I came to find out about honey butter on the day of me and my husband getting ready to be married. Now at first I saw the name and didn't begin to imagine the sheer amount of delicious food they had. My spouse had the back to bed sandwich and it's rare that I see him eat something with that glimmer in his eyes like a kid. But this has brought much joy to both me and my husband. If you want a place that's calm, the food comes out quick and you get to enjoy some good well selectioned food then I will suggest coming here for a beautiful breakfast and a nice cup of coffee or hot chocolate. The food was a solid 10, service a 10 and the atmosphere an outstanding 10. I will gladly be coming back because out of many restaurants here in Wisconsin this place deserves every penny.

Was very excited to try going to this location because the service at the Greenfield location is excellent. Walking in, we were seated right away, to my surprise since it was really busy. When we sat down, a woman complained that we basically stole her seats and just stared at us, but she wasn't seated.. not sure if servers sat her there or she just walked back there. So we moved seats to compromise, it wasn't a big deal. When we sat down, our server (think her name was Yisel) took our drink orders, brought them back in a few minutes and told us she'd give us a minute to look at our menus... well after 20 minutes of walking back & forth, PASSING our table several times, attending to other tables and not acknowledging us, we still were not asked what we wanted. She did not once stop to see if we were ready and basically avoided eye contact. Finally, there was a table seated (with the same server as ours) who were asked what they wanted to drink, brought back to them almost instantly and given larger water cups. 2 minutes later I saw our server grab her tablet, thinking she'd come to us. She went to 2 tables that were seated after us and asked for their orders & went back to the kitchen. So we left and went to Greenfield location where our service was much better as soon as we walked in the door. I would never go back to this location. Train your servers better.

The chorizo skillet had way more tortilla chips than actual ingredients. The corned beef skillet had green peppers & onions added in, making it seem more like the Mile High skillet. And there was So much gross, fatty pieces in with the corned beef. Lastly, the Bloody Mary tasted more like it was made with the red sauce from spaghetti-o’s & was greatly lacking everything else. The pickle piece in the Bloody Mary was the very end, little tid bit of the pickle. Why even put one in there if that’s all you’re including?

He got the pumpkin pancake with sausage and eggs only had a hint of pumpkin to it per my son as he continued to eat the flavor of the pumpkin went away and mine on the other hand was not great I didn't eat it at all they was late bring my drinks and hard to hear what I wanted. I ordered a caramel cappuccino with cinnamon that never came but they end up giving it to me to go I also have ordered oatmeal with fresh apples and cinnamon on top that never came as well the waiter didn't hear me order it but I ordered it right after the pumpkin pancakes. I was really looking forward to trying this place, but our experience was disappointing from the start. My boyfriend’s order was completely mishandled. They first tried to serve him his meal in a to go box even though we were clearly dining in. After we asked them to fix it, they only brought out his pancakes and none of the sides that were supposed to come with his meal. We literally had to mention it to the waiter ourselves, or we probably would not have gotten the sides at all. Even then, it took another 20 to 25 minutes for the rest of his food to arrive, and by that point he had already finished eating. The staff did apologize, but there was no real attempt to make things right. The manager even came over himself just to tell us there was nothing he could offer. The only discount we received was the standard 20 percent printed on everyone’s receipt, not anything done to address their mistake. The food was not anything special either, so unfortunately we will not be coming back.

Honey Berry is one of my favorite places to take friends and colleagues for lunch. My visit today is an excellent example of why. I was greeted kindly at the door (I didn't get her name - and she was kindly and frequently making sure the bathrooms were in order when there weren't people to greet). Ramon, our server, was attentive, kind, and engaging (and not too much). The omelets were delicious, the pancakes fluffy and yummy, and the hash browns were perfect! The gentleman who bussed our table (we were there two hours!) was gracious and unobtrusive. Edward, the manager, was glad to hear my compliments, happy to share the kudos with his staff. Walked into the restaurant, the young lady at the counter didn't acknowledge us, a server walked over and sat us. Server took drink orders, dropped off a craft of water and came back with my latte. The latte was supposed to be hot but was just warm but she didn't come back until we were half way done with breakfast to see how everything was. I asked her if the machine was working properly because my latte was not hot, she told me see would check, instead came back with the bill and walked away. She came back to pick up the bill and proceeded to walk away but I stopped her to ask if she got an answer about the latte, her response was i seen him steam the milk so I said okay. Her manager stopped over after that to ask a out the latte a d we explained the conversation, he was really nice and made me another one to go, it was correct temp this time. The manager asked how the rest of the service was and ww started explaining how odd everything was but she walked over and we said everything was fine and the food was excellent. Funny story… we were looking for a Perkins for breakfast on our way through the area, and maps brought us to Honey Berry Cafe, which must be in a building that was previously a Perkins.
So glad it did!! Such an awesome delicious and filling breakfast. A small wait on a Sunday morning, but quick and great service.
Eat here if you have a chance!

This is the place for brunch in West Allis. Everything is spectacular. I had the Florentine Benedict, and my son had pancakes plus an egg breakfast. I had tomato juice served with a lemon and, of course, coffee ☕️. I'll be back!

Food was good. Value for the price very good! The one thing that would make me not come back is that clean up the dishes on the table with the dirty dish cart. I was not happy seeing dirty dishes next to me while they cleaned up the table across the isle! I don't mind if they have a bin on the table they are cleaning but not the whole dirty dish right next to me!

Service was horrible sat for over 20 minutes and no one even came to ask us for drinks or anything. What a waste of time. Wait staff definitely need more training in acknowledging people.

Oh my gosh! I love this place and this was my first time going. I had heard of Honey Berry but never went to eat here. I went with my family and it was so yummy, all the food! The Sundae French Toast was sooo good and huge! Hot coco was super delish!
