Never open. I drive across town and it seems to always be closed. The one time they were open the girl didn’t know anything about the products when asked.

Edit: Tried it again with new owner and I’m confused. Did the formula change? It was not smooth protein shake like before now it was more like Italian ice or something. Not good at all. Very disappointed

If you’re not going to be open during your hours posted online and on your door, please post some type of note on the door. I have no idea if you’ stepped away for 5 minutes, if you will be open the next day…..?

They are literally never open and don’t even follow their hours. Nothing is more frustrating then checking the hours and going to find that they are closed with no posting outside that they are…. TWICE in a span of a month or two. The teas are okay. But any other herbal life is better. I suggest FitLab or Vibe nutrition. They actually are open and follow their hours. Plus their teas have a lot more flavor.

I was just in there for the first time. The girl that was there seemed rude and not very friendly. The shake and tea and good, but you don't get an aloe because of "covid" yet she wasn't even wearing a mask. Anywhere else you go, you get one. She said they put it in the tea, but yet she only put a drop in mine as their stock bottle was empty.
I will never return to this shop.
I recommend you check out Fit Lab. Much more friendly there and you also get what you are supposed to.

I went back today and had a much more pleasant experience.

I normally have an excellent experience here but thos time around whomever the male was working there was in my personal opinion rude. Didnt greet, answered the phone while I was talking, and barely acknowledged that I was there. But the female that was working was nice.

Great price for a shake. A little powdered or grainey, but great flavor. Consistency is fantastic. Hours are a little unsettling but only because I workout late and would like to get one before I head home, however I understand that I don't have the most normal hours even for a 9am to 5pm job and then a workout they would still be closed. Definitely worth checking out to see if it fits for you.

The owner is probably the nicest and most encouraging person I've met in a long time. The Herbalife shake I ordered was great, too. Such a friendly atmosphere. Definitely recommend.
