Went in for the wings. Bone in wings were overcooked boneless wings not cooked all the way. Asked for the front left steak pointed right at it was given the middle steak that was gross and not cooked right. Everything was gross down the the undercooked fries. Went to finish up with some ice cream was not soft serve basically crushed up chunks of ice. No spoons in desert area no cups for icy in desert area. Wish I could have thrown up at the door and got my money back

Met some friends here for breakfast. Huge selection of breakfast favorites. Didn't like the belgian waffles. Everything else was great. Clean and comfortable interior. Great value. The staff is very attentive and helpful. No flavored coffee creamer though. Coffee is just so so.

This place used to be better, I don't know what happened, but the food quality has went down considerably. I was so disappointed, especially when it came to the desserts. Usually it's my favorite part of the buffet, but the things I took were absolutely disgusting. Some weird pie with a strong taste of bottled lemon juice. Dried out brownies. The lemon cake was the worst one though, it didn't taste like lemon, and it tastes very stale as well. Pretty much ruined my meal..
Besides the fact that they didn't replace several of the food items on the buffet. Many things were probably there since lunch, as it tasted as such. Stale.

The place definitely needs a good cleaning as well. It looked like a hurricane hit the entire dessert area. Don't think we'll be coming back anytime soon..

There $6.99 Lunch Buffet 10am-4pm deal here is really $9.48 because they force you to buy a drink. They were defrauding public with their fake ads(Now Corrected). I ordered the meals with water because that's what we drink with our meals. The woman at the register rang-up full price of almost $20. I said $6.99 plus $6.99 doesn't come out to $20 (there were 2 of us witnessing this ridiculous display of greed). They wanted to rent us cups that we could only put water in for $2.49 and added that if I didn't rent the cups for $2.49 each that I would be charged full price anyway. I thought to myself WOW, that's extortion, would you like to require some protection charges to ? LOL. I refused, unlike everyone else inside who I guess are used to being treated this way. Just a note does anyone else find $2.49 a Ridiculous price for $0.10 worth of soda ? I went outside and wrote all this down on Facebook. They also had someone answering my Facebook posts with more lies. Then, they private messaged me on messenger and had a District manager get in touch with me the next day on the phone. At least this guy told me the truth that the ads did not say you had to buy a drink and we're corrected at 5 p.m. This cheap ridiculous company offered me $25 and then deleted all of my comments on Facebook. At least here it can't be deleted, and I have snapshots of all the Facebook's comments and a recorded conversation of the so nice District Manager that called me. Keep up the good work Golden Corral. UPDATE, that district manager sent me a gift card for $30. I used it to take my parents out to dinner and yes they did the exact same thing and then argued with me telling me again that they WEREN'T charging me for the drinks but the bill was almost $30. Again with the math making you rent cups that you can only put water in for $2.49. on top of that the Manager kept walking past me, giving me the stink-eye the entire meal. Some people just can't help themselves I guess. I can tell you the problem with this location is definitely the Manager. Serious attitude problem, and teaching her employees to do the same. Not a good combination for success.9-28-25 Update, doesn't seem like much has changed. Went this morning for Breakfast. At register said Buffet for 2. Register asked what would you like to drink? I said water, my company said a soft drink. Our cost was the same 14.99 x 2. A drink is posted at $3.15. It is illegal to charge for water at a restaurant. Same as before, years later nothing has changed except it's now twice the price and still forcing you to buy a 10 cent plastic cup of soda. The greed of this country is sickening. They had a machine with the most watered down Orange juice I've ever had. The best thing I tasted was Charizo & Eggs. There was 1 spoon full. This is at 9:30am. They replaced it with some kind of bread dessert. I overheard people asking Where is the Charizo & Eggs ? I said it was where that dessert is now. The Man, his wife, and 4 children said, we were coming back for that. I heard the Man request it, the answer was No were starting lunch now. The man replied at 9:45am ? The employee walked away from him. Lunch wouldn't start for another hour. The waitress took 15 minutes to even come to the table so my food was cold before we received a drink, or Hot sauce that I'm guessing is hidden because I had asked the waitress to bring the sauce with my water, she never did. Sad I had to report this again to the same place.

First time eating there the other day and the food was amazing but the place was so dirty. Food stuck on the walls, boogers wiped on the blinds. The chairs we sat on had crusted unknown stuck on it. The caddy that holds the clean plates has food and grime all inside them where the clean dishes are facing upside down. Makes you feel dirty walking out of there

I eat at this Golden Corral once every couple of weeks. We had lunch a week ago and it was the worst food I have ever had at this buffet. Everything was old and burnt. The burgers were so dry they crumbled before you could eat them. The waiter was very good 10/10 but the food was a hard 0/10.

We went after the dinner rush and the place was a mess. Food on the floor and everywhere in the dining area where you sit. The buffet itself was acceptably clean it appeared but some items were out. The lady working our area was working hard to clean up the mess, but it was a lot on one person. She cleaned the floor and tables we used, but the surrounding tables had dishes for much of our meal.

I wasn't anxious to go here, though I never had been. I was very surprised by the high price. I like a cocktail with dinner and sitting down and being served a leisurely meal. The people who knew the place were gone and a waitress came to the table with some beverages. I said I had water but she kept saying I need your slip. Two of us at the table were from out of town and none of us had any clue what she was talking about. We got out our receipts and again it was I need your slip! She wasn't very pleasant. I didn't know where to go for things and wandered around more than I sat and ate. Our group of five was up and down so much we hardly got to visit. My salad was fantastic. Then I had to figure out what to eat. I got a part of a steak some of which was tender and tasty, some not. I tried ribs which were fatty and tough. I left those uneaten. I couldn't find more plates because they were farther down in a bin and not visible. I had a few shrimp but had to wander for shrimp sauce and couldn't find it. I went for a baked potato and finally went back to our table to ask and still couldn't find them not expecting that they would be wrapped in foil. I finally sat down without butter. I couldn't find that either. I went back for clam chowder which was good. Time for dessert. I went for ice cream and couldn't find it. Someone finally told me it was at the end around the corner. Then there was a machine which I stared at having new clue what to do. I had a plate because I didn't see that there were bowls. I know, dumb me. I was told there was hot fudge which was far away from the machine. I went back to the table and asked where it was. Did I enjoy it here? No! Obviously people do because it was packed! I felt uncomfortably stupid the whole because as I said I just wandered. Personally, I won't go back.

bourbon chicken had funny flavor to it fried chicken was very good and juicy but only thighs pasta looks like it was cooked a few days ago pizza came from kitchen cold and dried out
but the worst part was found blonde hair in my bourbon chicken told waitress and she told cashier and so she came back to me to explain that people's hair and their pet hair gets on clothing and could fall in food

We had a group of 6 that ate at the Green Bay, WI location Saturday May 10, 2025, at noon. Food was full, fresh and hot!! Wonderful selection of each type of food, and it was neat and clean at the buffet areas, especially as busy as it was. Service was great as well. We will be back! Best GC near the Fox Valley, compared to the Appleton location, this Golden corral really stands out. Their food is typically really well stocked, I've rarely ever seen them. Short-staffed, and they do a good job at keeping the restaurant cleanly to the eye.

The Baked fish had hair baked into the Paprika on top. When I told Chet, the Saturday night manager, he said, Well this is a buffet, so that happens. This is a buffet.” I said no that it is baked on. Then he asked if he could do anything more for me. I said, I didn’t want any more food now. He said ok and walked away. No offer to refund my meal. When I asked for his name, he aggressively walked towards me to follow me to the door arguing about the service and continued to agrue with me as I was walking out. Chet is very unprofessional, and gives Green Bay’s Golden Corral a very low quality service and an overall poor dining experience especially with the NFL Draft coming to town.

No matter what time you go, it's always crowded! Staff is friendly and food tastes good. The last time my husband and I went, there was a girl around 4 years old who kept grabbing marshmallows with her hands, and her parents didn't stop her. I let our server know that. However, I didn't see them take it out, which is gross. Another thing is that our stomachs didn't handle the food so well. I'm not sure why, but every time we have gone there, we end up getting the runs. We don't think that we will go back because of that reason. It's a shame because the food does taste good

Me and my wife went on Monday at 5pm. My wife had the baked chicken and pot roast, roll and mello yellow to drink. I had the meatloaf and tacos with rolls and coke to drink. Later at 11pm we both became so sick throwing up and diarrhea and sever stomach cramps. Went to the ER got released at 4:30am Tuesday morning. Diagnosis was sever food poisoning. We want be back to Golden Corral. Be very leary when eating here.
