I ordered lunch for eight people online the night before for delivery the next day around lunchtime. I then called the next day to ensure my order was received and delivered on time. I was told that they saw it and it would be delivered on time. To my surprise delivery time came and went and there was no food. That leaves eight very hungry people. I called to see what the delay was and was told that they accidently voided the order!!!! We were on a very short time span for lunch and could NOT wait for it to be delivered. How disappointing. I will not be visiting again.

We ordered lunches for 8 of us and had a specific time we needed it to be delivered because of our limited lunch time. We placed the order the day before and called an hour prior to make sure the delivery was all set and ready to go. When it came time to receive our order, and 15 minutes later than expected, we called to check the status. Both the server and the manager said that the order had been voided out and that they could get it to us within 15 minutes. We needed eat and get back to work since we did not have the flexibility in our schedules. We received a verbal apology with limited care. We felt pushed aside.

I will start out positive. The drinks and service were good. The food was not good. Ribeye was 28$ and tasted freezer burned. Just aweful. The cod was soooo greasy like it had sat in the oil for an hour . The coleslaw horrible and the fries were good. I do not recommend this place. A 78$ disappointment for sure .

I ordered a pick-up order for the "Cali Turkey" wrap for my pregnant wife. Pregnant women are advised not to eat deli meat. The photo posted on the online ordering menu depicts the turkey for the wrap as roasted turkey prepared in an oven (see attached photo). The description even states "oven-roasted turkey." When we received the pick up order and opened it at home, you can see in the photo it is deli turkey meat. She could not eat the wrap and was rightfully disappointed. I would say that is false advertising.

Everything was great. We ordered and when we got our food, I was very disappointed in my ribeye steak,,, even though it was cooked perfectly (med rare) , it was supposed to be hand trimmed, but it wasn't, also the butter that they use was covering a huge fat pocket in the middle of the steak. I expect fat on my steak for great flavor, but not when it's a 1/3 of the steak! I expressed my dissatisfaction to our waitress to let the chief know. My husband ordered the Waygue burger, and it was great. Our service from the waitress was great. She was so nice.

The staff here are not good at what they do. The server came up to our party of 8 and was not happy to see us. She came at us with an attitude and was clearly not wanting to wait on us. Little did she know we are all great tippers. I ordered Brussel sprouts for an old fashioned, she said no problem. Did not get them. I asked when delivered if we could get Brussel sprouts for it (again) she said they didn't have them. Weird. Then a bit later an appetizer of brussel sprouts came out. Honest mistake. Didn't check up on us, had to go to the bar to get a refill on a soda. Service got even worse. I patiently waited for the bartender to finish making the drinks she was making. At no point did she acknowledge me (although she saw me). She then went up to another couple to see if they wanted anything. No problem. She then twinges to ignore me and start a conversation with some guests just to chit chat. When that is done (I've now been standing there a long time) she avoids eye contact and walks around bar to help another couple that didn't need anything. I am now staring at her hard and she accidentally makes eye contact with me...knowing she is being rude. Finally comes over and gives me a drink. It just shouldn't be this difficult. I have read other reviews of thos place and they're also getting bad service. Clearly this is a management problem. 1st and last time I will go to this establishment.

Hear ye, hear ye! I wish to remark upon this fine establishment, which has captured our custom for many an evening meal. The service, good sirs and madams, is truly noteworthy! Why, the staff attend to us with such politeness and good cheer, one might think we were visiting royalty (albeit, royalty on a budget!). They are ever helpful.
Blessedly, they cater to varying diets, offering forth vegan options upon their menu, and our own dear daughter simply adores their macaroni and cheese preparation. At present, they feature poke bowls – a welcome sight indeed, especially as they can accommodate a vegan palate, and we fervently hope these bowls grace the menu for seasons to come. Alas, a whisper of disappointment: though the price for these bowls did climb, no hearty vegan proteins appeared alongside the increase to justify the new expense!
Nevertheless, one cannot fault their extensive full bar nor their rather delightful rotation of seasonal specialty cocktails. In sum, it provides honest value, embraces families, and is most assuredly deserving of a visit!

Stopped in today for late lunch,3:30pm. Greeting from bartender was nice,each had a drink and ordered food. It arrived shortly and what I had was good. Would stop here when i was in town since it is a nice casual place. Stopped last night and had a burger with some tater tots.Burger was good as were the tots but was a little surprised how few tots came this time. Kicker was when i was done and got the bill it had a line item for a 3% restaurant fee. A restaurant fee? Really? Not a use of a credit card fee, just a restaurant fee. We always go to this restaurant because it is right next to where we live. It is a comfort restaurant to my husband and I now.

The only burger/bar dine in restaurant we particularly always go back to. The waitresses are all very kind, never had bad experiences with the waiters and food in general. If mistake happens, they are always really quick in fixing the mistakes.

Greystone at our house was a great experience. It was our first time dining and we were met with great hospitality from our server Miss Nikki. The food was awesome, and the serving sizes were absolutely appropriate for the price point. Their drinks were great. We tried the gray stone, old-fashioned, the Tito‘s blueberry fizz cider as well as the Greystone signature door County mule. Everything was a pleasant experience, the atmosphere was welcoming and even family friendly. After 4 o’clock the lights dimmed and gave the restaurant a very comfortable and romantic feel. We will absolutely be returning sooner than later and hopefully our amazing server will be available! This is definitely a hidden gym and DePere and I will highly recommend it for anyone looking fora great place to dine and possibly get a drink or two.

I found Greystone Ale House when looking for pizzas to be delivered for my daughters wedding at a near by venue. Mark was wonderful to work with and when there was a misunderstanding on the delivery date Mark said don't worry about it I got your back. And he did the pizzas were a hit for a late night snack. We have have been back for dinner a couple times now and it has been delicious. Worse place in town for perch. Absolutely disgusting, it tasted and smelled super fishy like it had been sitting out at room temperature for 6 hours and was saturated with heavy, greasy breading. Even the French fries were bad, and tasted burnt from cooking in a dirty fryer. The only thing that was enjoyed by our group was the kids mac and cheese which didn't even come with a side, so we were charged extra for more burnt tasting French fries. Waitstaff were good, but due to the horrible food we won't be back.

Ordered mozz sticks - they were good but the marinara tasted a little like salsa.

Hubby had the ribeye and mashed potatoes. He said it was good; not the best he had had. 5/10

I had the brewmaster plate - two piece cod and three piece shrimp - all beer battered. And tator tots. It was a little bit of too much friedness for me. I should have just stayed with the cod. But the shrimp were huge. The cocktail sauce was still frozen so that was a bummer. I did enjoy the cod thou and the tarter was good. 6/10

It was certainly packed! Lots of ales on tap. We would give it another try if we visit again.

We called to make a res because it was valentines. She couldn’t make a reservation because the tablet died. She said she’d call us back, but didn’t. We still got in at 6:00. And Caleb was great! He looked us in the eye, was personable and had fun w us.

For a traveller constantly on the road, some places tripped on are such a delightful departure from the mundane. With many options that are not just burgers, pizza or wings, but crafted items that clearly have thought and effort, the menu won’t disappoint! And with 24 taps, the variation of choices are clearly meant to have a solid option for every taste.
Staff was excellent, friendly, and seemed invested in their presence here. Do yourself a favour if you’re in the area, and stop in.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Graystone Ale House and I must say, I was blown away by the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff and the atmosphere was inviting and cozy.

But let's talk about the food. Oh my goodness, it was on another level! I ordered the fish fry and let me tell you, it was not your average cheap fish fry. The portion size was generous and the flavor was out of this world. Every bite was bursting with flavor and the fish was cooked to perfection. And the best part? The price was incredibly reasonable for the quality and quantity of food.

But it wasn't just the fish fry that impressed me. I also had a chance to try some of their other dishes and each one was equally delicious. From the juicy burgers to the savory pasta dishes, everything was made with high-quality ingredients and prepared with care.

In addition to the amazing food, the service was top-notch. Our server was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal.

Overall, my experience at Graystone Ale House was exceptional and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious meal at a great price. Kudos to Manager Mark Becker and our waitress, Taylor! We hosted our son's rehearsal dinner at Graystone on Fri.12/1. As the Mom of the Groom, I had some apprensions.....would there be enough food, could one waitress take care of the drink orders for our group of 30, etc? Mark and Taylor handled everything with ease and helped me have an enjoyable evening as well! The food was fantastic (we had the fajita buffet)! I feel like the food could have been more flavorful. Was not impressed. We had the 2 brat special and fo $14 I expected a brat to knock our socks off. The bun looked amazing until you bit into it. This the restaurant to go to if you like good food and craft beer. My family and I stop by here randomly one day and we have been back several times since. The waiting service is always prompt and we always get our food within about 20 minutes of ordering. My personal favorite is the Reuben sandwich but we have also had their breakfast and it is also great. The craft beer selection is decent, and they sell New Holland Brewing Dragon's Milk Stout by the bottle which gets extra points from me because it just happens to be one of my favorite beers. It is also conveniently located down the street from Cocoon Brewing if you like breweries.

I placed an order for 2 Cranberry Pecan Salads. The description stated that it would have grilled chicken, of which neither had grilled chicken. We also ordered a side off brussel sprouts and spinach dip. I ordered for pickup at 5:15. I did make it there a few minutes early (5-7 minutes early) and the food was packed and ready to go. We had mozzarella sticks as an appetizer, which were probably the best monsterell sticks we've ever had at a restaurant. Someone also had the teriyaki chicken wings at my table, and they stated they were a little on the salty side, but good overall. Someone else at my table had the Ruben and absolutely loved it.

This place is very decent especially if you are gluten free! However I wish the Roasted Brussels Sprouts were not listed as gluten free since you have to get them without the balsamic glaze to be gluten free. I wish they would switch to a balsamic glaze that is gluten free as I know there are plenty of brands of balsamic glaze that are!! Thankfully a server went and checked for me when I was there last or I would have gotten sick.

My group, of 4, sat out on the patio. There were at least 5 other tables. One with 6 persons, 1 with 2, 1 with 3, and 2 with 4. There was the only 1 waitress on the oatio. She was spread very thin.

Have been here many times and have generally been satisfied however we will NEVER order the perch here again. We brought a friend of ours there on Friday for their birthday, 3 of us ordered perch and 1 ordered the cod. We had expected lake perch however this was ocean perch which had an awful flavor. None of the perch fillets were edible to us. Not only was the fishy taste overwhelming, all 3 orders were full of bones. We will probably go back at some point because we do like the atmosphere. After talking to some friends and family about what happened we found several that had similar experience with the same meal. With the extent of the problem just from the few local people I talked to, it may be a good idea for management to find a new seafood supplier.

The good: Standard pub fare in a nice setting, a little on the pricey side. Good tap beer selection; however they were out of Guinness.
The bad: I ordered a panini, which was delivered soggy and cold. There were indentations in the bread like a panini press had been used but there was no crispness or warmth at all to the bread. The bottom piece was actually wet, not from juices. The cheese wasn't melted either. Housemade chips were crisp but also cold. The special "house sauce" for them tasted like sour cream with ranch dressing, not Vidalia as the menu says, for an upcharge of $1.50. The Cubano sandwich was better, at least it was lukewarm. I don't think the sandwiches got cold waiting for the waitress to deliver because it didn't take long to get them after ordering. Service was very good; the poor review is all on the kitchen.

We ordered delivery via their website. Two of the three dishes contained chicken that was so rubbery and tough that it was inedible. We called to inform them of the issue and the man on the phone said "I'm sorry, I can't do anything other than let them know". Will never order from here again due to inedible food with no customer service or desire to make things make right.

The atmosphere was great and kid friendly. We were told there was a 25 minute wait. We went to the bar to grab beers. It took awhile for a bartender to take our order. They have a good selection of beers. We were seated a table in only 15 minutes and after ordering our food arrived promptly. I ordered the Cali Turkey Panini. I was expecting real pieces of Turkey because it was described as “oven roasted Turkey” and a hot sandwich. When the sandwich arrived it had four slices of lunch plopped on it in one lump and was served lukewarm. The presentation was unappealing. Around four hours after eating I ended up with food poisoning. This sandwich is the only thing different I ate all day from my husband and children and I am the only one with the symptoms.

Went here for a birthday dinner. Two of us got the ribeye. Ordered charred medium rare. Steaks came out and looked like they were microwaved, hard to cut through. Both of us got very sick that ordered the ribeye.
