I ordered online so not to wait. Show up and ask for my order, one of the 4 people who were talking it up in the kitchen when I showed up, looks confused until I say Eat Street. They say, "Oh," print off a ticket and I wait as if I just walked in and ordered. Gyro didn't have enough tzatziki by over half, amazingly it wasn't dry. Grilled onions saved it.

Yea this place is a fast food restaurant but its menu is unique and food quality and service is great. I have ate here a few times under the new owners regime and I must say they live up to being a King in the restaurant business in Eau Claire Wisconsin on Water Street. My wife and I don't like typical fast food when we travel. While passing near Eau Claire, we searched "Mediterranean food" and found this little place that just opened. My wife and I eat a lot of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food, and this little place was a great find. My wife had the rice bowl with chicken and I had the rice bowl with gyro meat, $10 each. It was tasty and just the right amount. We got to speak with the owners, who just opened the place two weeks ago as, as of this review. Really friendly and accommodating. I recommend if your passing through and don't want typical fare.

The decor and the general ambiance is awesome. The food will always slap even if you’re sober. The first time I went in there the speaker was playing some phonk and was a pure vibe (play more phonk!!) the people are always friendly and welcoming. The Philly was a little too greasy and the fried onions were too salty. Other than that I have no complaints. Definitely a spot to hit and get some grub if you have been drinking and want something you will know will hit the spot.

Got the Philly with fries and Gyro Salad. Everything was delicious. Salad was big and fresh. Everything from the romaine to the feta and the homemade tzatziki. Gyro King has quickly become my go-to spot for amazing Mediterranean food. The flavors are absolutely incredible, and it's easily some of the best I've ever tried.

I highly recommend their chicken dishes. They are seasoned to absolute perfection, with each bite bursting with flavor. The chicken is always cooked beautifully, tender and juicy on the inside and with a slightly crispy exterior.

The rest of their menu looks equally tempting, with a wide variety of authentic Mediterranean options. I can't wait to explore more of their offerings!

But Gyro King isn't just about the food. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience. They're attentive and helpful, making you feel genuinely welcome.

Have been getting progressively worse meals from Gyro King over the past year. The gyros used to have a good amount of meat, cucumbers, tomatoes, tzatziki, feta, and sautéed onions. Then they cut the cucumbers, then the tomatoes, and now they're skimping on everything. The pitas and meat have also changed for the worse. They've obviously cheaped out on ingredients but kept their prices the same.

The fries we received tonight literally crunched. The fries were completely dried out. They were either old and had been sitting on the warmer way too long, or had been reheated in the oven. Unacceptable for paying $10 for a meal.

I ordered online for delivery around midnight, and they didn't even attempt to leave the store even close to 2am.

I tried calling at 1:45, and again at 1:50. Not only was there no answer, the voicemail was full.

I just wanted to eat something for my shift, and while I can't tell you what Gyro King tastes like, I'll likely never know. Because I won't be attempting again, even if they did offer 5 whole dollars for my 20 dollar order. Can't even cancel because they won't pick up.

Gyros were very good and clearly very fresh. The Tzatziki sauce was excellent. We paid about $7.50 for ours, which was a little more than I would have wanted, though the portion was very fair.
