Great food! Open only a few days, starting Thursdays and a unique menu that occasionally changes. It's very affordable, and you won't be disappointed. Call ahead on Saturday or Sunday before you go because once they run out of food that weekend, they close up. They have outside seating and take-out. Breakfast on Sunday is occasionally available.

Everything was excellent! (Their menu changes weekly; my family had stir fry, the Velvet Elvis, and shrimp rangoon). This will be a regular stop for us whenever we are in the area. Highly recommend!

Cool spot with fast, fresh and interesting made from scratch food right outside of Twin Bridge Park. I had a BLT wrap, sweet jalapeño egg roll and a ribeye wrap. All delicious! Lots of outdoor, shaded seating too!

After reading some reviews of From Scratch, we had to check it out ourselves. Definitely did not disappoint. Had the salmon melt and it was so good! The bacon cheese burger egg rolls were amazing also. Very nice owner and family that worked there. A nice area to sit outside at the picnic tables and enjoy the food and outdoors. Yes, we had to wait a bit for our food, but like the name says, it's from scratch and well worth the wait!

Great new food truck in the Twin Bridge area. As the name implies, everything is made fresh From Scratch. The menu varies based on food availability and the owners ideas.

I had an Italian Surprise which was simply delicious. Various Italian meats, roasted peppers and a garlicky aoli sauce, done perfectly.

I will definitely go back.
