Excellent, excellent, excellent!!!!!!!! My boyfriend had the cowboy burger and I had the bourbon wrap with beef. We also had the stuffed jalapeño poppers as an appetizer. Everything about it was wonderful and we will def be back!!!!!!!

Several people had recommended the walleye fish fry. So Last Friday Night I gave it a try for the first time. I ordered the walleye my wife ordered the perch. The fish was very good however we each ordered a baked potato and they were not done; very hard & difficulty even eat. When I received the bill the walleye was priced at $26 and the perch was priced at 19 dollars. When I indicated to the server the menu priced the walleye at $22 and the perch at $18 I was told they had raised their prices but weren't able to change the menus? This is false advertising misleading at best and a very unprofessional way to run a business. I will not be back

My daughter and I walked in for a fish fry around 4pm and there were maybe 5 people total there. We sat in the bar waiting to be helped for 5 minutes while one staff member stood behind the bar doing nothing and the other staff member ate food. We then were told they could not serve us where we were sitting. I could understand that if they were very busy but they clearly don’t want business. So we left. I was excited to try their fish fry!

Went here for the first time ever and it was amazing. We brought our 2 younger kids (one including a baby) and it was very family friendly. Server was great with our kids and the service was fast. Definitely best place to eat in Rapids.

Holy moly I wish I knew this place served food a long time ago. The breaded bone in wings with smokehouse maple dry rub were on point. The chicken popper sandwich was super good too. Definitely coming back to try some other stuff.

This place is run down and seemingly run by people who don’t care to offer high quality service. I had called ahead and reserved seating for a party of 7 people, some of us got there earlier than others, but the wait staff wouldn’t seat us. For some perspective it was a Friday at 3:30pm and there were only 3 customers in the entire restaurant and they were all at the bar: So we stood around briefly waiting, then another more rude employee raised her voice and told me to “get out of the dining room” I said well I would like to eat, and she walked away. So we all left, and we will not be returning. That’s alright because the food is subpar at best. Imagine choosing to be rude to customers instead of seating them and possibly getting appetizers going or drinks served up. Pathetic, no wonder that building has a new name every other year.

Seriously the food is fantastic! My friend got the BLT and she said she’ll never be able to eat another blt because this was the absolute best. I didn’t get a photo sorry. But we had a big group and they were fast and everything was very very good!

Arrived on town on a Monday evening and most restaurants were closed. We chose Gordy's based on reviews and it did not disappoint. We had shrimp Alfredo, blue cheese burger and grilled chicken salad. Every entree was outstanding! Our bartender was attentive and drinks were good. What a great place!

We stopped here on our way to a conference, and to say we were disappointed is an understatement.
We ordered 2 items, but the same in nature.
There were very few people in there, but it still took almost an hour for us to get our pizza.
We waitress was hardly around, and would gravitate towards the “regulars” there and ignore us.
At one point, for 10 minutes, there was no one in the restaurant…working or eating. Gone.
I needed a refill and had to go and stand at the bar and wait for someone to finally come back in.
Refills are not free, and we were not made aware of that ahead of time.

The food didn’t have a lot of flavor, but the overall appearance of it was good.

This place was an excellent surprise. The food is excellent and the prices are competetive with national chains that offer worse service. Will be back many times in the future. I only wish I had discovered it sooner.

This was our first time eating at Gordies , few of our friends recommended and it did not disappoint! The wait time is just as expected as any other “Fish Fry Friday“ . The service is very friendly, and the food was worth the wait ! We ordered jalapeño poppers , jumbo shrimp, 1/2lb perch and a side of walleye . No food left behind! I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try for your next Fish Fry!

I've been here numerous times. The staff is wonderful, it is very clean and an all round enjoyable experience. The beef bourbon wrap is amazing!! Pizza is great, I highly recommend this place. Owners make it very welcoming, please support this local gem!

New to town and wanted to try something new, and we are so glad we did! From the Pasta special to the Amazing wings, from beginning to end the meals were delicious! And worth every penny. Our server Jennifer was sweet and informative!

Wasn’t expecting anything special for a Tuesday night. But we are glad we stopped by and are looking forward to coming back again soon!

Would recommend if you’re looking for good portions, good food, and good atmosphere!

1st time eating here and it's was a great choice. The food was delicious, customer service was excellent, and the atmosphere was calm. I'm usually picky about pub and grilles because of the loudness. Maybe it was the time we arrived, but the music was not blaring. We will definitely be back.

My Dad, brother and I went here for the fish fry last night because I read reviews on Google maps and we wanted to try some place that we haven't been to yet. It was very very good!!! The food was amazing and service was so fast and our waitress was super sweet. My brother ordered a cheeseburger and said it was one of the best cheeseburgers he has ever had. The cost was not bad either for all 3 of us.

Food was good but seemed to be a limited dinner menu. We weren't told of any specials other than the wings. Service was ok, but they forgot the honey mustard on the cordon bleu. We had to show them the dry layers of the sandwhich until they agreed and came over with a big container of it and dumped it on the sandwhich and salad. Didn't refill our waters. I guess it's better if you come on a Friday?
Adds a 3.5% surcharge to the tab if you use something other than cash to pay the bill, so be aware of that.
