Soooooo good we stopped a 2nd time during our trip! Paninis were amazing, good portion size and made fresh. We also purchased a to go of all the salads and pimento cheese and were absolutely in love with all of these!

The sandwiches are delicious, and the staff is kind and attentive. Lots of options for bulding your own sandwich, especially if you don't eat meat. This was the perfect place to stop at for lunch on the way to the porkies! Their dessert options were tempting and plentiful 😋

i built my own and asked for turkey and bacon. Got home and it only had turkey. they also wouldn't put it in the sandwich press, which is also unfortunate. 😞

I love this place! Everything I’ve ever tried here is absolutely delicious. Sometimes there might be a little bit of a wait but it’s so worth it. If you can imagine a small town deli, this is it! The taste and the quality of a big city deli but the quaint and comfort of a small town. I wish there was one close to my house so I can eat here on lunch everyday- because I would.

I just got a plain turkey sandwich on their 12 grain bread because I’m currently on a bland diet and it was beyond delicious even tho so simple. I’m obsessed! Their frozen soups are amazing too

Very tasty, I highly recommend the stars & stripes sub. Great selection of salad, subs, paninis, and build your own options. A number of deli style sides, soda, wine and dessert options also available.

Subs are average, service is very slow. We waited about 25 min for 2 subs. The kitchen isn't organized, so the 3 people working on the day I was there kept running into each other. As someone who worked in a sub shop for 5 years, there are a lot of process improvements that could be made to streamline a faster service without impacting quality.

Hazelhurst Deli is a total hidden gem.
They have the best subs. Fresh, flavorful, and loaded just right. The soup is homemade and absolute perfection, especially on a chilly Northwoods day. And do not even get me started on the cucumber salad. It is so crisp and tangy, we crave it all the time.

The staff makes the whole experience even better. Everyone is so nice and genuinely accommodating. You can tell they care about their food and their customers.

It is the kind of place that makes you feel like a local and keeps you coming back for more.

We finally stopped in on our way home from a mini getaway. We got the chopped and the big bird. That houae bread is delicious and I really enjoyed the chopper. My husband devoured his big bird. I would suggest splitting a sub because the portions are huge. Kind staff and such a cute place. Can't wait to visit again.

First time grabbing food from here. As soon as I started to eat my sandwich (whichever one comes with pesto sauce) I had to throw it all back up in the toilet. 8 hours later and I’m still nauseous beyond belief. I’m tolerant to all flavors and spices, but there was def something off about that pesto sauce. I really wanted to enjoy this place, but wow I will never stop in here again.

In one word… WOW!
Walking up you see the cabin feeling of the building. Then greeted with smiles as you walk in. Prices and the sandwiches are great. My family had 3 different sandwiches. We all enjoyed them.
