After a day of hiking with my grandmother, we stopped in to grab some food before heading back to Rhinelander. It was mid afternoon, before dinner, and it was moderately busy with 3 servers on staff. While many tables were open, with previous guests food still on them, we were told to take a booth in the back. We sat down and patiently waited for our server to arrive... but she never came. The other 2 servers continued to attend to their guests, seeing us sitting there without drinks or menus, and said nothing. After 15 minutes of waiting, our stomachs grumbling, we got up and left. As we exited the building, there was our server, enjoying a break outside. She looked at us, said nothing, and let us continue to leave the establishment. I'm not sure if this is the kind of place that doesn't cater to people they don't know, or it was just a rough day, but it was an unfortunate experience nevertheless.

what a fabulous experience at this restaurant they're special with the Latin omelette with salsa and sour cream toast and potatoes it was to die for and the cheesecake slice with a strawberry topping in the whip whipped cream was unbelievably deliciouscoffee pot at the table brilliant and all the waitresses and staff were very friendly and helpful and especially our waitress Jackie was phenomenal thanks for all you offer we keep coming back lots of food we even have leftovers for dinner really nice big spacious booths and clean and quick service wowza

Great stop for breakfast! Good options, pricing and service. Got the new Homemade Banana Bread French toast! It was delicious! The burrito was good, though would have preferred steak instead of ground beef for the meat. Side of pancake was good too. Took it to go and ate it later in the day while on the road.

We were really looking forward to dining here as a family, but unfortunately, the experience was a letdown. Our appetizers came after our main meals, which completely defeated the point of ordering them in the first place. To make matters worse, one of our family members didn’t receive their entrée until 20 minutes after the rest of us were already served and nearly finished eating. The waitress did apologize, but when speaking to the manager to request for a discount or a refund on the appetizer we were denied all we got was a “I’m sorry there’s nothing we can do”.

The food itself was okay, but the disorganized service and lack of communication made it hard to enjoy. We won’t be rushing back.

Don't sleep on this family restaurant! We were seated with our drinks within 5 minutes of walking in, and our DELICIOUS food was out within 5mins of ordering, despite it being pretty full on the 4th of July weekend. We ordered some hashbrowns after we got the rest of our food, and they were on our table within 90 seconds. Service was super friendly and super fast, prices were perfectly reasonable, and portions were HUGE. We'll definitely be back!

The have a great menu! We primarily ate breakfast there. I tried two of their breakfast specials and they were to die for! Their portions were great. The wait staff was very friendly. The restaurant was clean as a whistle. The dining room was bright and well decorated. Their prices made eating there very affordable. We wil definitely go to eat there when we return to Eagle River.
