Local patron--Fusion--good place to go, a real asset for the Webster community. And..........can't understand this. Ordered breakfast sandwich of egg/cheese/meat (good) and greaseboard on the wall said $9. The printed menu said $9. I was charged $10.40 + an upcharge of $0.78 for the croissant. I went back to the counter and politely inquired about the discrepancy. They nonchalantly said that they hadn't printed new menus yet nor took the time to correct the greaseboard. Who does business like this? I rent out 20' shipping containers for $80/month. Next time I'll just charge my customers $92/month and "c'est la vie".

You can tell a lot about the quality of a coffee shop by their drip coffee. This might sound dramatic, but this was the best drip coffee i have ever had! So smooth - I wish I would have bought some beans! The pastry I had was also good. We didn’t try any of the hot food, but i imagine it would be equally fantastic.

I just wanted a mocha but then I saw their baked goods and decided to order a sandwich.

The mocha is fantastic. Practically otherworldly flavored... It tastes like happiness. I decided on a BLT on ciabatta bread and after a short wait received an absolutely divine sandwich. It was kind of light on the lettuce but heavy on bacon, mayo, a fairly thin sliced tomato, and some light onion. I don't know if it was the bacon or the mayo but there was something magical to it. My taste buds were dancing and cheering as my arteries braced for impact.

I live 2 hours away and won't be up this way often but when I am, I'm coming back every time. At the very least, for the mocha. 😍

This was our first time dining in at the Fusion Bistro. Everything was fabulous except the service. We waited at the counter for someone to take our order (about 3 min.) while an employee was busy making drinks for the previous customer. No big deal, but we could hear other employees in the back talking and laughing. After 3 other customers were lined up behind us, he finally told someone to come out and help. For the most part service was good after that. Overall, the food was great and its a great price point for eating healthier food than the typical bar food that is offered in many establishments around here.

Fusion is a great option for dining out in Webster. The food is so fresh and full of quality ingredients and friendly service is very welcoming. The fusion bowls are delicious, pizza is so good and you can’t go wrong with the Italian melt sandwich which is a favorite of everyone. The drink options are also much more broad than the typical northern Wisconsin bar and do not disappoint. Can’t wait to try the artisan pizza night and enjoy the outside patio and new deck area.

The new owners of Fusion have done an incredible job! This is our second stop for lunch. First time was during a very busy lunch after the an art festival on Webster High School grounds. Fusion was extremely busy. The staff was cool, calm and collected. Nice job Fusion! You chose your staff well.
Today my wife and I had an amazing lunch. We both had bowls (look for the special menu). My bowl was the Firecracker. It was awesome! The food came out promptly and served with a smile. We also had smoothies. They were delicious! My wife and I upgraded to the 20 oz smoothie because it was an inexpensive upgrade. Word to the wise, stick with the 12 oz. A nice lunch with a 20 oz smoothie and we were stuffed! A 12 oz would have been perfect.
After lunch staff cleared our table and thanked us for coming. Another positive, bathrooms were clean and well kept.
I would strongly recommend Fusion if you are in the Webster area.

In a land (Northern Wisconsin) normally filled with fried cheese curds and Busch Light on tap, what a delight to find fresh, tasty and original cuisine. Fresh salads, wraps, tacos, grain bowls, sandwiches and local wines and beers are offered. I'd come here for years when it was just the coffee shop, but now it's expanded into a bistro serving lunches and dinners along with the same tasty breakfast food and beverage options. The patio is darling with pretty flowering pots and cozy tables. The tin ceiling and appealing interior has a few fun 'shopping' shelves and could only be enhanced if they'd pipe in some classical or cover music to add to the ambiance.

Owners need to step up and figure it out. The staff needs help and more speed. People walked in behind me and walked out. I know your not Starbucks but it can’t take 5 minutes a drink and 10 minutes a sandwich. Customers need to order and be served within minutes of walking in the door. It took 40 minutes today. The guy in front of me had a drink and sandwich. The lady I front of me had 2 drinks and pastries. I had 3 drinks and pastries. The coffee & lunch food was fine, but our experience was just severely marred by the service. We tried to stop by in the morning to grab coffee, but there was a line 15 people deep so we decided we'd come back later in the afternoon before they closed. We swung by around 1:30. It took over 20 minutes to prep a sandwich, salad, & wrap during an off peak time when no one else had ordered before or after us. It's unfortunate because it's a cute storefront.

Lovely coffee shop. Chi tea, roast beef sandwich, pomegranate Italian soda and croquet monsieur sandwich. Excellent. Will buy fresh - while you wait or order ahead - roasted coffee beans. Staff is professional, friendly and really nice.
