After years of going to this location, I would not recommend this restaurant.
For my December 2023 visit I ordered takeout at the register. Was poorly treated by the waitress. Not friendly all, made me wait to take the order and ultimately asked the cook to take it after almost 10 min wait. When asking if I could pay the bill while the food was being prepared, she refused saying, "he has the order". I've had this severe before and never had good service from her.

The quality of the food has has really gone down from previous years. This included chilli ,supergeorge and fries. Bill was more than $16. Can get better quality from Culver's at this price

George Webb’s is one of the truest last forms of what I like to call a “Burger Joint”. We started coming to the Franklin location when we moved here about 12 years ago. My son, who’s autistic, quickly took to Beth and she’s well know in this house and his fave waitress. The staff is always a pleasure to converse with and they treat their guests as if they’re family. Loved G. Webbs since my dad took us to the one in Racine when I was a kid. Don’t change a thing!!!!

I have always loved Webb's, but their prices are crazy. Most breakfast items $2-3 more than many other restaurants. Sat at the counter and had a view of the grill area. Food and garbage on the floor by the grill area and ignored as numerous employees stood around and talked. If it can be seen by customers it definitely should be swept up. Too bad as staff was very friendly.

Had the fish fry. Fish batter was crunchy and for me almost perfect. Fish it self was a little fishy. Fries not bad. Bread, diet cola was weak and Coleslaw was horrible. Not worth my $. For the same price you can go anywhere and get a more traditional more tasty fish fry.

Very rude service. Was Sat in a tiny booth with almost no room. Asked to move into a larger booth with numerous available in the restaurant and was told no. Left and took my business some place else. Very very slow service. Once I got service the waitress forgot to turn in my order. My half hour snack turned into a hour and 15 minute ordeal. I sat at the counter with my empty cup of chili waiting for the rest of the meal. After sitting there for 45 minutes the waitress asked if "there will be anything else"? I said "YES! Don't go here when the firefighters have a reserved table.... Half the restaurant was off limits for seating only finding out after having a waitress with a snappy attitude bark at you for trying to sit down and being completely unaccommodating to a handicap person and her child. I'll take my business to one of the MANY other George Webb's for now on. Oh and by the way .... We finished our meal before ANY of the firefighters show up... Maybe be more respectful to the patrons that are actually there and not just the ones that are pending to show.
