The drinks were great don’t mind that it’s a bit pricey. The food was good as well. Maybe on my return visit I may up the star to 5

My mother and I drove an hour!!!! To come to this place. Once we got to the door, it was locked but cars were outside. Mind you, it wasn't closing time either. They also didn't have the ordering screens on the side of the wall here. We were so disappointed. If you guys closed, yall could've put a sign outside to tell people.

This place doesn’t exist the reviews must be fake I drove from Waukegan. It was not there the doors to the building were locked in back in front of the building.. I was so heart broken I really wanted this chicken!

I stopped in there yesterday and got a 20 piece of chicken, the best chicken I done had in years🔥🔥🔥 I went back today to try the fish and definitely did not disappoint!!!! The establishment is super super super nice. customer service is great A1 on point. This will definitely be a twice a week thing for me. is it’s pricey but definitely can afford. It will be back your favorite customer.❤️❤️❤️❤️ yesterday was my first time trying this spot out!!!!

Yalls food, is incredible! There was no lack of flavor. We had the catfish dinner and chicken and catfish dinner with banana pudding for dessert. It is hard to find a restaurant that makes GOOD food. We will definitely be back for more. 10 stars!! Thank you!

When I tell you this place did not disappoint I mean exactly that. Not being an actual Harold's Chicken Shack one would be skeptical. Well take it from a native of Chicago. I am quite familiar with the original and this place does not fall short. A little pricey but seeing that I would have to travel quite a ways and spend extra on gas I'm not even complaining on that. Also thank you to the 3 people that were running things that night. Very hospitable.

I participated in some big backtivities for my first visit. The service was welcoming and music was live. I ordered an 8 piece which was enough to share with at least three people, but I split it in half. Babyyyyy this was the flavor my mom and I had been missing. Just know that you're getting your money's worth and then some. Most people post before photos but this is speaks for itself ...🤭 Maybe you'll get a before photo next time😂

I’m a Chicago native so I know authentic Harold’s when I taste it. I am BLOWN away! Dare I say it’s better than my city’s?! The wings are the perfect size (not oversized and filled with hormones). The food was fresh and delicious! The mild sauce is the real deal! The atmosphere and music adds to the entire experience. I am a customer for life ! Thank you for bringing a little bit of home back here to Racine 🫶🏾

Didn't tell me that they pour the red sauce on top of chicken I don't like sauce on my chicken and I called for a 8 piece of chicken thinking I'm getting the breasts thighs legs wings but not he gave me wings so I won't be going there no more 😢😭😭 so unhappy.
