From a technical standpoint, the food had some issues. Hollandaise was broken, corned beef was over salted. Now that's the negatives. What I can tell you is the second I bit into the food, I had tears. It reminded me of when my dad would cook breakfast before he passed. Nothing was perfect but you could taste the love, the heart, the intent. The vibes, the smiles, my hometown is 1200 miles east of here, and I felt like I just went home and ate my dad's cooking, so thank you for giving me that moment. My heart is happier from having eaten here. ❤️

Finally went here, my gf and I met a friend for breakfast. This fits the label of a family restaurant to a T! Not only is it family owned and ran, but I actually felt like we were part of the family. The food was AMAZING and done perfectly. The portions were great, and even though it was pretty busy, didn't have to wait long at all. They are a musical family and the walls are covered with memorabilia, you could probably spend an hour just looking at it all. We will definitely be back and will try different times of the day, probably gonna be a go to place. When you order a dish that has jalapenos, just know that you get A LOT of jalapenos, haha. We were made aware of that beforehand but were still surprised at how many. They were great tasting and not too spicy.

Wonderful unique place for breakfast. Atmosphere has musical instruments all over the walls. Expect a wait to be seated, especially at peak times, as it is small and cozy. Three of my favorite things - brunch, tie dye, and rock and roll! Garden of Eatin' has it all! The service was immaculate, even with a short wait for a table. The food was delicious. This small cafe offers a great atmosphere if you are a lover of classic rock music. The walls are adorned with different rock guitars and pictures. There is classic rock music playing as atmosphere music. The food is amazing. They offer breakfast and lunch menu items. Be sure to get there before 1pm when they stop serving food. I had a burger there that was absolutely delicious. Their onion rings are amazing and don’t forget to leave room for dessert.

This is an amazing little diner. The food is great. Please make sure you stop in. Even if they don't know Who you are, they will by the time you leave. The owners are very busy people, but they take time to stop at every table and make sure you Have what You need. I will return And visit my new friends there. P.S. The name of the restaurant is a bit gimmicky, but everything else about this place is exactly what I want with a diner. Amazing menu, excellent coffee, unreal decorations that rival the Hard Rock Cafe, and some of the best service I've ever experienced. It's nestled next to the Gazebo in Galesville, and it's just gorgeous! Worth the drive!

We found a diamond in the rough this morning. This is a #1 find. The breakfasts are amazing. Hubby had eggs Benedict and he loved them. I had the polish sausage omelette with blue cheese crumbles and hollandaise sauce on top. OMG 😋
The interior is full of guitars that the owner owns. He and his wife own the restaurant. He cooks and she hosts and also waits tables. A very family oriented restaurant where the town people gather. I’m just visiting but I got caught up feeling like I was one of them. Matter of fact we’re going back tomorrow morning before we head home.

This was my first time here and i loved it! Such a small cute place! When we got there (almost 9am on a Wednesday) it was full and there were 2 tables ahead of us. We waited MAYBE 10 minutes. The last time we went here, it took our food about an hour and a half to arrive. Even when our food did come, it wasn't even warm. While we had been waiting some people who walked in after us, got their food before us... On top of all that, the place isn't the cleanest for a diner. Lots of dust on all the decor and fans. I love visiting The Garden of Eatin any time I get to Galesville! For starters the owners are so kind and welcoming and server Emily is attentive and just the sweetest! She treats you like you're her #1 customer even when the place is full. The breakfast and lunch menu is extensive, delicious and very reasonably priced. I drive all over Western Wisconsin for work, and I love coming here more than anywhere else. The food is always excellent, the rock n' roll theme (complete with tons of cool memorabilia and giant pictures of notable regional musicians) is amazing, and the owners (Billy and Amy Hembd) and staff are absolutely the greatest. Billy is usually hollerin' back in the kitchen - music blaring - unless he comes out to cut it up with patrons out in the dining room. Amy runs Front of House, cheerful always... Nobody suffers here, ever. It ain't allowed! Aptly named, Garden of Eatin' is a bit of heaven on earth, and... DON'T FORGET THE PIE!
