Very slow service for a bar/grill. Waited 15 mins for a drink and another 30 for 2 burgers and a kids meal. Burgers were overcooked/charred. Pizza was terrible. Don't waste your time or money. We didnt pay for our food and left without eating.

Service was some of the worst I've experienced at a sit down restaurant. Waiter rarely came by and never refilled drinks. Also did not provide enough silverware for our large group.

Food was mediocre bar food. Nothing I had was bad, but nothing worth seeking out either.

Their default gratuity for large parties is 20%, which is a little higher than I usually see. This is probably the only time where I would have tipped a server less than 20% given the opportunity.

This was our first food stop since we left our house in North Racine after being in horrible highway traffic.
The name increased my curiosity to stop here. Second was it was minutes from our hotel. Road worn out this place really brought me back to life.

Over 32 beer choices on tap. They had my flavor. Amber Ale. From a area brewer. It was the perfect brew for my beverage desire.

Them cams the southwest wrap.. I added the BBQ pork to it. This beast WAS the perfect topper to the nerve racking day.

But don't forget the pretzel size snack that adden to my sensations of flavor.

My prime rib sandwich was Inedible due to the volume of grissle. I couldn't eat it comfortably in public and not look like a wild animal chewing meat off of a carcass. The funnel fries were Indescribably outatsnding with a great variety of sauces. Service was poor. I met a friend/cousin there whom I never get to see so we were catching up on life & family and talking A lOT for quite awhile upon arrival drinking water which was not refilled or even noticed needed a refill before we even looked at the menus. Server was clearly irritated by this as we were talking so much and not ordering. (This was a Sunday afternoon in a relatively vacant restaurant) With numerous empty tables so we weren't holding up people needing a Table. The servers poor attention to us was reflected in her tip at the end btw. Atmosphere was nice, not noisy so we could chat and catch up on life and our family. We wouldn't go back to this esblishment for these reasons nor recommend it. I'd consider getting the funnel fries to go if I did return otherwise there was no draw with poor service and an inedible sandwich. The cream of asparagus soup was good, but lacking. Flavor and texture. Ambiance was nice, and restaurant was clean

Yikes. This place looks super fun from the road with everyone playing volleyball. I would stick to that. We had pizza and a pulled pork sandwich that felt like they were right out of the freezer. We stayed in a hotel nearby for a few days and were therefore in the HQ several times, simply because it can be reached on foot. Surprisingly, it was significantly more crowded on Monday evening than on Saturday evening. That could perhaps have to do with the pub quiz taking place on Monday. The food is okay, it's still just a simple grill restaurant. The beer selection is again excellent. All in all a positive experience, but unfortunately there is still a little missing for 5 stars.

Highly recommend coming here! Food was delicious. I got the BBQ Mac and it was very flavorful and delicious. Definitely try the buffalo cheese curds and the fried pickles. Service was also amazing, waiter also very helpful and knows a lot about the menu and gave recommendations. Will definitely be coming back here.

Had lunch there yesterday with some family members. Service and drinks (regular) were good. Food not so much. Have had lunch there about 5 times before with good results for all of my party but yesterday was terrible. 2 stuffed grilled cheese sandwiches which were both bad. One in my party had chicken wings (flat) which were really undercooked. They were still very pink inside. Chilli was terrible with way too many black (dark) beans, taste was bad. My Clam Chowder soup with ok but looked and tasted anything but Clam Chowder. Not sure if they have resently changed cooked but just wanted to let other visitors know how our experience was in this day and age where even regular lunches are very expensive. Thanks 4 reading. The fish dinners, especially the perch are awesome. They do an automatic 20% tip for parties over 8 (not a fan of this) and an extra charge for credit cards, who uses cash now days? This explains my lower rating for service. If by default you add 23% to the bill I expect exceptional service. It was ok, but not exceptional.

It is always a treat to experience Headquarters. I love their salad bar! They have a very nice variety with trendy salad dressings as well as traditional. But the salad bar is only open during certain months.

I want to love this place and I've been there many times in the past year, but I've had some not so great experiences as of late. First, I'm vegetarian so I need to get slightly creative at these smaller town bars to keep it somewhat interesting. So recently I ordered a burger that was on the menu but with a veggie patty instead. It clearly came out with bacon in it...or at the very least with bacon grease all over it, and instead of making me a new one they insisted that it was just made on a shared grill. I don't think it's too much to ask to keep it a little separated. Then I was there with a group yesterday and we wanted the Badger basketball game on, but the bartender said she had too much going on and would get to it eventually. She did, but shouldn't that be in the plans for the day? Then our food took 30 minutes to come out! My mom commented on how it was "nice" that the plate was hot, but that only means it was sitting under a light for way too long. Man, I sure hope they step it up. Help me love you again!

Placed a to go order was told it was 15 to 20 mins on the phone. Showed up right at the 20 min mark and food was not ready. Then I was told they don’t know when it will be ready and I should sit down. 22 min later no food yet and when I went to check with the staff I was told it would be only 2 min. But here I sit 8 minutes later and no food let. The staff no apologies for the food being late. Don’t seem to give two craps about their customers. we used to eat here all the time, but I won’t be going back for a while. Management can take notice of this and make some changes to improve their quality of service.

Very disappointed that the prices I was charged were $1.50-$2 above what was stated in the menu. Kids meals were advertised in their menu (that I was given at the restaurant) for $7.50 but I was charged $9 (x2 for two meals) and my chili dog was advertised for $11 but I was charged $12.50. Plus an additional $1.50 credit card convenience fee.

I ordered the brisket plate for take out. It was not good at all. The brisket was chopped and smothered in bbq. I have yet to go to a bbq place where this is the case unless asked for. After taking a bite, I realized why. It was very tough and dry, not even like burnt ends crunchy. It was old and or over cooked. You can also tell the Mac and cheese is ready made brand, not good either. I really was hoping it would be good as the Cuban I got when I first moved to town but you shouldn’t be serving that. I understand that it’s a small town and the bbq probably doesn’t sell out daily but that’s not a good solution. I had to toss my entire meal. Will probably try their other food again but the bbq is an absolute no.

The fake red head bartender is so unprofessional and racist. She tried bullying me into paying for food I didn’t even eat. The order got messed up and she was unbelievably rude. The food hadn’t even left the kitchen and she will waited for it and tried giving it to me. Telling me I was being “aggressive” after telling her no over and over. I don’t think people stand up to her often. Finally after a long time fighting with her I paid for my drinks at the main bar in cash and she came up to me afterwards and tried making me pay again! I told her I paid in cash and she didn’t believe me and told me that’s not how that works. I told her I paid already snd she needed to talk to the other bartender. After all that I just left. How pathetic and unprofessional. Also why are all the servers wearing tank tops?! Yuck! Totally against health code!!!

I went in for a company lunch, I had a pulled pork with coleslaw sandwich. I believe they called it a "headquarters" I could he wrong. It was actually very good. Id recommend it to anyone. The fries where hot and good. I love seasoned the fries too. Awesome lunch!!! I look forward to coming back to try another burger!!!!! The place had a great atmosphere during the lunch rush. I didn't check out the cleanliness of the bathrooms unfortunately. So 5 star so far!!!!

The service was great - our waitress was friendly, prompt and engaged in conversation and banter. While the atmosphere is good, blending a sports bar into a restaurant, the food was just okay. Lots of salt, not a lot of flavor.

This is a typical WI sports bar for sure. Yes, they have pull tabs. Yes, they have cold beer. And yes, they have fish fry on Fridays! Duh!
