Why are they the only casino that has one soda station which has 4 types of soda?? All other casinos have 7 choices or more. The casino gets new machines but seems to never upgrade food or drink service or areas. The staff is also getting worse in their friendliness and service. I am not impressed with the place anymore.

Came in as a group and were told to sign in. Weird, never had to do that at any other casino. So we sign in and go to the bar. The whole group was immediately cut off from drinking. We were no where near being that intoxicated. Staff was not nice about it either. We were “too drunk” to order a beer, but sober enough to gamble all our money away………. We left and will never return. Shady and dirty place.

The place is dull... staff are not very lively and uninterested. Security spends its time walking laps around the floor chit chatting with each other, unaware of thier surroundings unless directed otherwise... the guard at the door looked pretty sleepy... not impressed with the staff or facility.

You do get $5.00 for your birthday month & you can spin the birthday wheel the last Wednesday of your birthday month. You do this by checking in on the kiosk and spinning the wheel. This place would make Mc Donalds a five star.we ordered a Ruben sandwich at the restaurant on Thursday September 19th.This sandwich was the worst. The corn beef was off flavored no sauerkraut. I don't know if they have a new chef or what the problem is, but we would have to be awfully hungry before dining there again. Very disappointed

The casino was clean and relatively uncrowded, Most of it's patrons appeared to be in their 60s, 70s and 80+. Saw many walkers and oxygen machines while there. We took my 92 year old mom, who had a good time. The rest of us experienced the "agony of defeat" 😉. Mom actually won a couple hundred dollars so it was a plus for her. I can't see myself going back for many more years.
