Irritated as hell. I been going to Chicken Man and Gianellis Pizza for years. Came back in town to have a piece of nostalgia and was highly disappointed. Ordered a toasted steak sub, pizza and lasagna (part of the bogo deal), chicken wings. Even though I requested sub to be toasted I Did not expect to have inedible brunt steak jerky meat served with hot lettuce and tomatoes , burnt chicken wings that were super dark, and the pizza was supposed to be thin crust but wasn’t. I don’t know what changed or who owns this now but I will never be back. Yall played all on my top! The skinny black guy was helpful and respectful as he let me know my order had been done and didn’t know why the other staff didn’t inform me. Bring back shame cause Chicken Man and Gianellis Pizza just don’t hit like back in the day. 🚮🗑️

On of the worst phone ordering experiences in my life and I have been on the planet 51years. I tried to order online but that experience is not user friendly and even with that when I finally get an order in I could not get anything added to my cart. The website should let me add to the cart and figure out the discounts based on volume on its own, not driver me to order in increments within each bucket. Looking at th emenu I thought this would be a good spot for my monthly catering order, I guess I will look elsewhere.

I’m a regular customer here and usually order the same thing all the time. My all-time favorite Chicken Dinner unfortunately was fried too hard in old oil and the fries were made too soft. Overall, I would appreciate if the grease was changed often and the chicken fried a little less aggressively.

We've known about gianellis/chicken man since it started, we lived behind bonanza shopping center for many years, Wayne was owner before it was given over to the nice man with the goatee, brown hair, nice guy who worked with Wayne for Many years!, I'm glad that This place is doing what Wayne and Him believed in, fair price, quality and good service, you have that!! We enjoy your food, service and location, times are tough, not everyone is satisfied, but that's life, things happen, that's where both parties have to agree on some equation of satisfaction, keep up the good work! We know it's hard at times and things and people don't see eye to eye, but just please work out what needs working out and keep doing what works, appreciate your offers and your desire too please all who order from you, we are blessed to be able to order out at times being on a low income, things changed, it's not quite the same anymore with some places, they cut corners or take short cuts, stay involved and connected with the people and community, we are old school, we go back when you were Golden chicken many years ago, Wayne was involved to a degree, but He believed in fairness, you are doing the same, it's hard to please some today, when one makes a mistake by accident should not define a restaurants future or their values, we need patience and forgiveness when something unfortunate happens, it's not on purpose!! Please people enjoy the food that this nice restaurant has to offer, be nice about an unfortunate situation, they have been around for a while, their doing something right!! Gianelli's is hands down the best pizza I've had in Wisconsin! I ordered a 14-inch sausage and pepperoni pizza and was pleasantly surprised with a free 14-inch pepperoni pizza as part of a BOGO deal, plus garlic bread. Even after reheating it in the microwave, the pizza was still incredibly fresh and delicious. Gianelli's deserves all the praise for their amazing food—thank you so much!

My mouth is still tingling from the flavor. Order a few extra prices, you will want them. Damn, some of the best chicken i have ever had. I don't get wowed much these days. Something to write home to mamma about!

Had a totally different experience this night. I made a mistake with my online order. I worked a long shift and came home, wanted some chicken. I wanted it delivered, tipped the driver on the order. Later I found out I put the order in for pickup instead of delivery. Spoke with the owner on the phone and she changed it to delivery. By this time the chicken sat there getting cold, fries were discussing too. As a veteran in the industry for 10 plus years, I would have never argued or disagreed with a customer, I would have made the correction and moved on. Some unpolished words were exchanged between the owner and my partner, because he was more upset than I was. I only wanted some hot chicken for dinner. I don’t think I’ll return anytime soon.

Our first time. We thought everything was really good!! The place is carryout (obviously), but it looked nice, because it was clean and kept up! Can't say that about every food business or carry out establishment.....these days! I thank you all at Chicken Man/Gianelli's!! Keep up the good work!! Portions are good and so was the fishfry's. We had one of each ...frie and one dinner "beer battered". They were both good, but I prefer the "beer battered a little more (just my opinion). Next time, we'll try the pizza!!

If i could go zero i would. First off when i was younger this pizza/place was very good. I ordered online yesterday and it took 2 hours to get my food and im less then 10 minutes away. I was told 40 minutes ago that my pizza was in route..still took awhile after that. When it finally arrived, it was horrible, over salted..worse pizza sauce ever, a waste of time and money. I'd rather starve to death then eat here again. Not to mention the amount of money i spent.. should have went to hups like my gut feelings was telling me but i took a chance because it use to be good. Low key being honest... Frozen pizza is way better.

I had ordered some chicken a 24 piece. When I got home I saw I only received 10 pieces of chicken. I called to inform them. I was told that they couldn't refund my money for the missing chicken but could comeback get my missing chicken and would give me some extra chicken. I declined because I live about 20 minutes away and didn't want to drive back. I asked if I could have a credit the next time I ordered. They told me they would give me my missing 14 pieces plus some extra the next time I ordered. I called to order 10 days later and was told that they would only give me $5 off my order. I will never order there again no matter how much we like their chicken. My family has been getting chicken from Chicken Man since the 80's but never again.

We have been looking for a great pizza place near us since moving to the area 5 years ago and I think we've finally found it. The pizza we ordered (thin crust deluxe minus green pepper) was excellent. The customer service was even better. I ordered online but ended up calling the restaurant directly with a question and the rep I talked to was super friendly. I hung up and told my son that I hoped their food was good because I already loved how nice they were. The delivery driver was just as awesome. He told me that I would love the food and that I'd be calling them again to place another order. He was right... we'll definitely be making this our go-to place!

I haven’t been here in years. The new(er) location is very bright and clean. The workers were actively keeping it clean, notified me of special offers, were very polite and I saved $5. As a hospitality professional I really appreciate the great service. Most importantly the food was very hot and fresh and tasted like my childhood.
