Great Expectations catered our wedding and the food was delicious. We received many positive comments from our guests about our dinner and cupcakes. Amy also worked with us when we made changes due to COVID-19. I would definitely recommend Great Expectations!

Every time I've gone there it has been amazing. I've even told people that it's the best place in Rapids. But I just ordered take out fish fry and it was not anything close to my previous experiences. The fish was moist and tasted good, but the serving size was very underwhelming for $13. I also got clam chowder, which was overly clam flavored and the vegetables were hard and undercooked. I'll definitely be back just because every other experience has been positive and they've always had very good customer service, but the food this time was not up to par.

Ordered catering for my crew for a company meeting, it was a good choice by far! The guys tore it up and there was plenty for a 2nd and 3rd plate for them! Will be ordering catering from them during the duration of our companies time here!

Best place to eat in Wisconsin Rapids. The food is a diverse mix of locally sourced foods, unique recipes and reasonably priced entrees and fabulous desserts. They have unique cocktails that I've never seen in any other establishment. Service is always good and provided by friendly, knowledgeable staff. You won't be disappointed.

We hired Great Expectations to cater our wedding reception and chose themed food stations. Not only was Amy amazing to work with but the food really was beyond my expectations and my guests loved the experience. When I entetered into the reception venue the first 3 guests I greated stated how amazing the food was and how fun the stations were.
Amy and her staff executed without a hitch, cleaned up wondefully and made a cupcake station to write home about!!

Awful. Food was okay. But Not hot . We waited 45 minutes before they took our order. There were 12 of us for lunch. Others that came in after us got served way before us.no apologies such as so sorry we are short handed, etc. There were 3 other tables eating so large crowd was not an excuse. 1 hour a 50 minutes from time we walked in to time we left. All but one said they have been there before and raved about it. They were all upset and disappointed in service.

Dunno who gives 5 stars, maybe the owner and his/her relatives. Tried chicken shaorma, nothing to do with real shaorma. Chicken breast with some cucumbers and tomatoes, filled with tahimi sauce, choking as hell. Lots of fries, 3/4 of the plate.
Also tried Kasbah beef - 2 undercooked skews fit for a 4 yo, not a grownup. Cupcake of the day - a joke you can buy from dunkin donuts with some vanilla cream on top.
