Very nice, reasonably priced bar and restaurant. My wife had the broasted chicken, and I had the broasted pork. They were very tasty and reasonably priced.

The service here is unbelievable. The servers move so fast and are so attentive. When we’re in the area, this is one, we’ll look up again.

Not sure, but it appeared that the owner was walking around and checking on patrons To see if they were satisfied. Not your typical place in today’s world.

If I could give this charming place a 10 I would. Our first time here and we found a gem. Cream of potato soup came out hot tasty and before the entree.. Prime rib was done perfectly. Our server was friendly and efficient. A rare quality now days. We will be back. Thank you.

This is my friend's bar. Known them since 2010. They have owned it since 1986. Long story short.

1. Owner's, staff and location is amazing. The people that work there are just spot on and super amazing

2. Food is so good. They have the best drink and food prices around.

3. Beat beat best deserts ever. I typically take 2 home with me for later in the week.

4. Soup is out of this world. Homemade everyday

5. Small supper club, don't let this fool you. On a Friday night the bar is full. The dinning room is full and the 3 tables in the bar are full. Then they have 3 rows of people standing between the bar and the bar tables. You know its worth the wait.

6. When I go Manitowoc now, since I dont live there, I dont find anything that is better then this place to eat so I always will take an hour and go eat here.

Delicious food and good drinks. We go usually on Fridays and despite typically being very busy the wait is reasonable and the bar and table service is always great. My wife likes the tenderloin and scallops. The 14oz ribeye is good as well. I have also had the Broasted chicken and Ribs that were good. For dessert the tortes are really good.

Excellent perch and great service. The place is crowded at peak hours on a Friday evening but they turn tables fast enough if people don’t decide to sit at tables well after eating to talk. The bar is crowded but the bartenders pay attention and get drink orders even when you have to stand behind patrons seated at the bar.
The place is dark and dated but I’ll give a pass to them on that for their quality of food and service.

I don’t say this to be rude, trying to be factual, and perhaps it was the time of visit, but it was old people city. It even smelled like older folk and the food seemed geared towards their palette. Example being, the food was good, but very bland. The establishment is rather small, but the service was good and fast. I wouldn’t say i was disappointed, but i also wouldn’t visit again.

The owners are absolutely wonderful. In particular, when they cook, you could not get better food anywhere in the state of Wisconsin. Well, I haven't been everywhere. But at least Manitowoc county and the surrounding area. The bartenders are marvelous, very efficient, very fast, and very friendly As are the Waitresses.
If I could, I would take one of them home to cook for me part time and if I had the money.

On our way back from camping, we were looking up restaurants to try. I came across Green Street and I am a visual person. I can tell just by looking at the photo's if the food will be good or not. This place was a great choice. It takes me back to sort of old style cooking yet done right. I am a cook and baker. I go to fancy restaurants and I also believe in old school restaurants and mom and pop shops. First off, the price is unbeatable for what you get. We had the cream of cauliflower and that was excellent. I ordered the two broiled pork chops for my daughter and I to share that came with mashed potatoes and gravy with apple sauce. It was so juicy and lightly dusted with flour to give it a great coat. My husband ordered the steak which was huge and honestly cooked right. Not overcooked or dried but not undercooked at all. I just wished we took pictures but it just looked too good that we just dug in. Check out yelp for photo's. I have seen ppl post it online because I want to make it same way...at least the pork chops.

Haven't been here in nearly 20 years and initial impression is that nothing has changed. This may be a positive or negative, depending on your personal outlook. Food was good, nothing above average. Servers were very nice, prompt and helpful, a bit more than typically found in an old school WI supper club environment. Overall, a bit better experience than I expected. On a side note, once I received the bill, I was quite surprised, it was about $35 less than I expected, so that is a huge positive! Is Green Street on my "Must Go" list? Maybe at number 9, but YES, I'll be back!
