Went here for a few drinks with friends. We were approached twice about either buying or selling drugs by employees wearing graffiti's tee shirts. The bouncer was so high you could not understand a word he was saying. The pool table and dartboards are in the worst place and you cannot play without interfering with each other. To be absolutely fair, the waitstaff that helped us while sitting outside on their "patio" was great. 10 out of 10. It was everything after that which made this place undesirable. Will not be back.

I've never been to Graffiti's before and went out with my best friend, it became a dangerous situation at another bar and my friend was really drunk and didn't a vehicle. Ubers weren't available either. I talked to the owner and bar tenders and was very accommodating to our circumstances. The owner paid his employee to give us a safe ride home. That act of kindness was so wonderful and left a very lasting impression on me. They took time out of their long busy Saturday night shift to care for some strangers who felt desperate. That is something I will never forget. Thank you so much. Thank you for showing us empathy and getting us home safe.

The food is good and affordable.
The service this time was less than expected. This place has room for many patrons with 10 or more tables and bar seating. There were only 2 tables to wait on, ours, and one more. Plus, a couple of people at the bar. We were treated as if the place was filled to the brim, and they were short staffed, which would make sense. Our waitress did apologize before we left. Maybe she was having a bad day. This is our go-to place after Walk Wisconsin each year.

I was invited to see a play through CWACT, at the Sentry Theater and we planned on grabbing a drink and dinner- we went Graffiti’s! The atmosphere was fun and festive!! The staff were very welcoming and friendly!! There was a private party in an adjoining room and I ran into a couple friends who were attending!! A great surprise!!🥳❤️

I've been here twice. The first time was 7/29/23, we came with a group of 8 people, the waitress took everyones drink order except mine, i had to tell here as she was leaving to get them their drink orders that i wanted a sprite. I had ordered their clam chowder soup which was actually really good, I also ordered a BLT, that was mediocre at best. The rest of the group ordered burgers and they weren't made right, one of the people from our group complained and got us a 10% discount. The second time my bf and I went 8/4/23, our waitress was newer, when I had ordered a mellow yellow for a drink she didn't even think they had it. I had ordered their clam chowder again which this time didn't taste like the last one but it was still ok. I also ordered a salad, if you want a chef salad you're better off making it at home. My bf ordered the deep fried walleye, he said it was good. I'm not sure if it was just me, but the waitresses we had both times were just paying more attention to the men I was with. I'm sorry but if you want to have decent tips maybe pay attention to everyone in the group.

We sat outside so the atmosphere was wonderful. I ordered the Cuban sandwich. Maybe unfairly I compare every Cuban sandwich I get to those in Fort Myers. Without a doubt. It is the best Cuban in Wisconsin. If they slathered more mustard on it like down south. I would probably put it dead even.

If I could give no stars I would. There was no service. We ordered bar beverages & received those, but no water. Any bar beverages we wanted after our initial order we needed to go to the bar & order. We ordered 6 items off the menu & received 1. That item received was a nacho’s supreme & it was supremely heavy on lettuce, not much else. When the waitress realized there was a problem an hour had already passed by, so we asked for our bill & moved on. Lots of reasons from management why service was what it was. Waitress was new & put us on forget. Lots of no call/no shows. Tables were being seated & people were leaving because they weren’t being waited on. Hopefully the owners can turn things around. The place has potential.

Worst meal ever! Owner recommended corned beef and cabbage described a lovely meal and I ordered it. What I got was watered mushed carrots tasteless maybe cabbage actually could not tell, 1/4 of one red potato and then tasteless meat that was really tough. In all my years of cooking even my corned beef has flavor … peanut butter toast for dinner tonight tossed my meal in the garbage can. We will never go back!!!!

Finally came here for the first time as a senior at the university and I'm so disappointed I hadn't gone before. 0 stars! They didn't know where their high chairs were. We didn't get a menu for 20 minutes. Then I went to order drinks at the bar because the 10 waitresses were too busy with their 4 tables to take care of us and they told us a waitress had to take our drink orders. They told us food would be a 45 minute wait which I was willing to wait. However, when they came to take our order they said we wouldn't get our food for an hour and a half because they added door dash. They obviously can't handle the amount of business they have. Their manager was also rude. I do not suggest this place to eat at all.

The reason I am giving 2 stars is that I spent a couple hours at this bar of which I mostly spent cash on my drinks. Towards the end of my night I switched over to card and I got charged for a $20 minimum that I wasn't warned about by the staff. Same thing happened to my three friends that were there also. Staff preferably should tell customers about this business policy as they are having a card handed to them. We weren't told until we had already gotten our receipts and were on our way out. Thus, I ended up paying $20 for $10 worth of drinks.
