We decided to give this place a try since it’s new. There was a complete lack of care in the preparation of the food. The pizza was bland and the way it was cut was completely lazy and unappetizing. There are many better options in the area, including frozen pizza.

Hailey was an outstanding! Her service was above and beyond and her kind heart is even bigger. Our food service was amazing even going out of her way to help cool my daughters food off. The food was absolutely delicious and so freshly made. I would 1000% be back and hopefully I come in again when Hailey is here. She truly is a shining star.

Just awful. The service was terrible, and the food was a huge disappointment. The wings were nothing but skin, and the pizza didn’t even have cheese reaching the crust. The staff clearly aren’t preparing things the way they should—this is not how Glass Nickel is in Madison. Management needs to train this location properly and stop being stingy with ingredients, or this place won’t last.

Our first time having GN and we really enjoyed it! Pizza was loaded with toppings, delicious flavor. The cinnamon nuggets were so good. They tasted like something you’d eat at a carnival. Great seasoning on the fries. Don’t mind paying a little more when the quality is clearly better. Would recommended!

Well, I tried giving this place a 2nd chance. Last time the pizza seemed very undercooked. I ordered well done this time. The pizza is well done. It's just not very good. I think most high end frozen pizzas like Digiorno or Screamin Sicilian taste better than this. The fries were decent. 2 stars because the service was fine and the pizza was cooked well done as ordered.

I heard this pizza was supposed to be amazing, so I ordered it for my family today to give it a try and it was not good at all unfortunately, the garlic bread was burnt and just tasted like dry burnt bread, the pizza had almost no flavor and was not very good at all my family barely ate any and now im stuck with 2 large pizzas and a bunch of garlic bread that will probably end up in the trash, Maybe it was just a bad night but I doubt I will be buying pizza here again especially for the price I would say even pizza hutt or dominos is better which is a very low bar to beat.

I was initially excited to hear that a Glass Nickel was coming to Waukesha since I enjoyed their pizza whenever I was in Madison, but the quality at this location has been very inconsistent to say the least. The first time I went it was amazing, but it's definitely gone downhill since then, and my pizza's been burnt the last couple of times I've gone. Not worth it.

Was really excited for Waukesha to have a new pizza place. We ordered a thin crust pizza and was really let down. The pizza was very greasy and the pizza was undercooked and soggy. Plus whoever cut it really struggled, the pizza slices were all different sizes.

We Ordered delivery and were impressed with the food .lots of different speciality pizzas. We chose a cheeseburger gluten free crust pizza and a family size Cobb salad .Both were delicious and the salad was hearty with fresh chicken chunks , cheese , tomatoes & lettuce. So glad we found this place must be fairly new to Waukesha.

I ordered three large pizzas at 10am and said I will be back at 11 to pick them up. I came back at eleven and had to wait ten minutes. These were for a customer, and I needed to have them delivered by a certain time. This place didn't care and didn't even say they were sorry for the delay. Great warm welcome, good vibes and I've had almost everything on the menu and it's all great with good portions to boot! All the ingredients are fresh, daily dough is made by hand veggies and meat cut by hand and even the sauce is made from scratch! fresh never froze ingredients with vegetarian cheese and gluten free crust options. The staff is very professional but very polite and easy to talk to and even does some local charity. Also, this place is kept clean at all times! Great location and food a must try!

Good pizza, clean restaurant, and a kind staff. We had a pretty large order today for my daughter’s birthday party and the pizzas were fresh and ready to go when I walked through the door to pick them up. Great Vegan option for my wife and gluten-free for my step mom with celiac. The traditional pizza has the best crust for dunking. Huge hit, lots of people at the party who tried it for the first time who were very impressed.

I ordered toasted cheese ravioli and chicken Alfredo pizza . My own personal taste says they put way too much spinach on the pizza. I just picked some of it off. But very unhappy with ravioli. The ravioli was so over cooked that there was nothing inside and the outside was very hard. Delivery was good even earlier than expected. I will try GNP Again ..just choose differently

Visited yesterday. Ordered a portobello lugiosi pizza, a pizza for the kids, toasted ravioli and breaded mushrooms. Toasted ravioli was delicious. Pizza was delicious too. They have a couple tables, to dine in, which was fabulous. Will be back!

We ordered the Portabella Lugosi, a sausage & pepperoni and one salad. Pizza was fantastic! Although the salad box seemed small, there was quite a bit tightly packed into the box.
We will definitely go back and highly recommend trying them!

Ordered salads for dinner to go. The salads are $9.95 each. They are TINY! The fork is bigger than the bowl! Side salads at best. Couple that with the rotten lettuce on all 4 salads and the long wait and this place won’t be long for the area. Haven’t tried the pizza but if it’s anything like the salads, you’d be better off anywhere else.

Just a shame. Finally get something new and it’s not worth the time or money. Such a disappointment.

Glass Nickel does not disappoint. My wife and I always went to Glass Nickel back in our college days. Was glad to see they came to town in Waukesha. Stopped in to grab a pizza and nickel nuggets, It was even better than we remembered!
