This was a decent poke experience. It was light on the salmon and shrimp - maybe I expect too much. The greens were quite large, smaller bites would have been nice. Cucumbers, carrots, pineapple and dressing was okay. Brown rice was okay. Not my best poke experience but it was also not my worst.

Like other reviewers, I used to love this place- fast, fresh, healthy, tasty food. However, over the past 1-2 years, food has steadily declined. We usually get the exact same order, yet it is different EVERY TIME due to workers not reading the receipt and/or seemingly not knowing the ingredients for the different bowls. I’ve called several times when it’s egregious (ie no protein included, rice missing, etc) and am always offered a credit, free bowl, etc, though these things never actually get applied. Today my husband and I had two different bowls but they tasted exactly the same (had none of the sauce included in the respective recipes) and were missing toppings. I’m just so tired of the inconsistency. It’s a shame- will try other locations

I’ve had numerous good experiences at Fresh Fin! The ingredients seem fresh, and the flavors are well balanced. I love that they offer so many options for customization while still having great signature bowls for when you just want to grab something delicious without overthinking it. Worth even driving in the snow to pick up FreshFin! As a family, poke bowls is one of our favorite easy dinners, so we’re always trying new poke places. This one is sure to become a family regular. Fresh, great options, easy for everyone to find something they were happy with. We ordered and picked up, but I’ve included pictures of dine in space - super clean and cute. We had the cilantro chicken, mango tango and then created a custom bowl. The servings were generous enough we even have leftovers for lunch! The server was really quick and she was really helpful, even giving some suggestions that turned out fabulous. Give this place a try! Seems like a good regular staple go-to!

I visited Poke House for the first time today. While the food was delicious and served quickly, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the staff members. She seemed to be handling both kitchen and cashier duties, but her attitude was very rude. When I asked about the restroom, she responded with frustration. When delivering my food, she carelessly dropped it on the table, and when I later requested a receipt, she threw it onto my table without a word. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but it left a negative impression.

Workers don’t want to be there. We entered and were the only ones in the building. We waited 10 mins just to order.

The bathroom door said ask a worker for a key and there was a worker sitting down. We said “excuse me” and he completely side eyed and ignored us.

Frustrating when paying $21 that they cheap out on size when you ordered a large not regular. When I go to ask the guy says that it look small because the greens are squished down. I mix it in the car and it is barely scraping a regular size. Honestly really annoying and frustrating.

For starters, this place is very clean and the staff was very friendly. They have some tables closed for social distancing, which is pretty important right now. The bathroom also smelled amazing, which was a nice change of pace from some of the restrooms we've seen in the area.

We got a build your own poke bowl with salmon and tuna. All of the ingredients were fresh and delicious, although they were a little lacking in quantity considering you are given "unlimited toppings." Also a little disappointed that there was an added charge for adding raw fish to the bowl, but we were happy with the amount and size of the pieces of fish.

Nonetheless, it was delicious, and if you're debating checking this place out, you totally should.

What is poke, you ask? Think deconstructed sushi in a bowl.

Great for takeout or eating in. It's a fast-casual feel on the inside. Cute, trendy, casual decor. Plus, when the weather is nice, you can sit outside.

The food, oh the food. It's outstanding! The ingredients are fresh and full of flavor. If it is your first time, I recommend going with a signature bowl. That way, you can get a feel for the flavors. I went with the spicy tuna signature bowl, and it did not disappoint! From there on out, I've done the "build your own bowl" option to try different combinations. The portions, in my opinion, are huge! The regular size (smaller one) doesn't look big, but it's very filling and more than enough food - you won't leave feeling hungry. I think their prices are incredibly reasonable, too.

My first time there, one of the owners stopped by to see how things were. He sat down and we chatted a bit - incredibly friendly guy and seemed very genuine and interested to hear how we liked the food.

First time having poke here and I'm disappointed by the inconsistency of the white rice. In the same bowl, about 70% of the rice is soft and fluffy, the other 30% is either undercooked or left out too long that it becomes dry, chewy, and have grainy texture. Everything else is good though...

EDIT: manager/owner reached out to me to offer a credit which I used to come back for a second try. I got spicy tuna this time and it's pretty good.
