My first time here and I really liked this place. I thought their menu was very interesting, they had a mix of traditional dishes but also some fun fusions. I got a Thai taco and Vietnamese taco. For the price, these were way bigger than I expected and totally loaded up with stuff. I thought they were really yummy and the sauce on the Thai taco was delicious. The service was really prompt and our food came out quickly as well. A really great place for an affordable, casual dinner. Definitely will be back

A new Thai restaraunt in the neighborhood so I had to check them out right after they opened. I tried the eggrolls, rangoons, Thai loaded fries, and the Thai wrap(burrito).
For starters, the service was great and the atmosphere was fine. The suite they took over from Thongs was pretty Spartan, so what little they did in the little time before opening was a decent improvment.
The Apps:
I felt the rangoons were fried nicely and the filling was a good cream cheese to crab meat ratio. They didn't try to mask a lack of crab with an abundance of onion like other places, so that was nice. That said, the filling was pretty non-existent and the majority of the rangoons were just wonton and airy cavity (see pic). For 3 rangoons for $2 I would rather see 2 for $2 and get a more fulfilling rangoon.
The egg rolls were ..fine? They are small, fresh, and cheap but they also lack flavor. If I were on the hunt for just Hmong Eggrolls, I would rather drive further and spend a little more for rolls elsewhere. That is a really disappointing thing to say because these are the same people that own the gb eggroll foodtruck. Eggrolls are what they do. But these were missing that salty bold porky flavor.
The Entrees:
Nothing to say really except they were both 🔥. I wasnt asked about spice level so Im not sure if they can bring the heat, but as they were, I would rate the spice level as midwest medium. Some dry jalapeno heat and a decent drizzle of Sriracha. My wife would probably need milk but I was reaching for my bottle of torchbearer sauce. The only complaint I would make was that the rice in the (wrap)burrito was bland and brought the whole flavor profile down a bit. I would like to see some seasoning be it garlic, salt, basil, cilantro, or lime added to the rice.

Cozy dining experience, with great Thai and Vietnamese options. I personally recommend the Thai sweet and sour chicken and the crab rangoons. You absolutely cannot go wrong! If you are looking for great eats for a great price, this is your restaurant!!
