It was a perfect night to sit outside overlooking the lake. Our server Brian was fantastic. He described the dishes perfectly and we relied on his expertise. We shared the delmonica steak with the peppercorn and chimichurri sauces, diver scallops, broccolini, cheesecake and carrot cake. Everything was super delicious! Even though they charge for the sauces, it was worth it. We also got a bottle of wine that we were able to take the rest to have later. The food, service, and ambience exceeded our expectations.

As frequent visitors to lovely Lake Geneva Wisconsin for more than forty years now, I am embarrassed to acknowledge that our recent visit to Geneva Chophouse at the Grand Geneva Resort was our very first experience there, but it definitely will not be our last! What an absolutely exquisite dining mecca! The superb cuisine, outstanding libations, and flawless guest service rendered by both our server Daniel and Maitre D' Carl Lawrenz made for simply a magically perfect evening unrivaled by any prior dining experience that we have had in Lake Geneva. And did I mention the amazingly gorgeous scenery visible through the floor to ceiling windows which simply heightens one's dining enjoyment? Yes, the Geneva Chophouse will unquestionably be a mandatory destination for my wife and me on all of our future excursions to Lake Geneva!

My wife and I sat outside and had an amazing experience. We shared the wedge salad which was good. I had the filet and it was cooked perfectly to my order. The mushroom add on was also excellent. We had the creme brûlée for dessert which was also fantastic. Cay was very attentive as well as informative about our menu choices. An all around fantastic experience.

We had a great meal and experience and our server, Cay, was phenomenal. My husband had filet mignon cooked perfectly and I had diver scallops with risotto and it was great. The wedge salad was also fantastic.

Last night on our little vacation so decided to treat ourselves, disappointing end to our trip. The view was nice and all but for the price we all left hungry and wondering why we spent so much on food we could have made at home with more flavor. We expected more for the price stand point. 75.00$ per surf and turf. Just disappointed…

We had reservations to this place. We came on the night of Thursday June 19 2025. We were greeted by two to three people. One of them was extremely energetic and I saw him do a quick glance at my wife’s chest. Other than that, he was super enthusiastic and perhaps a bit overly friendly. While we appreciated his enthusiasm and excitement for us being there, it sounded like he would be perfect for that pushy sales guy at a mall kiosk.
Our server - Jhu was fantastic! So was the female manager whose name escapes me.
The menu is fairly small (not annoyingly large) which is good. Very expensive food options. Here is what we ordered and what we thought.
Wife ordered wine and me too. She liked hers. I got the moscato which was very sweet and tasted like a desert wine - which is fine because the sweeter the better for me!
App: lobster bisque - $18. We loved it!
Delmonico Ribeye - $75. Wife really liked it.
Her side was lobster Mac and cheese. She liked it, I thought it was very bland.
I got the Yukon gold mashed potatoes which were smooth and delicious.
Center Cut Filet (filet Mignon) 10 oz - $70 - was cooked great but flavor was definitely not worthy of $70. I wasn’t about to spend $70 on something I didn’t like. I said as much and they offered to replace it for free. I ordered the pork chops which came out great and tasted much much better. They took the filet AND pork chops replacement off the bill! What an amazing service!
Overall we had a great time and it was great service! Thank you guys for doing that for us! I don’t usually send back food but I can’t hold my tongue when each plate is $70+
Overall, I’d say it’s worth a visit if your wallet can stomach the price. But don’t be afraid to speak up if the food is not exactly up to par.

Geneva Chophouse truly exceeded my expectations! Started with a perfectly deconstructed wedge salad - fresh, crisp, and expertly composed. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection, and the Béarnaise sauce added a rich, creamy touch. The real stars, though, were the sides - the king crab + lobster mac & cheese was decadent and indulgent, and the Yukon gold mashed potatoes were silky smooth. Every side dish was a hit with the table! And to top it all off, the espresso martini was expertly crafted and delicious. Huge shoutout to our amazing waitress Rebecca - attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure our experience was nothing short of fantastic! Top-notch service, atmosphere, and food - can't wait to come back!

Yesterday my family and I decided to splurge for Easter Brunch and attend the Chophouse. It was our first and last visit to the Chophouse. Even a day later I'm still shocked at the poor quality, service, and food safety standards we experienced. I'm beyond disappointed. We will not be back and I do NOT recommend this establishment for anything.
I'll state off the bat our reservation was for 2:45pm so I recognize the brunch had been going on at this point for over 6 hours but I feel that is NO EXCUSE for what we encountered. I wish I'd taken pictures to show what it was like- raw seafood, deli meats, side salads,
cheeses left out with no temperature control. Dry, hard, stale leftover bread that was never replenished. Empty dessert plates on a whole display that were rarely replenished.
Most astonishing was a charcuterie table that I'd bet was set at 8am and not touched again by staff but instead the hundreds of patrons- featuring a giant basket of crackers with no tongs or way to safety pick up, bunches of grapes people pulled individal grapes off vines by hand, cheese logs with no knife or utensil to get any of, cheeses and meats dried up and crispy from being left out all day.
Our dirty plates were not cleared at all in a timely manner from the table despite restaurant not being overly busy.
I was served a refill of juice different from what I ordered- confirmed error with server and it was never corrected.
My boyfriend was offered lamb by a chef that I can assure you was actually beef and not lamb- thankfully he's not allergic or has any beliefs against eating beef.
I can go on and on but this was not at ALL worth the non-refundable $70, plus tax, plus 20% gratuity automatically added and pre-paid.
No one asked about our experience. No one inquired how things were- they'd already been paid and tipped so what was the point I guess?
Again- I would never recommend any brunch at the Grand Geneva.

I had high hopes for this place. It is nice Inside. It is beautiful to sit by the window by the lake. The wine was good. I potatoes were good. The steak had no flavor. It was tender however no flavor. For the price; you'd think the flavor would be great. However, unfortunately not. We always stay in the resort & this was our 1st time here.

Outrageously overpriced steakhouse.
Everything is served a la carte.
Very limited menu if you don't eat beef.
Definitely not worth the price.
There are way too many other options in the area that are better and more reasonably priced.
Also parking is next to impossible on the weekends.

So sad this place doesn’t have flavorful food!! The ambiance is nice, drinks tasty… but we were so let down by the lack of flavor in our ribeyes (I had regular and my husband bone-in). I also had the brandy peppercorn sauce… no flavor. Creamed truffles spinach - also, watery/no flavor. The Brussels sprouts and fire roasted mushrooms were good. Crab cake also bland and not crispy. Very let down! Service did the job, but not stellar. Good news is this means we are able to try other restaurants in Lake Geneva without feeling like we are missing out. For the money you will spend, I do suggest trying elsewhere for dinner service. Texas Roadhouse has more flavor in their food than here :/

We started off with a half dozen oysters of a half shell and half dozen oysters Rockefeller. We got a bottle of sparkling water for dinner, my wife had the salmon blackened with asparagus and a side of the garlic mashed potatoes. I had the tomahawk cut steak with grilled cherry tomatoes along with the side of asparagus and garlic, mashed potatoes. I ordered the Tomahawk steak, medium rare, and it was spot on perfection I also had a Stella Artois beer with dinner. our waiter Daniel was excellent and was always there if we needed anything the meals were exceptional, definitely a five star restaurant with five star service. They also have great parking valet parking. And a great atmosphere with great views.

Dined for my birthday and were very pleased. Hugo was excellent and worked with our kids on their odd selections of a side as their entree. Steaks were phenomenal in both flavor and preparation. I got the filet with the chimichuri. I don't think it's fair to complain about their prices, they are normal steakhouse prices. What matters is that they delivered on every count

absolutely the worst steakhouse I’ve ever eaten in my life. I give McDonald’s a higher rating because I had to eat there after I had to leave the restaurant. steaks all came out wrong ( overcooked ) and cold. side dishes all cold , we sent it back (2 couples ) request a check for The appetizers and drinks we had, and believe it or not, even if they screwed up our meal They gave us a check.! tables around having the same problem . this place should consider closing for good , totally un eatable!

The waitress forgot about us four times, and had to be reminded after we patiently waited each time. Once for a food order that we placed immediately, and asked for it to be brought out before our main course (it came with the main course), once for a drink (she asked if Id like another cocktail even though I ordered one 15 mins prior), once for salt, and another for desert. I'm not an impatient person, but it almost seemed like it was being done on purpose. Other than that I would give it 5 stars. I spent quite a bit and tipped 25% anyway, but I would not return.

We celebrated our 25th anniversary with family. Upon arrival, Andy visited with my dad while waiting for the other guests. When we were seated Brian and Josh were right there with wine and waters. Wonderful experience from beging to end, starting with Andy. He was manning the front entrance and answered numerous questions for my husband when we arrived. Our waiter Brian and his assistant Josh treated us like royality. Our water glasses were never empty and Brian was quick to serve our every need. Chef Edgar prepared our meal, and my husband said, "This is the best filet I've ever had in my intire life!" My husband is 82! Erin, the pastry chef, topped off our fantastic meal with a cake to celebrate the 25th wedding anniversary of our daughter and her husband.

We decided to make the trip from the Southwest suburbs of Chicago to treat ourselves. We went before COVID hit and kept saying we wanted to go back. Once again they hit the mark. We were completely satisfied with our dining experience. The filet was perfect and tender, the New York was equally prepared. The appetizer and side were simply amazing. There are several steakhouses closer, none are better. I've been to Ruth's and Shula's which are highly overrated. It's no accident we drove the distance for the BEST STEAKHOUSE! I hope to make it a regular thing for the little treat, special occasion or just because I want a FABULOUS steak and dining experience. Hope they don't change a thing.

Have been here several times over the years, and unfortunately the brunch was underwhelming. They no longer have an omelet station. Food that was to be hot was warm at best. Scrambled Eggs seemed to be no better than a Holiday Inn Express. Waffles and Pancakes appeared and tasted no better than prepackaged product that I could pick up from the grocery store. Our party of ten was disappointed with the food. I think you have to step it up a notch and dial it in. Sorry that you have gone backwards in food quality and choice.

One of the best meals I’ve ever had. It was our 25th anniversary, and they made us feel incredibly special. We had a window seat overlooking the golf course & lake. Service by Darlene was A+. We had French onion soup & tempura cauliflower to start, both delectable, then filet & halibut, both cooked perfectly, the best mushrooms I’ve ever had (which I order often), and they treated us to a free champagne toast, free apple relish app & a free cheesecake which was also the best I’ve ever had. Very fun place, prices are decent for the quality of food you get. Went there for a girls night and we both left full and satisfied! It is on pricier side, ($15 for glass of wine) but it is of very high quality ingredients and good quality wine! Got an Amuse Bouche, the King Crab and Lobster Mac and Cheese side to split (super filling and beyond delicious) I got the Lobster Bisque and it was topped with caviar and a thin crostini, again beyond amazing and so delicious. We both got the Halibut for main course. Delicious. Smallest portion by far, but it was very good and well cooked and the flavor combos they have work very well. Our server was Jhu. She was very nice informative and attentive. We waited a little longer before water or drinks came, but it was during spring break season and the place was super busy. We got an adorable little round booth and we will be back again for another special occasion! Oh and creme brûlée for dessert…..can’t go wrong!

Every year I drive in from Chicago to take my best friend to The Chop House for her birthday. Every year it is amazing from start to finish. This year it was a terrible disappointment . My friends son and daughter in law joined us for a drink. Our server Sherry first of all mixed up a drink that we explained to her 4 times. When she brought the drinks we had to say can we put in an appetizer order? We ordered the Braised Meatballs Oyster Rockefeller and Tempura Cauliflower all of them were amazing‼️ Then Sherry came back I ordered another drink and she never said do you want to put an order in. 20 minutes later I flagged her down and said you can cancel my drink her response was “ the bar is really backed up”. We then said can we get boxes for our leftovers and the check. She said you aren’t ordering entrees? We said we would have 20 minutes ago but now we are done. We planned on the crab cake filet mushrooms. Honestly if she had been apologetic we would have ordered it to go . So then Sebastian the “ supervisor came to the table we told him everything that happened and he just kept saying I’m so sorry your experience was not good. I never look for anything but he could care less about making us feel better about the situation. I admit I am a very generous tipper and I left a terrible tip instead I tripled what I would have given and gave it to the Uber driver‼️

Dined while visiting the resort for local vacation and we had mixed feelings. With a reservation, we still had to wait some time before being seated. Not a huge deal, but not what you expect when you have a reservation. Drinks were okay and appetizers were just decent. We ordered a few to sample, but nothing was really great. You would hope a chophouse would know their meat temps, but there is absolutely inconsistency there with this. One member of our party ordered a medium steak that was served rare (and the requested peppercorn glaze add-on missing, but still charged for it). Another had ordered a medium rare steak that was cooked to nearly medium well; no red in the center, no juicy flavor at all. After returning the overcooked steak and while the rest of our party finished their meals, a replacement was finally brought out but was again overcooked to the exact same minimally pink color as the previous one. This was such a disappointment since most of us had already finished our meals and the twice-overcooked steak was instead taken to-go (and then ended up going into the garbage disposal because it was so dry). NOTHING was offered for the trouble. Although the view is pretty and the service was attentive, for an elevated dining experience the mark was completely missed here. We would not return.
*Edit* When the same cookie-cutter response is given to every single negative review, it's indicative of a lack of care. As a finer dining establishment you should absolutely do better.

We had our 25th wedding anniversary dinner here. The only thing I requested when making the reservation was to have a table next to the window so we could look out and I was told yes at the time of reservation. When we got there the hostesses were rude about it and said other requests for the window tables took precedent over ours.....REALLY!!! The food was good and the waiter was awesome but I don't see us ever going back there again. I'm not going to spend hundreds of dollars at a place that cannot even accommodate a 25th anniversary request even when I was told the request would be filled.

The food is not flavorful and the presentation is awful. I ordered Carrot cake for desert and received what looked like a piece of cafeteria sheet cake. The $451 bill was not worth what we received. My spouse and I recently visited Geneva Chop House to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary, and while there were positive aspects, our experience left us with mixed feelings.
We were greeted warmly by the hostess, who was friendly and attentive when we mentioned our special occasion. She informed us that we would receive a surprise gift, which made us feel valued and excited for the evening ahead. The restaurant's ambiance was delightful, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere for our celebration.
However, we encountered a disappointment when it came to the promised surprise dessert. As we neared the end of our meal, we noticed another couple celebrating their anniversary receiving a beautifully decorated dessert with "Happy Anniversary" written on it. This led us to anticipate a similar treat. Unfortunately, our server, despite knowing it was our anniversary, returned to our table only to present the check, offering a quick congratulations without mentioning the dessert. This inconsistency left us feeling let down and questioning why we didn't receive the dessert that had been mentioned earlier.
In addition to the dessert disappointment, we experienced a delay in the arrival of our food, which somewhat hindered our overall enjoyment. However, once the food did arrive, we found it to be delicious and well-prepared.
While Geneva Chop House has positive aspects, the inconsistent service regarding the promised anniversary dessert was disheartening. It's important for establishments to follow through on their promises to ensure a memorable experience for all guests.
In conclusion, I would recommend Geneva Chop House for its pleasant ambiance and tasty cuisine. However, I urge the management to improve the consistency of their service, particularly regarding special treats promised to guests celebrating their anniversaries. With these adjustments, the restaurant can provide a more consistently enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Had a great experience. The food was amazing. Our server Hugo was probably the best I've ever had at a restaurant (Was hoping we'd get him after reading some reviews). A true professional and master of his craft. At every turn we got refills and plates removed. The staff were so pleasant, upbeat, and had such positive energy. An exceptionally managed restaurant. Looking forward to coming back next summer.

This is the place for superb food, outstanding service, and a terrific view. Everything is top notch. The tuna appetizer is delicious. The lamb chops are perfect, as is the seafood.
It is quite expensive, but they deliver the value.
As an addendum, our dinner was so good several days ago, we went back tonight. It was equally wonderful. My only comment is that there was a guy sitting close to us wearing a baseball cap. I think a manager should have discretely asked him to remove it.

My gf and I had a truly relaxing and nice evening hanging out with Hugo. Dude, you are the man and I will request you every time in the future. Thanks for taking care of us during our birthdays and anniversary. AnniBirthSary! Our food was nearly perfect, although my steak was over medium, the salmon, parsnips, crab cake and garlic mashed were outstanding! Thanks so much for the desserts for our AnniBirthSary and welcoming us as grand friends. I was slightly appalled at how some tables treated him around us, but his niceness and service did not waiver towards them or us, which defines important characteristics of a dynamic leader. Keep it up!

Stopped in for appetizers and had this amazing off menu appetizer combination called "Chicken and the Sea" . (Crab cake and a buffalo wing) It's not on the menu. You have to ask for it by name. Not all of the servers seem to know about it so you may have to be persistent. Great texture and flavor.

While only one vegan entree option the atmosphere, service and presentation is nothing less than top notch. Once I notified the waitress I was vegan she let me know of several sides that could be made vegan as well as the vegan entree option available. This restaurant is all about the the experience and they deliver.
Drinks are REALLY good too!

Fine dining how it should be. Relaxing atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, and management that seemed to care. If this makes sense, they seemed almost too attentive. Staff were standing and waiting for customers? Multiple managers came up and asked how our food was, which was almost too friendly? Sometimes, it is nice to only have the waitress be attentive.

My husband and I love getting away to the Grand Geneva Resort. While we are staying here we always get at least one dinner at one of their restaurants. We are never disappointed!! This trip we ate at the Chop house. They had these warm rolls which my husband loved and some GF crackers for me that were thin, crisp and delicious with their assorted butters and dips. I had the sea bass which was cooked perfectly with a crisp outside and a moist buttery inside. The sauce was amazing. My husband had the lamb which was tender, and cooked perfectly. We shared the Brussels and the root veggies which were so delicious. The meal was amazing. A little on the pricy side but not terrible for what we got.

Let me start with I am a fan of this place and have hosted work dinners here. Always was a delightful experience.
Wanted to share this place with my family and delight them. Was my son's 18 birthday and I booked well in advance for 4 and indicated in reservation such.
Here is the summary. The food is still really good and everything tastes great. The experience just did not hit the mark.
Experience starts from the get go.
- The hostesses were cold, one would not make eye contact and like we did not exist.
-we got sat in a booth where every party was a party of 2 and us 4 adult sized people were attempted to be squeezed in.
- we were sat by the double doors to the kitchen and the chefs area and was loud & busy. So we were cramped and couldn't hear each other.
-We informed them it was a 18th bday dinner and we'd like to be re-seated where we can hear each other. The team was accommodating and we were placed at a smaller square table where at least we could move our arms.
- service across all was odd and I will leave it at that.
Now for the positive, everything we ordered was delish.
- for starters we had wedge salad, oysters, french onion soup and Caesar salad. Again service was odd. Took order for these and teen drinks and tried to walk away stating they'd be back for the adult drink orders. By now we had been around for almost 30 mins sitting around. We addressed this of course and placed our drink orders.
- dinner was fantastic , really good food! we had Ribeyes, a bone in ribeye, NY strip steak and 4 sides: marbled potato, mash, asparagus and mushrooms. Everything was fantastic! Can't go wrong with the food here, just so tasty.
- our waitress brought out a birthday cake for our 18 year old and that was sweet. We appreciate that.
- the caramel chocolate cake is one of the best I have had . We ended up ordering more.
We will go back , as I said earlier , one of the best places in the areas for food.
I hope the attention/service gets tweaked. For $600 dinner I would expect a little more in caliber of service. Possibly not set up for parties of 4 . Seemed well set up for 2 and larger groups.

I'm giving Geneva Chop House 1 star based on the service and customer service. I made a New year's Eve reservation over the phone. When we arrived and were seated we were made aware that it was a price fix menu for $150.00 per person. We were expecting the regular menu where a very nice dinner can be had for $48.00 to $65.00 per person. When I commented to the server about the price fix I was told that "It is a holiday". The menu had 3 red meat and 2 seafood options. We don't care for seafood and try to avoid red meat. 2 of the main courses we ordered were good and 1 was not that good and the sides were mediocre. I waited for the holiday period to end and called the restaurant manager, on January 4th at 2:45pm, and left a voice mail for him to call me to discuss our experience. After not getting a response by January 7th, I sent an email to the resort at 11:45 am. As of January 11th I still haven't gotten a response. Grand Geneva is lovely and as long as you have a good experience, it's probably wonderful. If you don't have a good experience they don't seem to care.

We made our annual trip to the Grand Geneva with friends. We met in the bar and it took three tries to make a correct Old Fashion for me at $16 a pop. Then we went to the Chophouse and had dinner that was mediocre at best. The portions were small and the cost of the meal was way overpriced. The experience was memorable but for the wrong reason. We will strongly consider not going back in the future!

I will never eat at this place again. I ordered a lobster tail, a wedge and shrimp cocktail. The only thing that was eatable was the shrimp cocktail. When I was served the wedge, it was slopped on the plate, not perfect as in other restaurants where I've ordered this. The presentation was horrible and if I were the waitperson I never would have served it. My lobster tail was burned on top, uncooked and I would never have served this either. Also, another person in our party had a steak and he said it was horrible. If I hadn't been at the table with certain family members I would have sent it all back. It was disgusting. I deeply regret spending over $100 of my hard earned money for horrible food and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

My family and I dinned here to celebrate our parents 32nd anniversary (which they never acknowledged)
. The Chop House came highly recommended to us and while the view was spectacular, the experience was sub-par. My toddler niece wasn't even given a plate, napkin and utensils (we had to ask). Luckily two of our three appetizers were delicious, because the rest of meal was borderline inedible. In fact one of the New York strips was so tough we couldn't cut or chew it, it was like eating a rubber tire. This was after we waited over an hour for the main course after we had finished the appetizers. The kids Mac n Cheese (we thought we going to be like the Lobster Mac side -minus the seafood) instead it was Kraft from the box - and $18!! We could never find our waitress and to add insult to injury, they mandated a 20% gratuity.

The experience overall we would rate as average. Sat down at 8 for dinner. Bread we were served as just short of hard. Initial service was fine, as we got appetizers we placed our order and didn't receive meals until 9:25. Waitress disappeared for 20 mins or so. I finally asked if our 6 year old could get his Mac and cheese at least and then suddenly our waitress found all meals, a steak, and scallops. Not a huge or hard order. It wasn't super crowded so that couldn't be excuse and at no point did a manager stop and ask about service or meal. Food was good. Service is everything, managers need to do a better job.

Delmonico was very tender and flavorful despite being more towards rare than medium rare. I still ate the whole thing. Wedge salad was very good. Carrot/Parsnip side not great. Carrot cake was very dense almost like it was an uncooked cake. I’d go back for steak and wedge salad, but definitely try a different side and dessert.
Service was decent. Manager was ever present. I’d go back, but could be convinced to try another option in the area first.

What an amazing dining experience. We had the opportunity to sit inside near the window with a beautiful view on to the Lake. Much better view than the other Italian restaurant at the resort, Ristorante Brissago. Our waitress was knowledgeable about every dish and wine we had questions about.
For an appetizer we had the bacon wrapped dates. They were sweet and salty, and the bacon was smoked amazing.
We split the Chophouse Salad it was very good. We also had the French Onion Soup, it was amazing. The Gruyere cheese was amazing and set the ton for the whole dish. It's a heavy soap so if getting steak be sure to split this dish.
My entree was the wagyu steak. It was a Manhattan cut. It was shaped like a filet and had the texture of a sirloin. The steak was a Australian A8 steak. It was pretty tender, not as tender as I expected wagyu to be but the flavor....oh the flavor. It was my first time eating waygu, it was unlike any steak I have ever had before. I got it done medium rare, and it's the first time I wish I had a steak more rare. The more I got to the center the better the flavor. They seared the outside of the steak to make a crust and I had almost wish they hadn't because the flavor rare was so good.
My wife had the Delmonico Ripeye. It was juicy and flavorful, the best Ripeye I have ever had. So good and tender and fatty. I was eating Waygu wanting another bite of Ripeye (I need to find a waygu Ripeye)
We finished with the triple chocolate cake. It was amazing unlike most triple chocolate cakes that are so rich they have the dark chocolate bitterness. This was was instead smooth and silky. I would have had more if I didn't have a rich wagyu steak right before it.
Overall an amazing experience, but be ready to pay for it.

We ordered a Spanish cava, unfortunately it was not available, so we ordered a French sparkling wine for our dinner. We had 2 appetizers (the tuna tartar and the oysters Rockefeller), following with two seafood dishes (branzino meuniere and the diver scallops with garlic mashed potatoes and loaded potatoes.), all the food was well prepared, the only thing was the temperature on the oyster could have been warmer. We made reservation for family dinner, when we arrived, we were told that they don’t have a reservation for us.
Manager was super rude and instead of resolving the situation, she gave us an attitude and intentionally made us wait, even though there were tables available.
She didn’t offer anything complementary, not even an apology.
It used to be high quality restaurant and resort, we have been coming here since 2005. Now everything is downgraded. Very disappointed.
