Some guy named pinto screams at customers if they are outside before 5 pm kinda crazy dude. Keeps screaming at customers saying he needs it quiet. I guess you cant be at the harbor until after 5pm unless you're inside. We got yelled at for playing Cornhole at 3pm on multiple occasions I would rather go to the woodsheds down the road. The harbor has gone downhill this year would not recommend. Staff is very unfriendly as well. Hard to get a drink or get a smile. The woodshed has nice bartenders who pay attention to their customers. Easy to get a drink or food unlike the harbor it takes at least 15 min to get their attention.

Service is terrible. We waited to be served inside and no one ever came. This was during the flood run, but when a lot of people had already cleared out. We went outside to be served at a food truck and they were out of food. Little staff available, super frustrating! You would think during a flood run you would have more staff, more food trucks, etc... This is such a beautiful area, but service is always horrible! And bathrooms are disgusting!

We were in the area ice fishing. Wanted dinner out and found this bar on an internet search. The menu was very interesting and gave it a try. The food was fantastic, fresh, perfectly cooked and the flavors were amazing.We had the jerk shrimp appetizer, amazing! Entrees we had the curried shrimp with rice and beans and the red snapper, again amazing. Had a few cocktails and chatted with the bartenders, very friendly and good people. Totally recommend this place!

This was a lovely place for our family together as a large group with kids of all different ages. There was something on the menu for everyone and it was more interesting than your regular pub fair because of the Jamaican menu items and history there. Well, this bar has a notorious past It was perfectly Accepting of the kids who enjoyed th different games/arcade games they had there. Parking is super easy. The server was really kind to the kids and somehow managed to remember all of our orders without writing a single thing down, she didn’t miss a thing. This place is really fun and we were pleasantly surprised with the food and service. Excellent service! We visited multiple times this summer and loved the outdoor seating and great view of the river and downtown redwing. There was an excellent blues band the first time and a OK coverband another time. We were expecting bar food but it's actually very tasty caribbean food, good quality, fresh. Jerk chicken, great fish options and also good burgers. Really reasonably priced. Facility is a little crusty/run down, but worth it overall and actually reminded me of some of the beach front establishments in tge virgin islands. Looking forward to returning.

Don't touch anything in the restroom, don't expect you can hear anyone speak to you. They give the remote for the music system to the drunkest white guy in the bar who plays nothing but grinding hip hop. The only entertainment was watching him try to dance to it.

The only saving grace was our server. She is a tentative and on top of it and clearly was the only one working.

Got our order right, she helped us relocate to a little bit quieter table, and ensure that our food was good. The food was decent, my burger and his chicken sandwich were good and the fries are excellent. That's where it stops.

I don't know how this thing can undergo a health inspection and pass. Go to the bathroom at your own risk ladies. OMG 😱

The menu was pricey for the interior of the place you are dining at. Our server was also the bartender & cook even tho 3 other people were working, so it was no surprise our service was minimal. The worst tho was when hubs ordered a burger. Our server/bartender/cook asked him if he wanted it well done. Hubs said yes & server even repeated "well done?" to which hubs again said yes. The burger was completely raw from the very first bite. Needless to say, it was inedible, including that first bite! They did have amazing onion rings, however a bit on the pricey side for the serving size & it was very clear they were not at all happy that we'd ordered them.

This is truly a must see spot! If you're in the Red Wing area on a nice day, head across the river and spend some time at this jem. Tons of spots to enjoy the view across the river - and the Viking Mississippi if it's in town. The food's a bit hit or miss - we really enjoyed the jerk chicken & shrimp, but not the beans & rice. There's often live music to enjoy, so grab a beer and a picnic table and kick back.
