Not sure if I’ll go back or not. They do look like that they would have some good sandwiches. That would give me a reason to go back.

I have celiacs and was able to eat here without any issues. I had the Chicken Bacon Cheddar sandwich on 2 very tasty slices of perfectly toasted gluten free bread. It was a very good sandwich. I was told they can make almost any sandwich gf. They offer fries, pub chips and cheese curds. Unfortunately not for Celiac's . But they did have a wide variety of bag chips. My friend had the Chicken Shawarma. She said her wrap was also delicious. We will definitely visit there again.

Ok…I don’t write many reviews BUT I had to make it for this place!! This was the first time I have ever been here and I will DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK!!
OMG I LOVE their Gyros and Waffle fries that come with the order!! I chose to get a Caesar salad for an additional side…ITS HUGE!!! LOL Dinner was SO delicious and I am MORE than satisfied!!
The location is in a cozy area and the young lady who took my order and brought my food to me was so nice and sweet!! I really dig this place!! Can’t wait to go back and get another Gyro and maybe something new!! The only gripe…I should have ordered more waffle fries!! LOL

I ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap and it was around $8 which you may think is a bit pricey….but you get a HUGE wrap for $8!! My husband got a Gyro, which was also a big helping! It was filling and delicious, you can tell they use high quality ingredients. Will definitely be eating here again!

A small unassuming shop off the beaten path. I was welcomed immediately even though they were in the middle of morning prep. Food was extremely fresh, perfectly seasoned. pre 2020-5* 2022-4* It saddens me to rate this place 2.5* now. Went there and had "the dilly" which is the September special. It did not look like the facebook photo at all. It had at most 1/3 of the meat as shown in their promo photo and cut way too thick. The sandwich was about 8" long and had one slice of cheese, two sad slices of pastrami but too much mayo and slaw making for a very messy meal. And to add to the disappointment the bread was burnt. For $12 I expect a lot more. Also, sandwiches do not automatically come with chips anymore. The cashier was very nice though.

Ordered the falafel wrap with no onion, added avocado for $1.50, with a side of waffle fries. I got the falafel wrap with onions, no avocado (instead a tiny side of gross store bought guacamole), and no waffle fries. The girl who answered the phone was very nice, but didn’t really know what to do. She said they don’t have avocado, understandable, but then it shouldn’t be an option. Tried to eat the wrap anyways and it was crumbly, dry, and falling apart. Didn’t taste good at all and I ended up throwing it away. Very disappointed and I won’t be back.

I have ordered their turkey pesto panini and always gotten actual turkey. I ordered this time and spent over $50 on food. They sent me cheap turkey lunch meat instead. When I called they didn’t care to make it right only said that is what they are going to be now. For as much as you spend for one thing you would think they would care about their customers. The food tasted like crap and I didn’t even want to eat it. I would say now with what they sent don’t waste your money it would be cheaper to just go to the grocery store and buy what you want. Used to be incredible! Frozen yogurt, real turkey on the sandwiches, great burgers, fantastic drinks.

Now it's just store bought cold cuts slapped on cheap bread and white lettuce for $15. No yogurt, overly sugary drinks, undercooked fries that come out of a frozen bag, overcooked frozen burger patties, etc. Terrible decrease in quality while prices have skyrocketed. I can get better food at a fast food restaurant which is a really bad sign. Just go out of business already.

Spent 38 dollars for 3 people to eat. Ordered a chicken wrap that fell apart because it had no cheese in it. Blubber chicken. The cook did not know how to make a wrap or roll it up right with closed ends. Waffle fries were half raw. Summary: two orders of Tabouli I received from DD were covered in fuzzy mold. Called the store, they said they checked the rest and it was fine, but seeing how easy it is to miss against the texture of the couscous. I would think twice before ordering or putting any of it in your mouth. This stuff happens sometimes with foodservice but it made me completely loose my appetite. WOW, this place has some really good foods. I got a basic BLT and my husband ordered the Memphis sandwiches and they were super yummy 😋 the potato salad has a slight twang to it and made our meals perfect. My experience there was overall very positive. I used a coupon that they had and ordered a gyro to go which came with waffle fries. Being pretty hungry. I tried the waffle fries. As soon as I got back to my motorcycle. They were not hot and we're just a bit greasy (for my taste) but crunchy overall and flavorful. The gyro I waited to eat at home which was about a mile away. I must say it was excellent. Big juicy chunks of ripe tomato, red onion and lots of meat. Didn't get a real chance to taste the tzatziki sauce as it was all over the aluminum and not really on the sandwich. Probably not the best thing to order to go. I was there at lunch time and even though they were very busy the service was excellent, friendly, and very helpful. I highly recommend this place.

It’s not as good as it used to be, they use different type of chicken and bread and it’s not cooked all the way because the cheese isn’t even melted. Also, they're really inconsistent with their fry portion, sometimes I have a good amount sometimes I only have six fries and they’re usually undercooked because the inside of the fries are hard, I used to be a regular customer but their quality went down:(

I ordered the chicken wrap with bacon, lettuce and tomato. The sandwich had double layers of the outside wrap to make it look like there was substance. There were maybe 5 little pieces of chicken in each half, a small strip of bacon, several small chopped pieced of tomato and some lettuce. A very boring sandwich. I would say they're trying to save money. It was not inexpensive so I think they're making a good profit on each one. I felt pressured to leave a tip when I paid even though there was no real service. This was my first time there. I went to meet friends. I'm going to recommend somewhere else next time.

Make sure you ask for everything to be separate and put your sandwich together yourself!! At least that's what I asked when I called to complain. This time our experience was just gross!!! Our bread was soaked, mushy and literally falling apart that we couldnt even pick up our sandwiches. Total waste of money. Haven't ordered from Herr in a couple of months but it was really good last time so we went with delivery tonight. First, the two $10 sandwiches we ordered barely had anything on them. One piece of bacon as a $1.50 add on, really? Next, they forgot one of our items and when we called, they had the gall to ask if we still wanted it. Didn't ask if we wanted refunded, a credit or anything like that... just, oh did you still want that expensive item you paid for and we forgot? Needless to say we won't be back. Such a shame.

Additional info: After 2 phone calls, they never did send a replacement. My wife was so mad she went down to the restaurant. They lied and said it was the delivery drivers fault. GR's has been my favorite restaurant for YEARS now. All their food is amazing! The garlic chicken wrap and tiramisu are my personal favorites. Normally a solid sandwich but today I was totally disappointed. Is spread of a Italian beef sandwich I got a panini with very little meat and a tiny container of juice to dip it in.

We ordered and had great service although our order was made with processed precooked chicken that you can buy in a bag...fresh chicken would have been so much better. Everything else was alright. We used a gift certificate that we received for Christmas. We were the only patrons on a Wednesday night.

We got our order go,the person was very helpful for being my first time ordering from them. The front entrance faces harmony st on the end of the little mall just before Westley it has a little seating in the front of the store.our order was ready when we got there

I’m so disappointed! My fries were cold & there were only like 5 fries in a small bag & it was $4, that’s ridiculous! I couldn’t even finish the wrap, it was so gross. definitely a waste of money.

Food is awesome. The paninis are fantastic. This is the only place I get excited about a SALAD...lol! There is something about their chicken...so good! And homemade croutons...yummmmm. There is limited seating, that is the only downfall...but most of this is takeout anyhow. Just FYI.

Mixture of feelings partly due to miscommunication and a slight mishap with order requiring a call back for correction. Staff was very cordial even through the stress. Biggest thing to note was we saved $20 vs ordering online for takeout by calling in the order. Food was good as well. Was only our first time eating there but as a fellow small business employee I know there are fluke issues that can arise and my wife and I agreed we will give it a second try for another impression.

Overall the food was good. I ordered the Pub Burger (and so did one of my daughters) along with an order of chicken strips. My husband ordered the Monster Burger and a Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap (and so did my other daughter). The pricing of the food is decent but I feel $5.50 for the strips is a little steep... they're rather small, but they tasted good.
