3rd shifter on my night off, went in at 5 am for a burger. Only 1 dude working in the whole place doing EVERYTHING! Waiting tables, cash register, cooking, and washing dishes! Robert was the worst cook and server to be left alone at this place he was rude to my dad said mean comments made my daughter and I feel very uncomfortable we got stares and rude looked we are a mixed family and felt so unwelcome Robert was on his phone talking to someone while we waited 40 minutes for a check when I got up there I got part of a recording he was not paying attention and asking someone to find his pills for him when he gets home he quickly got off the phone when he noticed

Right off the top, the floor being uneven had me freaked out when my coffee slid on the table without touching it 😁 food came in fast, hot fresh and ungreasy.. but sadly not made with love. Omg we absolutely love love love the Oconomowoc Webb. Never been to many others , but Robert is amazing! Hands down the most amazing cook , server and person that I have met. The guys running the place at the time were super friendly. It's my first time eating at one of these places in a while.

I suppose it's a good place for people who don't have a whole lot of money to go to eat because the prices are really low, but you do kind of pay the price in regards to the quality of the food.

I mean they cook it to the best of their ability, and the quality of the service is top-notch, but obviously the quality of the actual ingredients reflects the low cost of the food which makes the food not that great.

If I was the owner of this over all company, I would take a hard look at possibly charging more for the food but making that extra money pay for better quality. Also you may need to move this particular location a little bit further away from the other restaurant across the street that's obviously stealing all the business away.

I am giving at 4 stars though because I really liked the service a lot. If it was just based on the food, it would be two or three stars, but sometimes good people can make just-okay-food pretty good after all.

I have not been to Webb's in years. I can tell you the menu is much smaller and so is the food. I had the bacon deluxe double cheeseburger. I'm glad I order the double so I could at least taste the hint of meat with my bacon, lettuce and tomato. Each piece of meat could not have been more than 1/16" thick. At $9 for this meal, it will be years before I go there again. The service was great though.
