The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because our server was so sweet. The food is not good. The fried egg sandwich tastes like what I whip up for breakfast, with zero cooking skills at all. They have fries and no condiments besides great value ketchup to dip them in. I asked for ranch and they brought me out a bottle of hidden valley ranch that expired in March (it is now June…) they gave my daughter “chocolate milk” that tasted like cold hot chocolate made with rotten milk. Like the entire meal and everything sucked and 2/5 of us are at home sick right now and I’m about 95% positive it was the food. So if you want good food, condiments and to not have diarrhea…pick a different spot.

It took forever for food to come and the food was terrible. It was the worst burger I had in my life! Probably the one from frozen section would taste much better. We order a Greek burger and it didn’t even come with lettuce or tomato. It had only some feta cheese sprinkled on top. Overall terrible experience.

Great breakfast spot, no wait and fast service. The food tasted very fresh, it exceeded our expectations. We had the Harry's special, veggie omelette, and our toddler had the one cake.

On a Saturday morning, where other more marketed spots were full with lines, we took a chance on Harry's. With Christmas music and it's vintage atmosphere we definitely liked it very much. The next time you're stuck in a breakfast line elsewhere take your chance on Harry's, it won't disappoint.

We've been to LG several times and finally tried this spot for brunch. Food was excellent! Good portions and great flavor. Mimosas tasty. Outdoor and indoor seating. Owner is so kind and attentive. They were understaffed the Saturday morning we had brunch, but they all did a great job of being as quick as possible. We'll be back.

The worst restaurant in the Lake Geneva. Too long time waiting. We waited for the waiter for 10 minutes, then we waited for the order for 20 minutes, and after asking questions, we were told that we are waiting for only 25 minutes and the waiting time is another 15/20 minutes. In the end we paid for the lemonades, although we could not have done it at all, since the order was not ready and left. Don’t recommend. In Lake Geneva there are many good establishments with a large number of customers, the waiting time is 10/15 minutes, but not an hour

Waitress was very nice, but the food was limited on the menu. You had like 6 things to pick for food on one page and 2 pages of so many alcoholic drinks. They offered more booze options than any restaurant I've been to. Even bars that have food don't have a menu like this. If you wanna get drunk I guess this is the place? I’m not one to leave reviews especially a bad review but the way my group was treated the other day this was an exception. Terrible customer service at this location. Our food took over and hour and it was empty inside. Waitress was one of the most disrespectful woman I’ve ever dealt with. Not one person checked on us for drinks. The portions of food was a joke and the food was cold when it came out. If you’re looking for a place to to disrespect you and overcharge you all while giving terrible service this is your spot. The waitress knew she did terrible so at the end she grouped two tables together and charged $38 gratuity. I told her we would like the bills separate and she wouldn’t work it out with me. NEVER AGAIN!

Had the Greek Bennedict. This may be the best benny ive had. I also had the signature bloody mary which was the cherry on top that includes a crisp bacon strip and beer chaser! My friend had the Greek Spinich Feta with Gyro meat as well, you can tell this gyro is off the spick and is the real deal. Hashbrowns are all crispy, which I loved and stole some from my friends plate. We will be back!

My friend and I stopped here while in Lake Geneva on a mini vacation. We loved that they had a outside sitting area for breakfast. We ordered 3 foods. Like 30 mins later, they brought out 2. My wife was waiting until we all finished the foods. Then, we asked where is the other one. The waiter said we didn't order. I understand he probably just forgot because of poor service skills, but don't say that customers didn't order, alright? That is not okay. Then he said he can put it in order. We denied because we don't want to wait anymore and the food was simply bad. He recommended us to talk with his manager, a young girl. She said the food was cooked and served out. Finally, she means that we already ate that food. She said she would like to take that food off from the order. Anyway, my wife was hungry waiting all morning (we spent 1 hr and 15 mins waiting and having breakfast). We were angry with this experience but the funny manager believes we already ate that. Most funny thing is that she, at last, said she needs to ask us to leave! Please do yourself a favor. Don't go this restaurant and save your day.

This place is horrible. We were visiting Lake Geneva for the weekend and came here on a Sunday a little after noon. First off, it took several minutes to get a table, and there were several open tables around and nobody else waiting. We were told 3 different times that someone would “be right with us”. Finally one of the servers points across the room and said we could “grab that table over there”. Didn’t get menus for another 5 minutes and then waited another almost 15 minutes until we just decided to leave when nobody came to our table to even greet us, take drink orders, bring water, nothing. Only 2 servers working and it looks like they not only “serve” (I use the term loosely) but also have to clean and bus tables and run food and drinks. Severely understaffed. Don’t waste your time or money, there are plenty other good brunch spots nearby.

We were in town with friends and introduced them to Harry's, what a nightmare. First of all wait staff was very slow to seat us, bring menu's, and when we asked for water and silverware and napkins, we were told, "that comes out with the meal" WHAT!!!!! then it took even longer to get someone to the table to take our order. When we asked for a few extra napkins and some lemons for the water, mind you we also ordered regular beverages, we were told, "the owner gets angry if people ask for more of these items" therefore the server was reluctant to fill our request's. Mind you there were only a few tables outside being waited on and two other's in the restaurant. Needless to say our friends were NOT impressed. Thankfully the food was good but the service was the worst we've ever had, no refills on coffee or soda's, no one coming around to check on us or even clear away plates. The kicker was when the owner came from the kitchen, looking very raggedy & not very clean, took a seat at the bar and started emptying hot sauce bottles into each other, not very sanitary, not even taking a clean cloth or napkin to wipe the bottles off, and then......we'll let just say, if eating there, condiments should not be used, especially the hot sauce. The entire time one of our friends is watching this and became sickened to her stomach. Well that's it for us, no way will we ever go back. Too bad.

So.. lets not discuss the service. We already know it took 90 minutes before we got our food. (Not even all of our orders. They forgot one - the birthday girls.)

My complaint has to do with what happened After i asked for a manager. - A guy walked up to our table indifferently in a hoodie and asked "what's up"... I explain my complaint for our table. Drinks taking 30 minutes to receive. Telling someone they can't have egg whites because their kitchen is backed up already when they're at 20% capacity. His response. "It used to be so much worse." I say okay, but... that doesn't make this any less excusable. "Yeah.. I understand. We're just undeestaffed." (There are 4 tables and ours, at least 7 or 8 staff not including him. I'd watched 3 tables walk in, sit, wait 30 minutes for their order to be taken and leave instead) "Sundays are always the worse" he continues. "And we dont usually make anything with egg whites "...... I tell him again, that he is missing the point.

As the other people at the table begin to speak up, Im watching him shrug and continue say things... that do everything but accept responsibility for our very poor experience at his supposed establishment. So I ask him.. "ARE you REALLY the manager?" He hesitates before admitting he's the owners son. I ask him again if that means he is the manager becUse that was who I asked to speak to. At no point does he say yes. Just a lot more about him being the son and that they're restaurant used to be wayy shitteir than it was now so hes sorry we had a rough experience but others bedore me had it worse.

I cut him off with a wave of my hand and told him that we were getting nowhere. Since it seemes he was deliberatley missing the point. I asked for a resolution. He told me there would be none.

AND THAT was the end. Nothing was done. Food wasnt terrible.. but really.... I dont know how any business could be in Lake Geneva on the main downtown road and not make an effort.

It was stringy and flavorless. When the waitress finally came back, everyone else was done eating, I asked if the chicken was frozen (it was), I told her it was horrible. She checked with someone inside, the only thing they would do was make something else for me. Sure, let me spend another 30+ minutes holding my family up (including a 3 month old) so you can make more unedible food.
My husband got the gyro, it was obvious it was prepackaged, definitely not from a spit. It was mediocre at best.
Save your time and money, go somewhere with service and palatable food.

Horrible we ate during lunch and no one in the place still took 45 mins to get food. Way overpriced!! Also my daughter got soup of the day then after we got home she was violently vomiting!!!!!!! Give me a break this place was horrible clearly the soup was not safe to eat! Never go here ever!

There's a reason this place has no wait. The kitchen is much too small to handle summer breakfast crowds. They will make errors, and the wait staff dismisses complaints with "the kitchen did the best they could, and that's what you get." If you don't mind a few screw ups, the food is tasty, but it takes awhile to come out.
