Prices have gotten really expensive and quality has gone down hill. It’s hard to sit down and have a quick meal with my 2 young kids without spending 50$ before the tip.
Food was all cold. Asked for a toast and waited almost 10 minutes. The cook had quite an attitude for open kitchen. Boomers sitting around talking about trump and telling young people to just shut up and work and enjoy what you have. Turning into a lame place to be.

On September 2, 2024, at 04:57 hours, I visited George Webb and found the restaurant completely unattended, despite calling and being informed that the staff was busy. Observing from outside, I noticed that the stove was left on, emitting visible heat, and there were numerous unattended plates scattered inside. It appears the employee may have left the premises.

We live near this George Webb and have been there often. I'm not sure we'll go back. The prices have gone up and the service down. The waitress did the absolute minimum. They messed up 2 of our 3 meals and there was no apology, in fact, no comment at all when she returned with our son's correct meal.

Everyone makes mistakes, but how these mistakes are corrected and the customer service determines the impact of those mistakes. This was a terrible experience.

Me and my Dad went at quarter to one am and we had the best food ever. There was only one guy working and wow did he blow away our expectations. Food was amazing and service was great, we got our food almost immediately. My family and I rolled in on 7/4/23 at about 12am after the fireworks starving! We had been driving around looking for food. Prices are as high as any other restaurant so if you are coming here for a cheap meal..don’t. Service was great. We stopped in for a cheap breakfast after my sons orthodontist appointment and after seeing the prices decided to get him a kids breakfast and drop him off at school, my husband and I went enjoy a meal elsewhere. Breakfasts range from $10 for two eggs hash browns and toast up to $15 for a skillet. Although prices are higher than expected for a george web just want to reiterate…Service was great, fast and friendly !

Tired to speak to restaurant staff and told her I would be happy to send picture of breakfast, that eggs were indeed not sunny side up and the hash browns were burnt. She was so appalled that I called and said she would love to see picture, when asked where to send the pic and she said she would refund my breakfast, she hung up on me. This young teen girl with blonde hair and brown hair she was very rude to my friend and I.
It took her about a hour to give us service .she didn't even come over to see how everything is.
And there was a man at the counter that she service before us.And gave him more of her attention then my friend and I. And when this man asks for a bowl of soup she put she fingers inside the bowl before she filled it up with soup. That isn't the right way you do things if you are working with food in a restaurant!
You grab it by the sides .And there was a man coughING he and his wife were sitting by the bathroom but no one went to he's tablet to see if he was OK or needed something

One waitress 4 entire restaurant. Service slow not up to standards. I understand this was due to only having one waitress and was not her fault. It is a favorite place of my parents and I took my father and son is there for Veterans Day. We are three generations of veterans. My dad is 90 if that's where he wants to go that's where we're going he was happy that's all that mattered.

I have to tell you that this is the best Webbs I have ever eaten at. The 2 ladies working on Sunday morning were like watching live diner dash. EXCELLENT service, hot delicious food and fast!! Very Cozy place and a very nice waitor (even though he never gave us napkins or utensils) but I have no clue how people say the food is great. I've come a few times to give it a chance. The fries are the worst fries my family has ever had, every time. Taste old and slight dirty oil taste, plain, no salt. Even when ordering cheese fries, they just nuked a small bowl of cheese with cold chunks still in the middle. The Fish was clearly fried in old oil, had a strange coating of hard oil on it. Mini corn dogs came like stone each time we gave it another try.
Only thing we liked were the burgers and mozzarella sticks so far. We went through most of the lunch/ dinner menu. Not sure how the breakfast foods are. Lady next to me,her food was very burnt and you could smell it.
The afternoon cook doesn't seem to take any pride in what she/he makes.

Please fix this! This place has potential. They can do better. I would try it one more time.
I owned a restaurant and wouldn't let most of this food get sent out.

Check your food order when you order take out. Came in at 8:45PM and ordered a few simple things on the menu. I paid and went to a nearby gas station to fill up while the food was prepared. When I returned. The guy behind the register gave me the food. I live 2 miles from the place. My GF ordered a simple DOUBLE PLAIN HAMBURGER. She cannot tolerate cheese. When I ordered I specifically ordered a double plain. Register guy even confirmed it. After the gas station and then home, the order was incorrect. GF tried to call them and tell them order was incorrect AND to try to get them to prepare the NEW double so to save time. No, the guy argued, wasted time calling up the order while she was on the phone. Then I arrived. Both the guy and the cook said I ordered a double CHEESE. Nope. Been going to this place with other staff... NO PROBLEM'S. Today, not even an apology or statement of error on their part. Supposedly, got the difference back on my CC. We'll see. As to this Webb: Never again. Arrogant, non-give a damn, (insert expletive).employee's.

My wife and I have gone to this location for years. Not always perfect but its webbs! Well last night was the worst experience I ever had in a restaurant. My food came first. Then 5 minutes later my wife's food came after sitting up on the counter. She order 2 eggs over hard with yoke cracked and well done bacon. The bacon was not cooked and the eggs were runny also not cooked. They took the eggs back and we waited and waited. Two more orders came out I was done with my meal. Never saw the eggs. The wife opened up the napkin to find dried food on her fork. We did get one meal taken off the bill. It was late we were hungry. That's why we went to eat. The cook had no hair net face mask and looked like a slob or had some kind of issue. If you dont need well done food or have cooked the way you want and like dirty left over food on your fork and plates. This is the place for you. We will never be back. Off and on we have gone here for over 15 years. Glad they have such a good buisness. Worst experience at this location. It will be our last visit to any webbs. Prices too high for this kind of filth and quality.
