy’s in Colorado is really good!

I was greatly disappointed in our first visit here. We went through the drive thru, it wasn’t fast, but I wouldn’t say it was overly slow. It took a while though. Our fries were nowhere near fresh at all. They were warm if that when we tried them right after pulling out of the parking lot. By the time we got the few blocks home they were room temp and gross. The burgers were not hot and didn’t seem fresh off the “grill” either. Mine was just slapped together poorly and one of the pickles wasn’t even in it it was under it in the wrapper. Both of our burgers were still pink in the middle which I’m not sure how is even possible with these type of burgers that are pressed thin during cooking. I hope they improve. I really expected better for being just opened. I will say the girl at the window was very nice and friendly as well as attentive and quick.

The taste was not what I thought it would be. My order looked thrown together in the bag as well. The cheese curds were very greasy and shriveled up. Looked overdone! When I came through they were not busy at all! I guess it's time to go back to Culver's.

We had dinner at Freddy's around 9 pm, ordering the double burger, cheese curds, and onion rings. The service was top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff. The burger was great, juicy and flavorful. Highly recommend.

Drive-through experience…. Quick ordering the guy was polite and repeated my order which was nice, but they forgot the ketchup packets after I asked and only got one napkin. And to many onions on my burger

It was very busy inside. I think it was opening day. The dining room is on the smaller side. The food tastes good. It was our first time eating at any Freddy's. Overall we enjoyed it.
