Server was nice. Restaurant was clean. Food for the other people in our group was great. Mine, not so much. Ordered a skillet that comes with green pepper and onion in it, I asked for no green peppers. My skillet came with no green peppers, but so many onions I spent all my time picking them out. Everyone else was nearly done eating before I got a chance to take a decent bite of mine. Very disappointing. Pictures show all the onions that were picked out.

This place is absolutely amazing. Walking thru door just takes you back to a simpler time where you just feel like everything in the world is right. As a truck driver it's hard to find places like this anymore and I am glad to spending the weekend here. I feel like I am back home and really enjoy just eating my wonderful meal and listening to the locals talk. Do you yourself a favor and stop in here. I am not sure on how to rate the atmosphere.Because if you're looking for like a sports bar atmosphere, absolutely not.If you're looking for all kinds of things on the wall hanging down, you will not find that at all. It is, however, a clean, well maintained restaurant.
We go here several times a month.And I always have to tell the waitress to tell the cooks how good the food looks and tastes.

Kris was my server and was she was awesome. This place is always awesome whenever I get a chance to stop. As an OTR driver I appreciate the over size lot ( to park ) and kept clean. In this case plowed out from snow. I’m a talkative fellow and they all laughed at my jokes. The Walleye diner plate was very good as was the homemade Banana cream pie. You have a great place to look forward to getting to , to relax and have a sit down dinner. But your people , all of them, make it shine!

Asked for extra crispy hash browns but they were not even cooked as if they had just come out of the freezer and the heat of the food they were placed beside thawed them out just enough to not be frozen. It ain't no Ma Fischer's. I refuse to eat there anytime it's suggested we go there. Nothing disappoints me more than looking forward to a good breakfast only to be served a meal that would make McDonald's "food" seem appealing.

I had the senior portion of broasted chicken and it was perfect. Crispy and seasoned well. Mashed potatoes and gravy were definitely homemade. Scrumptious. My hubs had open faced turkey sandwich. He loves this and seemed to be cut from fresh roasted turkey as it was not in perfect "loaf" cut. The best he's ever had. Growing up on Colorado, he had never heard of this meal, now in Wisconsin, he orders it anywhere he can find it. The bread served with both meals was also fantastic. Seemed to be freshly made and very soft.

Wonderful restaurant! I was very impressed. Usually when I go into a restaurant and sit down, there are at least one or two sticky or greasy spots on the table even though it was wiped off. The table I sat down at was spotless and immaculate. The whole place was very clean. Service was outstanding. Food was delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area. TRUCKERS--- There is plenty of room for you to park and get a hot meal. Also, there is a fuel island for trucks. To the owner: Thank you very much for thinking about we truckers and giving us space to park! On the other side of the building, there are fuel pumps for cars as well. Inside has a convenience store.
