Second time at Good Eggs. Excellent service and a fantastic breakfast burrito. The owner is the nicest guy who took time with each guest. I can see how a wait could accrue, however, we had zero wait.

I had the standard burrito and added all the veggies. So good! Husband had the basic and loved it. Portions were large, pricing more than fair.

Was welcomed in by the owner on a cold morning. We liked that this was made in front of us, it was a collaborative food experience. The burritos warmed our souls and stomachs, the coffee as well! It took a long time to get an order in, so we recommend making an online pickup, though you may miss some witty banter from the owner. The man working this morning (8/5) berated a group of people this morning looking to order, about how to order like we were all a group of 5 year olds. The BEST egg burritos. Worth the wait on busy days. It is our top pick for breakfast - especially when headed out for a busy day of bouncing here and there in the DC. HUGE burritos. That being said, the owner needs to have a conversation with the young male teenager working there. It is NOT appropriate to yell or demean his coworkers. The teen put an order UNDER A ROCK and then yelled at the staff for not seeing it. The awesome guy making our order was --- no joke--- about 30 burritos deep. Kudos to the cook for keeping his cool and getting our orders to us!

We visited July 20 Sunday morning, 2025. Burritos are freshly made in front of you. We went with the. Third level of burrito I can’t really remember the steps, but there’s basically level one burrito, Tood’s eggs and cheese and then a level two with veggies and a level three includes meat. I appreciated that they served chicken option which was a jerk chicken so it was good flavor instead of sausage and bacon only because I do not eat pork. So I got the level three burrito. I think it was deluxe burrito. It was $15. And some odd sense. Really great and then besides having mixed vegetables and mushrooms, peppers, potatoes, a variety, cheese, choices, goat cheese, or cheddar cheese or pepper jack cheese. Then you also could add on a black bean salsa and fresh spinach no extra charge. They do have smoothies and juice and coffee available. They only had outdoor seating from what I could tell. Very friendly service. The wait time was faster than we’ve had in the past which is nice. Maybe they’ve streamlined some things.

This is somewhere that we have driven past for years but never stopped at. We tried it for the first time this trip. They have a limited menu which is fine. They have strawberry banana smoothies which the kids enjoyed. I’m allergic to strawberries so I can’t attest to the taste. We also got scones which were good.
They have three different omelette options. Basic, super (not sure if that’s what the middle one is called) and deluxe. Deluxe has meat and veggies which is what I got. You get to pick all of the things that go into your burrito including the wrap. They explain things very well to you when you’re there. I think the deluxe was around $16. All in all pretty good.

The breakfast burritos are amazing and worth the wait but be prepared because you may have to wait; we waited nearly an hour for ours and some folks got lucky and walked up while they were starting a new batch and had no wait at all. The service is slow with only one person cooking and one flat top which means they can only make 6-8 at a time. They keep it fun and entertaining though with the stories and jokes and you get to enjoy the cooking process which makes it go by faster and is more fun! Don’t let the menu fool you either as they have many add in options that range from spinach, different kinds of cheese and salsa and hot sauce!

Hands down the best breakfast burrito ever. The owner Joel is super cool. The dude making the burritos was hilarious and very interactive with the customers. He made six burritos at once. There is something cool about being able to watch someone make your food right in front of you. I watch enough Bar Rescue to know how nasty kitchens can be. No seating inside, so you sit outside and eat on surfboards with benches or wooden stools. We went there a second time the next day because I didn't want to try someplace else and regret missing out on another burrito.. Check it out you will not be disappointed. They take online orders. I asked him why he was making five other burritos at the same time as mine and he told me they were online orders. So there you go. Go there.

This place was awesome. You walk in, and the owner is there making food on a flat top in the middle of a small room. Good Eggs has become a staple in our yearly visit to Door County. Joel is super fun and friendly and it's a great hole in the wall place for a killer breakfast wrap. Great quality, fresh ingredients, and nice staff.

The app/online ordering process has been hit or miss over the years but the wraps are worth the wait if you end up ordering in person. No indoor seating but we often eat in the car or outside if it's dry.

I have since edited my initial review that mentioned this, but I'm very happy to see that they have cut down on the amount of rosemary used in the potatoes. We must have had a fluke visit before where we couldn't finish our wraps they were that chock full of rosemary. I don't mind a little bit it was very overpowering on the other ingredients. If you're not a rosemary fan you may want to skip the potatoes.

Keep in mind that the word has gotten out about this place, plan ahead and be patient, give yourself time or order ahead. Maybe I had too high expectations after seeing the other reviews.

They were large but were dry; overcooked eggs and probably a bit too many potatoes. If we go back I would make sure to get salsa added to help moisten it. Also, they were plenty big enough to share for smaller appetites.

I thought it would be faster than going to a sit in restaurant but it wasn’t. Bit of a wait for food, even after ordering online ahead of time and showing up at our estimated ready time. Served about 15 mins after estimated time so a total wait of 1hr 15 mins after we ordered online.

FOOD: amazing, point blank. These are some of the best breakfast burritos you'll ever have. Sure ordering online and cash only is a little meh but the burritos have made up for it. But then we have the service...

SERVICE: I don't get it. Today it felt like being there was an inconvenience to them. I asked if they had any gluten free wraps and got told they had "gluten free card board bowls". I still don't know if it was a joke or saying you could do an egg bowl instead of a wrap.

ADVICE: You've got one of the best products I've tasted. Be nice to people. Act like you want them there. I sincerely hope for the best for good eggs and I'll be coming back to try again hoping for that magical burrito and a smile.

Good eggs are good eats! Simple, yet delicious burritos made to order while you wait. And they are with waiting for! Three "sizes" available. The Basic, which is eggs, potatoes and cheese. The Standard is all of the above plus veggies and then there is the "deluxe" which adds in a choice of meat. We went for the Deluxe and were not disappointed... one with bacon and all the veggies as well as one with sausage, veggies and spicy salsa with hot sauce! Bot were hot, steamy and delicious! Probably one of the best places to get a breakfast burrito in the area. Get there early, order ahead, or go on a rainy day. Otherwise expect to wait for some awesome food. Good Eggs has been a family-favorite stop in Door County for years! Such a cutesy little gem; I brought my sailor-boyfriend here for the first time and he loved the cute sailboat tables outdoors. The food is always incredible; I tried their Strawberry Banana Smoothie for the first time- delicious! The staff is always lovely, they make for a great start to your day!

The employees here welcomed us on our first morning in Ephraim Wisco They told us to order thru their app - which makes things easier for their production line. Its very easy to order. And I screwed up the date. And they were getting it ready for today- when I thought I was ordering for tomorrow. So we literally fast walked down to the corner. AND THEY HAD OUR ORDER READY!

I suggest ordering some for hiiking and biking around DC. Also order a few dozen for the home freezer. Great day hiking vitals….

Have only today discovered this awesome find for a breakfast spot! We have been coming to Ephraim for years but was forced to look for new breakfast spots since so many places are still closed for the season. Always wondered about this place , so bravely took the first step and was amazed! The wraps were so tasty and the everything scone is a new family favorite! It’s hard finding something the whole family likes but GE has it all! You could order a breakfast wrap from somewhere else, but you’d be wrong!

So, you get there and someone tells you that you are supposed to have ordered already on their app. You just want breakfast and this just turned into a whole odyssey just because you wanted a breakfast burrito (that’s all they have). First off, online orders only for some reason. Then when you DO order online, they charge you extra not only for each item, but for the entire order and then ask for a tip. Once placing my order for only 2 burritos ($25 I might add), the order confirmation said a one hour wait..... For 2 burritos. Qdoba or Subway is also made to order, it doesn't take an hour even being busy. Cancelled my order but won't be surprised if I don't actually get the refund.

While the burritos were very good (5 stars) I only give 4 stars due to the online ordering nonsense. To be told when I walk up to order, by the person who could have taken my order, that we have to order online through an app was annoying at best. Add to the frustration the lack of a decent cell signal and I am a little bit amazed the download and order went through at all(it took 3 trys). Also, $3.00 luke warm coffee was unfortunate. I am glad, that after the nuisance, we did order and get our food, though, because the breakfast burrito was great. PS-make sure you choose the right app. Photo provided.

Again Good Eggs has exceeded our expectations. As we have done in the past we placed our order the night before via their website. The interface is simple and as an added bonus it allows for ApplePay.

Our burritos were ready on time and neatly packaged. They were the same high quality delicious burritos we have come to expect/love.

I think there may be some confusion that this is a fast food restaurant. The burritos are made fresh to order so they take longer to prepare. Plan/order ahead to make the process smooth for yourself and for the restaurant and staff.

We are looking forward to many more delicious burritos from Good Eggs!

Seeing a lot of bad reviews for Good Eggs this season, many claiming to be long time customers since they opened 15 years ago, if so you know they have been serving great eggs since they opened. We are in tough times, things are a little scrambled, yet you bad reviewers crack so easily, sad how one bad egg can ruin the bunch

This has been a tough 18 months for the restaurant industry, labor is short to none, ingredients are harder to get and far more expensive, yet they continue on. In Door County it’s even harder

Have some empathy and appreciation for how hard they work in these days of over demand and minimal supply

I have been going to Good eggs for over 15 years and things have DEFINITELY CHANGED!! This business only uses an online app for ordering. I tried to place my order over 10 times on the app using different credit cards and nothing worked. When I tried to ask the owner for help to place my order he said that he only cooks burritos, and wouldn’t even take a second to look at my order issue. Even tho there were about 4-5 employees in the back making all the food… I was trying to give this business my money in exchange for their food products , and the owner said if you cannot figure out the app, get lost! So I did get lost, and I’ll never go back to good eggs again. I hope none of you Go to this restaurant!!! Save your time and money and go elsewhere!!!

I’ve been going to Good egg for years- basically since you guys have opened, and I’ve never had such a bad experience. First off, we ordered 2 wraps and it took and hour and a half to get our food. I know it usually takes awhile, but it wasn’t busy at all today. Additionally, when we got our wraps they were 1/3 of the size they usually are. We also asked for both wraps without potatoes, yet I picked out about 10 pieces from my wrap. They definitely weren’t worth the already over priced $25. Worst experience here ever.

I am not one to leave bad reviews, but I have NEVER been to a place in Door County where I left unhappy. When we got there, we were told we could only order online and needed to download an app. After that struggle, we saw that they only offered 3 different kinds of breakfast burritos. We thought it would be a fast order to get done and continued to order 4 basic burritos. After asking multiple times for about 25 minutes, they still couldn't tell us if they received our order (we never got a confirmation email). 30 minutes after ordering, we were told that it would take an hour and a half to make 4 burritos! The excuse we got was that they're "busy filling other online orders." The young men working were moving extremely slow, and weren't very motivated to get their orders done in a timely manner. We asked to speak to the owner and were told that he was on vacation. We then asked to speak to whoever was in charge and the guy turned around and asked "Which one of us is in charge?" We immediately canceled our order. While we were there, 3 other groups ended up canceling their orders as well, all noting how slowly these young men were moving and their lack of customer service skills. I will not even attempt to order from this establishment again.

DONT GO HERE! I have NEVER been to a place in door county where i was unhappy. We were looking for a quick breakfast and seeing how they only offer 3 things you would think quick and easy would be the case. We were told to download the app. We did that. Then you cannot log in thru the app, only facebook. Placed my order and never received a confirmation. 25 minutes later we were told it would take 90 minutes TO MAKE 4 BURRITOS! My brother ordered the same time we did and he got his in 20 minutes. When asked to speak to the manager we were told "he's on vacation" and they did not know who was in charge while he's away. This place was being run by young kids with no customer service and no knowledge how to manage the app they use.

While we were there, 3 other people walked up and canceled their orders for the same issues. AGAIN, DON'T GO HERE! Not worth the headache on vacation.
