I don’t know how this has good reviews. We’ve tried going a couple times. Once after a concert when there is one server and one cook- the server didn’t get to us for over an hour. You might ask, why did we wait?? Because we were hungry lol- we were there at 2 am after a concert. But he got us a soda and complained about being too busy the whole time. There were 5 people there.

Now today at 528 pm I got there to order food and the man yelled at me for being closed because he “had to clean” even though the sign said 6 pm. He yelled at customers before they walked in the door and then me after I had been sitting there for 5 minutes.
I’m sorry, we legit live 2 minutes down the road. But we can’t keep trying to go on the RANDOM days we decide to go and met with rude waiters who can’t manage taking care of customers well. Plus- being understaffed is crazy if that’s going to happen….

Why do I have to order a $3 drink with my "All American" breakfast on all of your sites? Doordash, Grubhub and EVEN your OWN web site?
Additionally, when I called the Delafield store, I was told that I could either do pick up with a manual order, or would have to be subject to the drink charge.
When I asked the gentleman to change the setting on DD/GH or your web site, he told me, "We literally have a sign that says if we change any settings, we will get fired."
He also told me they don't even offer "to go" drinks.

Edit - and I really do appreciate this guys effort!
He must have saved my number on caller ID. Called me back. Asked if I could order "Free water" as an option. I advised him it was not.
Thanked him for the follow-up. He said he texted his manager about the problem.

Went there for the first time this morning! It's open 24 hours which is a bonus. There was only one man working there and he did a great job! It's clear the other people in there were regulars by how comfortable they were with him and each other. I was sitting there thinking about who I could bring with me the next time I go! Not to mention the food was speedy, cooked perfectly, and delicious! (I had the omelet). Great place!

I hate this place. They need the Close down. I ordered the ordered breakfast from them and I had a delivery by DoorDash my DoorDash or Tony was great. My food was messed up. They charged me for stuff. They didn’t even give me they didn’t make my hashbrowns right the whole experience besides Tony the food was terrible and then when I called Georges and told them they messed up on my food they told me to call DoorDash that is not their fault. The door was messed up on my food and charge me $25 for I think I think George Webb’s should be responsible for replacing my order..

To say that I am disappointed is a bit of an understatement. What I expected to be a quick and simple pickup started off unpleasing the second I walked in the door. There was only one person manning the entire establishment which at my time of arrival had 5 other eat in diners of which not a single one of them had food in front of, let alone a typical glass of water. The cook greeted me promptly and asked me to wait a second before he could ring up my to go order. He started putting food on the grill and then came and rang me up. He then handed me my to go box of food without a bag and confused, i grabbed the box from him. (cutting him some slack because he is the only one there, I didnt say anything) I paid and exited the restaurant with my food. I got home about 10 minutes later, expecting my food was going to be a little cold considering it was only 27 degrees outside and lacked the extra insulation that the bag would have provided. Still, no big deal... The major issue that upset me was that as I sat down to eat my food, made the observation that my sausage scrambler appeared to be completely unseasoned. Ok...I can add my own salt and pepper...BUT THEN as i went to take a bite noticed that my scrambled eggs were still runny, cheese was BARELY melted and hashbrowns mushy...trying to eat this was comparable to that of something that was served straight from a blender. so not only is my food cold and unseasoned, ITS MUUUUSHHHH. I paid almost $16 for this meal as well as gave a $2 tip for an extremely unprofessional order handoff and food that was so mushy it might as well of been blended.

Save yourself. Our waitress was probably one of the rudest I have experienced. I ordered the Cod meal. Comes with coleslaw (my fav). Instead if coming and saying were out of coleslaw do you still want or offering a substitute, she brought out food said were out and left it at that. Never asking if everything was okay. My fish was not cooked all the way and when she came to give our ticket I told her she could take my plate. My cod was not cooked and I ordered for coleslaw. The waitress responded "I don't order the supplies!" I was charged for something I took 2 bites of.

Let's be honest the company like every other raised prices but cut their food servings in half. They were very small portion an me an my man's bill was $50 with tip that's smh especially for the amount of food on our plates.. that's on corporate which I rate them 2star

Our server name was Tonia. She was one of the best servers I had at this George Webb.
She was prompt and courteous. She knew the "regular" customers by name. If she had some idle time after taking orders and serving them. You could see her cleaning around the store. A good attitude towards her job and profession. The food was cooked very well but unfortunately I missed getting the cooks name. Prices were reasonable. Priced better than other fast food places. Please check this restaurant out.

Listen this place has probably been around as long as I have been and here’s what I’ll tell you .. it’s solid , always. I don’t care when you go, or which one you go to you know what your getting. It’s not elevated fare but what it is, is the late night greasy spoon you’re craving… it’s a solid lunch with your kids and there’s lots on the menu for them and you too. It’s exactly what you’re expecting because in all the years I’ve been eating here and sometimes it’s been YEARS in between, the food tastes exactly how I remembered it did. I had a hankering for the super george sandwich out of nowhere the other day and so I ordered one and it was everything I needed!

Just tried to stop in and order a bacon cheeseburger to go. Which I have ordered multiple times, the lady who was working acted annoyed when i asked to place am order and then stared at me like I was crazy when I asked for a bacon cheeseburger. She told me that's not on the menu and then whipped a menu out and pointed to the burgers and said here is the menu. I asked if I could just get a cheeseburger with bacon added and before I could get any further with the order she pointed at the menu again and said "a bacon cheeseburger isn't on there. Do you see it?" Then proceeded to tell me it would be a "premium" burger to which I responded "that is fine". She then said well you have to pick one of those and add bacon and I asked why she was being so rude and she "goes I'm not I'm just telling you like it is"
I decided to go to a different location because apparently asking for a cheeseburger with bacon added is a very difficult thing for her. She was so extremely rude, I've never experienced anything like that before.

My husband and father in law went to this restaurant for breakfast. The 3rd shift employee was awesome, after he left for the day the female manager ignored them. They asked several times for a coffee refill and she just ignored them, my father in law asked a little louder, thinking she didn't hear them, then her response was to kick them out of the restaurant and threaten to call the police because they didn't move fast enough, my father in law uses a walker and walks slowly. They did tell her to go ahead and call the police.
I do NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We Luv the old-fashioned Webb-burgers made crunchy inside. We always order them like this with EXTRA fried onions and pickles!! Even though we order them the [old fashioned way]. The server Jack held the door open for me and my mom!! My mom has dementia and Parkinson's but she is a trooper!! Like 2 1/2 months When I was pick up my order for the All American Breakfast when I paid for my food, Angela was sticking her middle finger at me before I got in my car. I walked back in the restaurant and she got an attitude with me for not tipping her. Corporate needs to do an investigation on her for bad customer service and the way she mistreated me with the middle finger while on camera and they need to have her terminated. Had the worst experience after being a regular to this George Webbs. My pick up order was canceled twice before i arrived. I went in to try and place a to-go order and the woman (black hair, bigger build) working already knew our order after cancelling it so many times. After confronting her she continued to catch an attitude and asked for a tip even before making our order. In my years of dining i don’t ever remember tipping before i’ve tasted the food or enjoyed the service (which i did not). We continue to go back and forth before i withdrew. It was a very unpleasant interaction. I wouldn’t have tipped her customer service even if i was dining in!

After being charged twice for 1 cup of coffee and not having time Saturday morning to wait for them to fix it I left. Bare In mind it took the guy 5min to get me the wrong bill. I tossed the check on the counter and said there was no tip. As I was leaving Angela had just got there and was saying they could fix it

The 3rd shift worker was happy to be of service.

I ordered chicken flavored noodle soup to go. He took the time to make sure I got enough noodles in the broth then offered crackers and spoons.

He wrapped the soup up nicely so it didn’t spill. When I got home the soup was still very hot and tasted delicious.

I would have given it 5 stars solely for the 3rd shift cook, he was absolutely amazing, took my order over the phone, gave me directions when my gps lead me in the wrong direction and checked me out while cooking orders. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was the waitress with faded blonde and (pink?) hair was at the door when I walked in, no greeting, no interactions at all while the cook who was already busy had to check me AND another customer out. This location in specific has the most disgusting food prep i have ever seen. An employee in the kitchen was distributing cheese dip into cups and licking his fingers. It wasn't just a little cheese either it was on the back of his hand so he had to twist his hand to reach it with his tongue. Then when distributing a small peppers he took a bite of some every other cup he filled. At times he scooped out of the can with his finger.

We had a terrible customer service experience at this location with the server Lynn. As soon as we walked in, rather than being greeted we were informed with perceived hostility that the restaurant would be closing in 30 mins. We agreed to eat quickly. However, the 3 groups that walked in behind us were not informed of the time limit, which was odd. When asked if we were ready to order, we confirmed but for some reason our server walked away and took 2 other tables' orders instead. Lynn did not return to our table to take our order after that. The unfortunate part of this instance is that our group was the only group in the restaurant that included people of color, so we can't help but believe that's the reason we were treated so poorly. After waiting to order for several minutes and being treated with a poor attitude, we decided to leave. We were truly looking forward to a great breakfast at this location.
