Truly a disappointment; my wife and I went here more than a few times to give it a chance…since Schwefel's Restaurant was permanently closed. Hoping the food would at least be good. Every time we go back; it’s bad and we will not be going back after our last visit.

We are told they have the same cook but nothing tastes nearly as good as it use to. Cheaper ingredients? Cook doesn’t care? We don’t know.

Hopefully something changes in the future but when you switch owners from such a successful restaurant you think you would keep some similarities. The new name is also very strange.

Service is okay. Service was also way better before. Maybe the employees don’t like the new owners? Hopefully this place improves but at this rate; I know it’s losing money.

Food was delicious but unfortunately the service ruined our first experience there. Service started out great, we had two waitresses (one was training), and then after we got our food they pretty much ghosted us. I had to call the waitress that was training over to bring us the sides that were supposed to come with our fish fry, and it took 20+ mins to get our second round of drinks. We ended up going up to the bar to ask for our drinks because we were so thirsty… we didn’t even get any water. There were only 2 other groups in the restaurant which the waitresses kept going up to those tables and checking in on them, but only came to our table maybe 3 times?? We were only a group of 3. It’s unfortunate, we were really excited to try this place out! Maybe we’ll just order food to go next time since the food was so good!

So we just let the Goat Track restaurant. It wasn’t busy maybe 2 other tables at most. We ordered 2 burgers one plain cheese burger for my son annd they forgot the cheese, and I had a burger with everything on it. Both of us ordered them
Medium. When they came out they were burnt and well done. The Bacon on mine was so crispy and black. I still have the taste in my mouth. We both ate about 3/4 of it and left the rest we even said something about them that they were over done and one was missing the cheese and no discount was offered. We will not be going back there again.

When the "au jus" is REAL it makes the french dip amazing. Wife loved the red rueben (baked sandwich) and Isabel brought me more au jus. Well worth it and up to the par of the previous ownership.

This used to be Schwefels and is now under new ownership. The best part….. they kept the previous chef snd the schnitzel is still fabulous. They’ve also added some new dishes to the menu! The bar has a great atmosphere and the staff is professional and courteous. You need to try this place and together let’s drum up some new business for them!

Never got the chance to eat. We had a drink at the bar & was seated in the dining room. Poor service. We sat for about 20+ minutes. People were seated after us & were waited on. We got up & left. We won’t be returning!!! Sad because Schwefels was an excellent restaurant!!!

Every item I have tried so far has been top notch. They were able to retain the chefs from the old Schwefels, so expect the same quality of dining you grew to love, including some of your old favorite German specialty items. I highly recommend the Spicy Bleu burger, the 3 piece fried cod, and the Prime Rib which goes up to 28 ounces! Come for an old fashion and enjoy some nice golf or sporting event at the bar before heading into the fine dining hall for a supper club feel. Simulators are coming in the fall, so get ready to have a sandwich, a beer, and swing some clubs with some friends.

We loved the previous restaurant, Schwefels, and when the new owners took over we took a wait and see stance.
Well we tried it on Saturday, prime rib day, and were not dissapointed. Chef Kyle is still in charge and most of the old menu is still intact.
The prime and shrimp was ordered, and I have to say, it was the most succulent cut of real prime beef we have experienced in a long time.
Thank you for maintaining a great venue.
One little thing on atmosphere, the sport bar section plays loud music that differs from the restaurant and the overlapping sounds are quite distracting.
I would request seating away from the connecting corridor next time.

We waited to come until GTS was open for a while. The fish fry was great, portions were reflective of the pricing. Overall, good food and service. Isabelle was very attentive and checked in on us several times. The facility has gotten a facelift and all of it is in good taste. Definitely will be back.

I would give a review of the food, but unfortunately didn’t get to try anything. My parents and I sat at our table for almost 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged us after being seated. Other tables near us were seated and received drinks and food before us. And even then, as we left and informed the staff of us being forgotten, they did not do anything except stare in confusion. And there were plenty of staff moving around and open tables, so it was not a lack of personnel on hand.

Was looking forward to trying the fish, it smelled really good. It was definitely not the same staff we experienced on opening night, as that crew was attentive and quick.
