Holy hannah!! I'm passing through town and the reviews of their crab Ragoons were fabulous! I absolutely love crab ragoon! These are by far the best crab ragoons.I have ever had.I sure wish we had this restaurant in my hometown.!! I door dashed from Green Tea, never eaten here before. Ordered way too much food because I’m used to restaurants giving me a plate of rice and two slices of meat. Green tea portions of meat/entree are huge and then comes with rice actually on the side in a different container. The whole entree container is filled to the top, i was not disappointed in the slightest. I can’t even finish this all. So tasty, great fast service and I will be coming back.

My boyfriend and I regularly order doordash from Green Tea. The amount of food we received today was mind boggling. My sweet and sour chicken was literally piled into the box, overflowing, along with about a pint of sauce. His orange chicken was bursting the seams on the box as well. We ordered Mei Fun. The menu says rice noodles, I've been gluten free for almost 4 years. Those did not look or taste like rice noodles. The spring roll was in regular wonton paper, not rice paper. I stopped in for Happy Family with fried rice. Wow...the dish was loaded with old stale pork, tough rubbery beef and chicken! On top of that, there was absolutely no flavor in thos dish! The brown sauce wasn't even a sauce but more like a jelly that coated all the meat and veggies. I was hungry so I dug around to eat all the veggies, which was minimal because the cook threw in so much gross meat!. The shrimp was the only edible meat! How can people like a place where their special brown sauce has no flavor and comes out looking like a thick gelatin like substance!?!? Please do better. Maybe retrain your cooks because obviously they forgot how to tenderize your beef and that sauce, wow just wow! Try a new recipe please! By the way, I opened up the fried rice and it was mushy solid and also no flavor. I tossed it so fast! Disappointed! 😑

My wife and I stopped by while passing through town late at night. The fried chicken was well-prepared with decent flavor, though it didn't quite live up to the hype. There was one particular spice they used that was very potent and overpowered the other flavors. The chicken egg roll was disappointing - it was dry and needed more cabbage. My wife enjoyed her Mongolian beef, but I wasn't impressed with the General Tso's chicken.

he staff was friendly and the food came out hot, which is always appreciated. In a pinch when you need a late-night meal, this place does the job. However, if I had other options available during regular hours, this probably wouldn't be my first choice. That said, if we're ever passing through late at night again, we'd likely stop by since they serve their purpose for travelers looking for a hot late night meal.

Mouse Turds…..Been going here for years and love the food. But there’s been changes since the expansions and not for the better. Last weekends East Mason to go order was big enough that they put our bags in a box also. Well we found mouse turds rolling around in the box and of course it was after we ate and were cleaning up. I assume their shipping container storage outside is the primo nesting spot. Normally a good experience. Order two items off their lunch specials menu for the day. When I was read my total I noticed it was significantly higher than it was supposed to be. I brought this to the attention of the employee notifying her those are supposed to be lunch specials. We order from Green Tea for the first time ever on New Years Eve. Probably about the busiest day of the year for this type of business. We did an order for pickup. The food was ready when we arrived and still plenty warm by the time it got home. We ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Beef Lo Mein, Crab Rangoons, Fried Rice and Egg Rolls. This is a staple order for us, so we've had similar at many other Chinese restaurants. The Crab Rangoons were fantastic! Sweet and Sour Chicken and Sesame Chicken were also very good. Fried Rice and Egg Rolls were OK. Beef Lo Mein was not the best. We will definitely be back, but will probably try a different variation of the Lo Mein.

My wife told me that the egg rolls were the best she ever had. I do agree that they were delicious. She had the breaded and fried sweet and sour shrimp, and she liked them as well. I had the beef lo mein and asked if they could make it slightly spicy, and they hit the mark perfectly for me. Just the right slow-burn that I like, with an ample amount of lean beef. If there were any suggestions, I would make is that Green Tea add the hot mustard with the egg rolls and maybe throw in some chopsticks. Not that I'm some expert with them, but the wife gets a laugh out of watching me try. This was the first time for us here, and it won't be our last. They did not provide a fork, napkins and they aren't honest about prices or food. I got boba, they did not tell me the boba balls were kiwi flavor in a strawberry boba. I'm not usually a fan of fast food Chinese food, but Green Tea is an exception. There is usually a bit of a wait for your food, and that's because they make it fresh to order. Their Crab Rangoons are some of the best I have had in the Green Bay area. They are large and full of flavor. The beef with garlic sauce has large pieces of beef with an equal amount of vegetables that aren't overcooked and mushy. The fried rice is also very good and is not dry like most places. General tso chicken is also good. It can be made more spicy, if that's your thing (like me!). The chicken is chicken and not just breading with sauce. Meals can be ordered with regular white rice or fried rice.
With multiple locations, you can be sure to find one close to you, and their hours will give you the opportunity to eat almost anytime!

Picked up some food to go with my girlfriend the other night. I appreciate the convenience of a drive thru. The girl working there was friendly and helpful. Also really like that they have coupons if you spend a certain amount. We got pork lo mein, orange chicken, sweet sour chicken, an egg roll, and they had a coupon for a free crab rangoon. The sweet sour chicken was pretty good, big portion! The red sauce was a little too sour though, but still good. The pork lo mein was straight up not good, girlfriend didn't even want it after one bite. Weird noodle choice for lo mein, they did not use lo mein noodles but flat wider noodles that weren't great. I don't know if it was the pork or what, but the whole dish had a weird 'reheated meat' off taste, not sure how to describe it other than that. Definitely can't recommend that one. The orange chicken was kind of dry and overcooked inside, and the sauce was tasty but I wish they would add less of the pepper seeds. They are unpleasant to eat, and there's plenty of other ways to add spiciness. They also have orange zest strips in the sauce which is great for flavor but extremely unpleasant to actually eat. I wouldn't recommend this either. The egg roll was fine, just a classic premade sort of type. The crab rangoons are very good if you like a TON of cream cheese. And I mean a lot. I appreciate it but they actually could've used a little less filling, but they were free so I can't really complain. The fried rice that came with our food was better than expected. Overall I think this place is decent if you know what to order.

TLDR: I recommend the sweet sour chicken, fried rice, crab rangoons and maybe the egg roll. Would NOT recommend the orange chicken and lo mein.
