Hinterland (in Titletown), right across from Lambeau, is a solid spot. It’s usually busy, especially on game days or the night before, but the atmosphere is great; lively without feeling too chaotic. The place has a clean, modern feel and a good energy overall. The beer selection is excellent, with plenty of great options on tap. It’s a good stop whether you’re there for dinner or just grabbing a drink before heading over to the stadium.

The food was fried in obviously old grease. It smelled terrible and tasted worse. I said something to the server when she brought out our appetizer. She ignored me. Then the entree's were brought out and everyone's chicken looked, smelled and tasted terrible. We let the water know we couldn't eat it. He took 50% off of the individual pieces of meat. (Who does that?).
I will never return!

Outstanding burger. Great atmosphere.
I should mention, this is not the first time I ran into this situation, if you don’t want cheese on your burger, say, ‘no cheese’. Just because you say hamburger, it is sometimes interpreted as cheeseburger. There doesn’t appear to be a set rule on ordering hamburgers. Anywhere. Just be clear on what you want as toppings. Just sayin. It’s no one’s fault. Actually, it was our fault.
I did remove the cheese. No big deal.
Great burger. Toasty.
The photo shows half a burger. I split it with my husband.
Great root beer!

Worst experience of my life. I came here from Washington to have a better life I used all the money I have to migrate here. But it was the worst I went to a packers game with the last dollars I have and I was supporting the other team before I was vigorously beat up and yelled at called slurs before I could even get up they threw me down the stairs security didn’t do anything for me but look at me I crawled my way out the stadium before landing at this brewery, little did I know it would only get worse the same guys followed me and put a giant cheese hat on my head and beat me to near death. They then handicapped me again, I was handicapped but recovered and they threw me in the back of their ford and dropped me in a lake before I miraculously survived and had hypothermia from the cold lake I then survived because of 2 people. Hinterland Brewery was the highlight of my first visit to Green Bay, WI.
What an amazing establishment— this place has it all: cool ambience, fantastic service, amazing food and oh… a flight of 4 gluten free beer🍻
Started with the deep fried cheese curds… a first for this ‘old’ Celiac, and worth the lifetime wait.
We also ordered the cod and a Hinty burger (gf buns were amazing, btw), one with chips and one with fries so I could try a little of everything. And of course, even though we were way too full, had to get the gf brownie with ice cream!
Everything was top-notch.
I even bought a four-pack of the Saving Gracie brown to take home, because it was my fave of the flight.
I will definitely be making more trips to Green Bay just to eat at Hinterland Brewery.
It is THAT GOOD!

Called to make a reservation and the hostess was unbelievably rude. I asked if we could bring a party of 10 (admittedly last minute) and her response was “yeah that won’t be happening” I said “that won’t be happening?” And she said “yeah there’s no way” in the absolute snottiest tone. I told her she should work on how she speaks to customers and she laughed at me and hung up.
I would have totally understood them being unable to accommodate our party, but the way she spoke to me was beyond unprofessional and rude. I cannot imagine owning a business and allowing an employee to speak to people that way.

Have been here multiple times but most recently this past weekend. Always loved the atmosphere being able to sit outside in the summer and have one of their amazing beers. The food this time was okay. Brother in law had a request to seer his tuna and they followed instruction. Service was good can’t complain. Only thing I would change is the prices as even a bowl of chili was $12, but overall a good place

Good beer, friendly and efficient waiters but very disappointing food. The effort at gluten free cheese curds was nice, but the breading became soft and chewy almost immediately, and they were overcooked, perhaps in a failed effort to keep them crisp. The brisket chili tasted good but had only a few small pieces of brisket in the entire bowl. All beans. Most disappointing by far was the smoked pastrami sandwich. It looked great, thick (actually too thick) slices of pastrami on nicely tasted sourdough, with sauerkraut, Gruyère cheese and a horseradish sauce. Sounds great, but had no flavor! The meat seemed to be boiled - completely bland with tiny hint of smoke flavor, but no taste of pastrami at all. It also had unappetizing streaks of brown in the meat, definitely NOT from smoking as it was in the middle. There was very little sauerkraut and it too was so mild you couldn’t taste it. And there was NO flavor of horseradish at all! I asked for some mustard to give it a little flavor. Really bad for a $24 dollar sandwich.

Alright...so we've been here a few times. Food is pricey, drinks are ridiculous...but the food has been pretty good...until today. My husband order the pastrami, but what he got was an experience in large slabs of slimy fat. It was disgusting. We did mention something to our waiter. He said, "okay". That's it. Pictures don't do it justice. Definitely do not order the pastrami unless you love slurping up greasy, slimy globs of fat.

Good beer but the food is a bit pricey. Their food is good though, they just need that cheap "snack" option to be great (pop corn, peanuts, chips, etc.). We always stop in for the beer. Sometimes stay for the food.

Wonderful location in the title town district. They have a huge selection of beer and a full bar as well. The food was great I definitely recommend the wood fired pizza, we had the quattro formaggi but I bet they are all delicious. There is also a great outdoor seating option with an awesome view of Lambeau Field.

Service was awesome. Food is lackluster. Tried the Big Hinty, tastes exactly like a burger from Culvers, so if I can get the same food at Culvers, I'm gonna do that instead of paying 22 bucks for the same thing. The pulled pork sandwich was also just okay, nothing to write home about. The Caesar salad tasted weird, I don't know how to describe it, but the lettuce had a bad aftertaste.

The Quattro formaggio pizza was outstanding, such an awesome option without red sauce. The honey drizzle really makes this unique. The sweet potato appetizer was unlike any I’ve had— with separate crunchy pieces mixed in that added great texture. Seriously the best.

Great atmosphere and excellent service but disappointing and overpriced food. A move to mainly sandwiches and good appetizers would be more fitting for the atmosphere and location. Prices need to be made more affordable. A $22 hamburger with potato chips is just too much. Good selection of beer and nice outdoor seating for the summer and fall. Nice fireplace in the winter. Right across the street from Lambeau.

Our server was wonderful, the food was ok at best. We ordered the Double Butter Burger and the Crispy Chicken sandwich. The chicken was overcooked and dry and the burger had no seasoning on it. The fact that the burger is $22 and only comes with chips is ridiculous. If you want fries it’s an extra $3. We were seated in a back area and were the only customers left back there. Half way through our meal staff started cleaning and mopping the floor. I wanted to give this restaurant a fair chance but it failed.
Way overpriced for what you get.

We had a large party of 14 and reserved the room by the bar on the second floor.
The good: The room was nice and private and clean. Our waitress was very kind and attentive.
The bad: the food was subpar at best and cost an arm and a leg. Probably the worst overpriced cheese curds Ive ever had in my life as a native Wisconsinite. I had a ceasar salad with chicken (a $16 SALAD PLUS $10 UPCHARGE for a small, flat chicken breast). Per the menu, it mentions NOTHING of arugala which was the majority of my salad. The dressing completely lacked any flavor and the crutons were hard as rocks.
My husband got a burger and the patties were very dry. The fries were seasoned well, though.
Everyone did enjoy their drinks. I would never spend money here, luckily today’s visit was on the brother-in-law’s credit card.

-Beer 10/10. I had the Blueberry Wheat, it was delicious
-Service 10/10
-Food. The burger was very disappointing for $22. We wanted to stop at a nice place to eat, as Hinterland is, although the bun and burger patties were dry and we were not allowed any other option of cheese besides american. The waitress stated it's because cheddar doesnt melt well on the grill... personally I've had plenty of delicious burgers with melted cheddar, im not sure the reason for hinterland not being able to melt cheddar on a burger but all in all the burger was not worth the money. There are better burgers in the surrounding area for half the price. 5/10

I had to park halfway to Cabelas and walk five minutes back to the door. Ordered a chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato and mayo. They had no tomatoes! This place is obviously really neat. However, we had poor service today. The food was okay but not great. We came because of all the gluten free options and convenience after visiting Lambeau.
The pizza crust was burned and there was very little cheese on the pizza.
The server got our order wrong. When she came to deliver the incorrect order she made a very assumption “are you okay with this.” I really wasn’t but we had waited a long time and I didn’t want to wait longer. Then we got charged additional for the mistake. Then, she didn’t even come back to ask how it was.
The Caesar salad was dry and we had to ask for more dressing but that was when the MEAL was almost gone. No, the salad didn’t come out ahead of time.
Our kids meals didn’t come with drinks like the menu said so we got charged extra there as well and we paid an extra 3% for using a credit card. I get that for small businesses with very low margin but in this case it was a surprise and annoyance given the situation and $140 bill.
Definitely not a great place for families and not worth it beyond the atmosphere.

Edit 2nd attempt:
Went back second time thanks to a manager reaching out. Service was MUCH better this time. My wife had the burger and salad again. I had the crispy chicken sandwich and it was really good. The shrimp appetizer was good as well. I had a nice mix of beer flights, and would use those to experiment with more beverages. The atmosphere in title town was nice, and it was a nice place to walk around.
First visit :
We had the hinterland burger and fries for myself. My wife had the burger and salad. The food was good, but not super special. The service was horrible. The server was inattentive, seemed to dislike our whole table, and then literally threw one of the other couples debit card at them after she forgot to bring it back with the others. I’m usually very understanding for servers because of my prior experience as a server. This was just not a good server experience. The order was placed around 6:30 PM, and we didn’t get our order until about 7:45 PM. It is just a place to visit because of the location in title town and the stadium, but I would NOT recommend it. The other parties got a pizza it was ok, the ribeye steak was good, and the antelope loin was good. If from out of town and want a brewery experience next to a stadium try it, but there are much better places to go.

This place is more bar than restaurant. They have more liquor on the menu than food. And the food that is on the menu is nothing special. The server never once asked if we wanted refills on are drinks. Also not everybody in Wis is drunk and wants a place like this to eat . If it wasn't for the location of this place they would already be out of business . I paid 22 bucks for a double burger . With paper thin patties . Not worth he wait or the money. Way better places in t9wn than this place . 60 bucks for 2 burgers to the owner of this place. If your charging that much for 2 burgers at least make sure the burgers are good . This place was built to take advantage of drunks .

I was recently disappointed when we left our to-go container on the table and returned mere minutes later, before even exiting the parking lot, to find it had been tossed :( an entire pizza wasted! but obviously our fault; just wish they would hold on to it for 10 minutes or so rather than immediately tossing.

Stopped in Saturday before a game. Pleasantly surprised at the quality of everything! Atmosphere is an upscale pub. Lots of college aged people but a mix of families too. Had a beer before a short wait for a table. Server was so kind. Food was large portions and delicious. Husband’s burger had perfect taste and my homemade pasta was beyond delicious. Prices weren’t bad for a restaurant next to a stadium (3 beers, two meals and an app under $80).
The cheese curds are a must too! I haven’t had them in years since moving out of Midwest and they were everything I hoped for.

Never have I ever had a staff member greet us by slamming both hands on the table (that our family had just sat at) and yell at us for not being seated by a host and for having an extra chair. Now mind you when we arrived there was not one person in the hostess area or a sign stating “wait to be seated” so we seated ourselves and pulled up an extra chair. When we went back to the hostess stand there was another party who had just experienced the same thing! What? Here’s what puzzling, there were 3 open tables, seats at the bar and NO one waiting in line to be seated, so why did the hostesses tell us we would have to wait 25 minutes for a table?
Tonight on unsolved mysteries!!!

The fries were good and the location/atmosphere is nice, but I would only come here for drinks, not food. The grilled trout was extremely burnt, tried to finish it but the burnt taste was just very overwhelming :( for about $35 I wasn’t expecting anything amazing but it was so bad I just couldn’t finish it. We came here after the Packer game and it was packed which is expected but we were seated pretty quickly. I didn’t even look at the menu beforehand (which is my fault) but Wisconsin breweries usually have a decent selection. I was shocked at how small the menu was and the prices were extremely high. We got Brussels sprouts and all it was was a bowl of dried up, greasy leaves. Not one whole Brussel sprout in the bowl. We decided to leave after that. Ambience after a game was nice, but there is better cheaper food elsewhere.

You come here for 1) location 2) location 3) beer. You do not come here for the food. Would be nice if they had a great chef curate an interesting Wisconsin farm-to-table menu that celebrated the locally grown hops or something like that. We tried several dishes - all bland, uninspired, lacking balance….a menu that just “checks the box” on bar food basics. Wish it was better especially being next door to the wonderful Lodge Kohler.
Good place to meet up, then go have dinner somewhere else. Also expensive - one beer, Diet Coke, one appetizer, two dinners was $109 without tip. Not worth it.

Located just a stone’s throw from Lambeau, this is a go-to spot for football fans a like visiting the area. The beer selection is formidable, featuring a wide range of house-made brews that cater to all tastes—from hoppy IPAs to rich stouts and a few guest taps. There’s something for everyone, whether you’re a beer enthusiast or just looking to try something new.
The layout is incredibly spacious, making it perfect for large groups & families. The highlight is the expansive garage doors that open up to the patio, providing an indoor-outdoor vibe. However, it’s a bit disappointing that the bar proper doesn’t have a view of the stadium, like at all.
The food, while decent, comes with a price for standard bar fare. Expect to pay a little extra for the usuals, even the kids menu. That said, the atmosphere, location, and beer selection make it a solid choice for tourists & new hipsters alike.

Disappointing Service, Delicious Food
The food at Hinterland was fantastic. Unfortunately, the dining experience was severely hampered by the lackluster service. My entire meal was consumed while sitting with an empty beer glass. The bartender seemed more interested in socializing with off-duty colleagues than tending to the customers. When I got the attention of another bartender, the beer got poured and it sat under the draft line before I gave up and requested the check. It's a shame such a fantastic meal was overshadowed by such poor service.

1. Asked waiter if the chili soup was spicy, she said no and it was. For some people might be not but for a person who doesn’t eat spicy food at all it was. Thank you they got it off the bill
2. Caesar salad without Caesar salad? Contains arugula and romaine but no actual caesar. Parmesan is hard to locate at all.
3. Fries was dry and not fresh
4. Couscous in a salmon dish barely warm when salmon is hot
Very disappointed.

I love going to a place like this where they tell you the history behind the establishment also the burger is phenomenal it's a 10 out of 10 it's just like an In-N-Out Burger but way better they have a lot of drinks on tap and the service is excellent they also have outdoor seating too and it's not too far from the Packers stadium

Went to the Thursday Titletown night and wanted somewhere to actually sit down and eat rather than food trucks. The food took forever to get to the table and felt it was all very over priced. The $16 hummus didn’t come with enough pieces of pita bread and when I asked for more, they charged $4. I feel that should have been included to begin with. Overall the food tasted good but won’t be returning if I have a choice in the matter. Im usually not one to leave reviews but was very disappointed.

Overall disappointed. Had a birthday dinner for a friend and it was less than exceptional. 2 of the 4 burgers were luke warm, while the other two were steaming hot. Fries were cold & the birthday girl was served last. Flavorful but would have been better with actual hot food. The service was less than average, multiple people at the party were sitting for awhile with out drinks refilled and our party wasn’t really checked on until after the food came which was about an hour and 20mins after being seated for a table of 9. I shouldn’t have to flag down my waiter for a glass of water…..

Their beer is some of the best craft brews we have ever had. All of them we tried were great, and we had 2 flights so we tried 11-12 different beers. We ordered a wood fired pizza as well and it was spot on. Their patio has a view of Lambeau and the Titletown area, we could have spent all afternoon here.

Decent service, but some may not find the high price worth it. One nice thing is that they do have an Impossible Burger option on their Big Hinty. Oddly enough, this isn't on the menu. We got two vegan Big Hinties, a chicken sandwich for my stepdaughter, and a kids cheese pizza for my daughter. To drink, they do have nice margaritas and a cranberry mule, which are very good. Price is maybe about 50-75% higher than it should be. Kids meal is $12, kids drink is $3.50 and is pretty small (my 6-year-old needed 2).
A few weeks ago, we tried to go here, but they failed to answer their phone to make a same day reservation; we gave up after 6 or 7 tries. So beware that this is the kind of place you'll need to plan ahead for.
Update: a few years later, they bizarrely still don't put the Impossible Burger on their menu anywhere. We went on a Friday night, and the service was pretty slow, and there was a mixup with my salad, but the food was decent, and the atmosphere continues to be quintessential Green Bay. The price is probably reasonable for a busy night, but they are about 50% higher than they should be for other nights of the week. Their selection of bourbon is also decent.

Stopped for the first time to have something to eat and beer. We started with Classic Kolsch and the goat cheese dip which were both tasty. We also ordered a pizza with the gluten free crust. The edges of the pizza were completely black and the area under the toppings partially black. When we mentioned it to the server he brushed it off by saying that the kitchen is still trying to figure out how to cook the gluten free crust. They should practice that on their own time. The server did not offer to remake it but in hindsite I should have insisted that. We ate what we could but should have walked out. $24 bucks for a tiny burnt pizza.

We were part of a large group of 100 people that reserved the upstairs for a pizza buffet. They only came out with 6 pizzas with 6 pieces in each, along with a few side items that were all gone within the first 15 mins of starting. They brought 1 or 2 pizzas up at a time every 15 mins or so which were gone immediately. Guests just left and went elsewhere to eat after waiting an hour to try to get just one slice of pizza. Extremely disappointing and a huge waste of money from the company that paid for it. The 1 piece of pizza I had was good.

Hinterland brewery has awesome Lodge like atmosphere just across the street from Lambeau Field. They have a large list of beers, several are average for their style and a few are really really good. The food is fancier and a little better than you may expect for a typical brewery. I would guess not everyone will want everything on this menu but there is definitely something for everyone. On my last stop they had 21 of their beers on tap plus 2 guest taps. Some of their selection included a Pilsner, Oktoberfest, cherry wheat, blueberry wheat, pale ale, brown, maple block, IPA, Hazy IPA, dubble IPA, session IPA, parfait, dubble Belgian, sour, 2 lagers, and a weizenbock. I did not try them all on this trip but I really liked the brown and the maple bock, those two could have got me in trouble if I had more time. Hinterland should be on you list of places to stop in Green Bay. I will be back again.

We had a group of 15 people , and the whole process Of booking with Danielle was amazing, however, our server was very rude And unpleasant. She made the whole Experience bitter.
The on-site manager, Jamie was kind enough to apologize however, I left with A very sour taste. My recommendation is not to go in a big group to Hinterland Brewery. I hope they give their Staff a better training.

We had a group gather tonight, our server treated us as a second class citizen. She was miserable, service was provided with a frown face. At the end we spoke to the manager “Jamie” who gave us generic apology.

The menu didn't disclose that the tagliatelle had a cream sauce. I cannot eat food with alot of dairy so when I eliminated the pecorino I thought I was good. It also was so sour lemon that I couldn't taste the morels.
The French fries were tough. The desserts were disproportionate, semifreddo barely enough for 1 and the brownie more than enough for 2. The oyster mushroom shared plate was nice but nothing special unfortunately. The hummus plate didn't have enough naan for the hummus. The second starter came out so late we thought they'd forgotten it and half of the desserts came out so late the first two were gone already. Poor organization and lackluster food. Could easily have been so much better.

First of all, Olivia was my bartender, at the lower bar. This is the most important detail as she helped me customize something not quite on the menu, which was one of the best things I’ve eaten in a some time:
Pulled pork, with an absolutely incredible barbecue sauce, made from their Luna Nitro Coffee Stout! I don’t even particularly love barbecue sauce but this was exceptional. (I had the Luna Nitro Coffee Stout to pair, and it was everything!)
The pulled pork comes with an apple slaw…please do yourself a favour and don’t miss out on this. It’s amazing on its own but with this dish it was superb! I had this all customized onto mashed potatoes (another item I easily could have had just as it is), and the combination of these three flavours together..well…try it and see! It’s a must have in my mind!
I finished off with the Peanut Butter Porter for dessert and this meal was absolutely complete to perfection!
Setting was great, but the staff really brought it home! Come here, and see that I speak true!
I’m a traveller and Wisconsin is a place I don’t get too often, but I’ll be waiting to return to Hinterland!

We have had a few of our all-day meetings here up in their private event room and we have nothing but great things to say about our experiences! One of these meetings happened to take place during the most recent blizzard and even then, their staff was extremely accommodating and patient with us. Upscale and open atmosphere with a very true-to-form Midwest touch of taxidermy deer, elk, and every other imaginable antlered creature. Went here to celebrate with a friend and were treated gratefully by Magda who was an utterly wonderful (and comical) waitress. Food was quite delicious with the kitchen paying attention to the finest details when it comes to flavor pairings. Beer was wonderful too! Magda and now myself would recommend the Maple Bock and Jamaican Haze.

The food is great. The service is great. However, this just doesn't seem to mix well together. Trying to be an upscale place which seems way to swanky for a brewery. Don't get me wrong...this place looks great, but the beer is just meh. I keep trying the beer here to support local.

Being in the customer service business for 30+ years I have only walked out of a restaurant 3 times in my life, today being the 3rd at hinterland. Walked in and weren't acknowledged until I walked up and told the young lady we had a party of 2. We were seated promptly, but with no menus, so I asked the table next to us that was leaving if we could have there's, they politely obliged. We waited over 10 minutes, had a young man(bus boy) walk passed the table a few time, couple different servers walked passed without saying a word(no....someone will be right with you, has anyone checked on you, would you like water, etc....) we finally got up, put our sweaters on, and left still without anyone saying a word to us. Not a word on the way out the door that you usually get when you leave. Very disappointed, because my husband and I were looking were forward to trying it for the first time.

This place crashed.
I came here a few years ago, I really enjoyed it. I came here in August 2023 and was very disappointed. I thought the prices were too high and the quality lacking.
There was a sign at the entrance which assigned human beings to groups, and indicated certain groups were more welcome than other groups. I didn't feel too welcome, and as a military retiree who deployed to combat several times in service to this great country I was a little offended.
Despite the good Oktoberfest bier, I won't be giving any more of my hard-earned money to this business.

Also, the food is great, the wait staff and the gift shop staff were all amazing. Would I go back for a couple cold ones? No. Would I go back to chop it up with the workers? Yes. Also, bathroom mirror was great, as good as the soap? No.
