The pizza was truly one of the worst ones I have ever had. The sauce is so weirdly sweet. I couldn't even finish one piece. Also ordered cheese bread and got no sauce with it. I'm leaving 3 stars because their gyros are fantastic and so are their carna asada fries. Stick to that. The pizza is not worth it the price for what you get.

Upset.I ordered $45 worth of food for my kids.And I on the 3rd of July and I never received it but yet I was charged for it on the fourth and management is swearing that I received it so they won't refund me yet.I have all of the footage from my security camera proving that I didn't. Ordered twice. The first pizza was deep dish and it was just tomato sauce in a bowl of dough with floating toppings. We are from MN and found this pizza place on Google Maps. I was able to place an online order. Times on Google said they were open from noon to 12:45 AM, their online ordering system allowed order to be submitted. We got an online notification pizza will be ready at 12:30 PM that day. My brother who is also coming for a vacation notified me this business was not open based on a screenshot he shared with me. I tried to call the pizza place three times on Sunday beginning at 12PM to confirm their hours and nobody answered the phone. I called the merchant after getting a text today that our pizza was ready (when we are headed back home) and requested a refund for the amount of pizza plus tip. Manager said no because it was ready on time claiming today was the day for it to be ready when I placed the order on Sunday. She said they are open every day from noon to 12:45AM and she said there was nothing she could do since it was through another merchant the order was put through.

Don't just don't. This is hands down THE WORSE 'pizza' i have ever had the displeasure of eating, possibly the number one when it comes to restaurants overall. It's sad because the sides weren't too bad, good even but the 'pizza' I got completely overshadowed it with its awful texture and weird wattery over moist toppings. Twice in the last two weeks the food I ordered arrived burnt. The first was cheese ravioli that was great but the bread was totally burned and inedible. Tonight I ordered an enchilada dinner that was pretty bad Hamburger meat was partially burned and tortillas were totally crispy and burnt around the edges. Rice was okay but after cutting tortillas and putting aside the burnt part of the hamburger meat there wasn't much left for $12+. However I did have ravioli meal a week ago that was perfect. So if it's just one cook, maybe they should be more careful or do something else there. I don't know if I'll continue to order from you when I'm not sure what condition the food will be in. Too bad because the meal itself was great when not burned.

The bartenders usually are busy on their phones and don't pay attention to notice you are waving them down for another drink. The place is pretty dirty, and smells. Bathrooms are disgusting, bar top is rarely wiped down, and its either the sinks, or the beer lines that need to be cleaned, because there often is a horrible smell coming from behind the bar. Its too bad because their food is good, but if they can't take the time to clean what customers see, I can't imagine the filth they are preparing food in.

First of all, the bartender was on his cell phone, most of the time, was hard to order. When we finally ordered he put a red sauce on bar counter then bought the guacamole and chips the sauce almost sent my fiancee to the hospital it was soo hot. I asked for guacamole with no onions and he didn't even pay attention to get it right. Food was rushed chips were awful. I worked in a Mexican restaurant and you can tell when foods made with love. I love the food! But the customer service is terrible! I had to wait over an hour for cold food, not to mention the time prior they forgot stuff and charged me for it, then try to hit me with a 20% deal off next purchase..... that's the best you got for your messing up twice, and all this is the deal after I complained and he said there's nothing he can do. My first experience with this restaurant was HORRIBLE. We ordered a thick crust, extra crispy pizza which came as ordered and was pretty decent. We ordered the Shrimp and Angel Hair pasta which was supposed to have a wine sauce. What we received was spaghetti that was cooked in either unsalted or under-salted water which, if you don't know, tastes horrific. The depth of flavor was a complete MISS. I love angel hair pasta and this was definitely NOT angel hair. This dish was also swimming in water!! If it was the pasta water, it definitely wasn't salted. The second pasta dish was the Tortellini with meat sauce. Again, cooked in unsalted water and swimming in additional water in the container. I am new to the area, trying and rating all of the restaurants I can, and was VERY DISAPPOINTED in Geno's. I would not recommend favorably.

The other pasta on the menu says angelhair and we got spaghetti and half of the bottom of the container was butter. The Deep Dish pizza had no flavor. I would highly suggest ordering from another restaurant. These guys were the only ones open on Monday night so we thought we would give them a try. I never rate places. But i had to rate Genos/Mi Ranchito because my family orders from here all the time and we love they're food! Never had a problem with theyre food, always done fast, always taste amazing, always great customer service. Plus they have $1 tap beer! Cant go wrong with that. I love coming here for Mexican food, and today i decided to try theyre enchiladas, I was NOT disappointed. Beyond amazing, I dont understand why theyre are so many complains, sometimes restaurants have bad days (trust me i would know I used to work in a restaurant) I always say try giving the place a second try! Cant judge from one mistake. Although they are really busy all the weekends I still come here on the weekends with my friends! Because they play good music, they play a little bit of every genre! I love that and have the best dances. Bartenders are lovely and easy to talk to they make sure they're customers are happy. The owner is very nice and cool. I'm like a regular customer here haha.

Very disappointed in their manager and employee customer service. The employee never gave my message to call me. I called again a few days later and let the manager know that we bought wings that did not taste good and made my husband I sick to our stomach. He never apologized and he kept remarking that his wings weren't the problem and it was something else from our home instead. I asked for a refund and he said no since I called the next morning instead of immediately upon getting the food which made no sense. I told him we'd take our business elsewhere. It took 2 1/2 hours for food on a Saturday night, they claimed that they only had one driver. When I called they said i would get a free order of bread sticks next delivery and when I called for my next delivery they had no note of the incident or anything in regards to my 2 1/2 hour late delivery so there was no compensation for the inconvenience and cold pizza.
