I'll admit, I found it a little intriguing that a cafe existed in a gas station, but I wanted to have something "uniquely and authentically" from Green Bay, and I wanted a good burger.

One their daily specials was a double cheeseburger with waffle fries and a drink for $7.99. In the back and on the grill, they had these HUGE burgers that smelled amazing. How could I pass it up? I ordered the special and let me tell you!!!!! Best Burger I've had in a looooooong time. Yo, don't sleep on this place!

This place is a hidden gem! I used to come here all the time in college with my friends for their amazing burgers, chicken, and fries between 2011-2014. You just can't beat the quality for the price. I just went back again for my first time in more than a decade after camping and nothing has changed, still the great quality, prices, and service that I remember. I'm vegetarian/vegan now so my gf and I could only get the fries, but it would be amazing to come back again in the future and see some vegetarian options on the menu! It'd be sick to see a veggie burger, mushroom burger, vegan chicken tenders, and/or a vegan chicken sandwich on the menu next time. Cheers!

They now use buns that are different. Buns are dry and feel sandy. Only three other people eating at the time I was there and I had to brush off the table I sat at. Looked around and most tables had crumbs on them too. I don't think I'll be back unless they get better buns and clean the tables better.

The rudest workers I’ve ever experienced. I asked for a salad and only wanted veggies on it. I was told they couldn’t give me a cheaper salad than what was on their menu and I said that was totally fine, no discount was expected. They laughed and said they couldn’t believe I was gonna pay $6 for a head of lettuce! I have dined here multiple times and each time I’ve asked for a salad that they offer but with only the veggies, they make it difficult.

Ordered perch for the family and it was undercooked and breading falling off. Every piece of fish was riddled with bones, and scales on 50% of the pieces. Used to get fish from here every Friday, but have not in about a year. This is the last time I will be back. Everything else was good and has been good. Unfortunate I can't trust having the fish ever again.

Tried this place after hearing about it from a bunch of people talking about it. I had to see what it was all about.
This is a no frills place that serves delicious Cafe food located within a BP gas station.
Tried the burger and grilled chicken. Both delicious, both served with the perfect bun. The fried potatoes.. they deserve a special mention. Tried the tater tots and waffles fries. The portions were definitely generous, and they were fried to perfect. Crunchy on the outside while still soft on the inside. If you can't finish everything, they have a "doggie bag" for you. A great place for quick food with a comfortable atmosphere where you just might run into a friend or two.

It's greasy but good bar food. I've not heard any complaints about the taste or quality of food here. It's a nice place to stop if you're up for some good but unhealthy food. Staff is for the most part nice and friendly, but I have had incidents where they're loudly talking about personal stuff or goofing off. I get it they're kids but it's also a business and they're at work.

Prices have been going up for everything is still very reasonable and a lot of locals stop here to eat.

The burgers/fries here are 9.4/10 Delicious!! Chicken wings 7.4/10 very very good just plain good wings. The perch dinner.. fish fillets are pretty small, but for $15 there’s no complaints here it’s 7.5/10.. it’s good. The potato salad.. well it’s a 2/10..good ingredients but way too much mayo.. hardly any onions or egg n needs paprika/chives/spices badly. Cole slaw and Tartar sauce were great!! Overall it’s a 8.5 the deals they have on the weekdays are Amazing.

What a gem. When a local restaurant was packed prior to a Weidner Center event, the hostess recommended the Hill Top Cafe. It was described as a “gas station with awesome hamburgers”. It did have truly awesome burgers (and tots)!! It also had every table filled with customers!

There are two parts of this facility. One was gas station where you could buy coffee and some food. The coffee makers were either out of order or out of coffee.

The other part was some local food restaurant. They didn't sell coffee there, but their sandwiches tasted good. I also liked the service there. I like when people are smiling at me even if my looking is the main reason.

i have been going to hilltop since i moved here 10 years ago. tonight, august 11th, i was extremely disgusted to see how a staff member not only acted but treated her customers. She answered the phone with “ what’s up” and when we called to place an order and asking if it could be ready for 7:20 ( mind you we called an hour in advance) she answered “ i guess”. She also, while waiting for my order, acted super inprofessional to an upset customer that was told it was going to be ready in five minutes, they waited for 45. because of this girls carelessness, their food sat on the counter for 45 minutes. instead of approaching the upset customers she turn the opposite direction and laughed. the other two worker with her, two teens a boy and a girl, gladly told her to start paying attention and acting serious since it his her JOB.
