My first time here and it didn't disappoint!
Our server was very attentive and explained the difference between the rice noodles and home made noodles, we tried both. We ordered one spicy soup and a chicken noodle soup, both were flavorful, I could've had another!

Incredibly legit northern Chinese restaurant. As an ABC (American born Chinese), I was literally the least Chinese person there when we went. Seems like the whole Chinese population in Milwaukee knows about this place, and it definitely deserves the recognition.

They have an extensive menu, but their northern style foods really stand out - dumplings, noodle/soup noodle dishes, and certain stir fries that are more specifically from northern China. Our favorites that we ordered were the 地三鲜 (eggplant, potato, and green pepper) and 麻辣汤米线 (spicy soup with noodles?).

Their food does seem to run on the salty side, but it’s also because it is mostly intended to go with white rice.

Very good authentic Chinese food. We learned that all noodles there are homemade, and they were excellent ! The food was flavorful and tasty. Somewhat pricey for what you get. The menu had a wide variety to choose from. The meat was scant and chewy.
All and all we definitely will go back again. One of the better chinese restaurants we’ve been to in the area, in a long time.

I love this place. Been here a number of times over the years primarily for their noodles. Dropped by today on a cold January afternoon because I was waiting for a windshield repair across the street. Ordered the pork belly Napa cabbage with rice noodles. It is winter comfort in a bowl. I honestly love their Fresh fruit smoothie with tapioca boba. They have the best Crab Rangoon I have had to date.

Their menu and place does need some work. I really want this place to do well. I have come here occasionally for over 10 years. I would love them to get to their next level for dining and cuisine.

I think they could do well if they made more things from scratch that were signature dishes. Stay Fresh, that’s what keeps me coming back. Homemade tapioca boba taste the best.

We tried Fusion Cafe on a Saturday night recently; it was pretty empty but we loved all the delicious flavors! We were really excited to try the Beef Stew Noodle dish, since we’ve only had it 1 other time in another city, and have been eager to find another place that makes it. Now I am not a connoisseur on noodle dishes but I ate this dish up so quickly. The noodles tasted homemade, the beef was tender and delicious and the broth was so flavorful; it truly was a perfect dish for a cold day. I also recommend getting dumplings to start; we got the chive and pork; dipping them in the chili oil and soy sauce. 🤌🏻 The place is nothing fancy, and ambience is lacking, but you’re truly just going there for the good food. We can’t wait to try more dishes!

This is real authentic Chinese food and it is excellent. A combination which is hard to find in Milwaukee. Highlights on my first visit were the pickled cabbage and pork dumplings as well as the glass noodle salad.
Service was very friendly and attentive. Dining area is extremely clean and has lots of natural light. Can't wait to go back!

Horrible food, worst service. Owner was very rude to a customer and tried to make her pay for food that she said was gross she was offered something else but she refused as she was very unsatisfied with the way she was treated. This place was featured in my Facebook foodie group and less than a mile from my home. Didn’t eat all day, so I had an appetite picked up my son, and we ran over to the restaurant, didn’t know what to expect, but saw the talk on Facebook and wanted to see what was going on. Was weird to me was that no one was in the restaurant eating. We sat down and looked at the menu. We chose the short ribs, fried rice dumplings, which were called out on Facebook and the pork buns. We were gonna order too short ribs, but the waitress kindly suggested that one serving would be enough for the both of us and it was.
The food was delivered pretty quickly, and the waitress gave us a really cool tip. She said mix the hot pepper oil with the vinegar and soy sauce when you dip your dumplings, it was amazing. Every dish was served hot, seasoned, and a good amount of food. My son who is trying to step out of his kindergarten pallet stated that we. Will come back on the regular food was great. I just wish more people knew about it. Let’s put them on the map.

Ordered here once and waited 40 minutes and then went to pick it up. Food wasn’t ready ended up waiting 30 more minutes. Best noodle shop in the Greater Milwaukee area.
Fast, affordable, and delicious. Has a variety of asian dishes with rice or flour/wheat noodles.

Edit: At some point this restaurant changed their management and their menu. The Chau siu pork dish is no longer available, and the fried noodle dish that I really enjoyed isn't the same. It's arguably worse, with far less vegetables and meat inside.

They used to have sushi, which was a nice addition to the noodles, but they no longer have that.

The interior of the restaurant is also worse than it was before.

I'm reducing my review rating from a 5 star to a 2 star.
